Friendly and nice staff. A bit crowded at moments but only cause the store is 100 percent packed with product opportunities for so many different likes. Fun to browse. Always can find something to buy. Just really love the store for having VHS tape still and old like years and years old of CD and vinyl. Not the new vinyl, the classic...the GREATEST.

Love coming here whenever I get the chance. They have a great selection of movies and vinyl records. They even got some out of print items which is great to see. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves movies, music and games. I would say its a much better version of Gamestop.

I own a record player and I get all of my vinyls from this place. They come in good pre owned or new condition. The best place for funko pops as well. Pretty cheap

DO NOT SELL from here they offer little to nothing for dvds, blue rays even games. They offer around 10 cents for dvds and blue rays. Better off cutting the middle man and sell them by lot in Facebook maretplace or offer up to make more of a profit. Disc replay offered me $90 for a ps4 slim only care about profit. Definitely do not sell to them. They will definitely rip you off.

A really great place always excellent service and such a vast selection of films and games to choose from. I always manage to find at least 1 or 2 things I want. One of my favorite locations to go to honestly. Even cooler is on the weekend at least even if its 9 they dont really rush you out the store they kinda give like an extended time to people still in the store browsing.

Used ps4 and xbox games priced higher than brand new games at the best buy next store. Be sure to look online for comparable prices you will be ripped off if you dont. Over priced games

I love this store. I just wish it was closer. It never fails if I need something. They have a wide variety of games. And best of all there prices and trade in are 100 times better than gamestop. My only beef with disc replay is that I wish they had a store near me. I guess I can complain driving 30 min to this store.

It was so worth the trip! I found what i was looking for at a better deal than any of the other stores i went to. The staff were generous and welcoming. After a difficult day, it was a cheering highlight, i would definitely recommend.

Respectful with fair pricing selection was hit and miss, if you sell them your DVDs they give you .50 cents or better and up it 10% if you opt for store credit. This is more than fair

Friendly staff. However the store an get crowded quickly and can be a pain to navigate through everyone just to look at the selection. Has a wide collection of movis more dvd than blu ray. And some over priced last gen games aswell.

FAR better than than Half Price Books!!! Great friendly staff. They are atleast fair in what they offer as in $1.00 minimum instead of the insult you get from HPB of a dime. If they have too much inventory of what you have, they dont insult you by offering pennies as HPB....they just say at this time their not interested.

Really a cool store to visit for secondhand used blu rays, games, and various collectors items. Its a fun store to go browse, and you never know what youre going to find.

I bought a PlayStation 4 from this location and the people there were verythorough and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The price is very fair. They have a great group of people working here.

They are selling defective systems. Theyll tell you to bring it back. Theyll pretend to look at it for 5 to 10 minutes come tell you its all good knowing they did nothing and still send you home with a defective system. They buy broken systems and just resale them. WASTE OF MONEY!

One of my go-to stores for games, DVDs and retro games. I usually try to stop here once or twice a month just to see what they have in. Prices are generally reasonable and often better than what you would get if you found it on eBay. Highly recommended!

Was s really great place to get all your games movies and music in one place at a great price. Rest in peace! I wish that this place was still around and that it never closed. I would still give it 5 stars even if it is closed because it was that great of a place. Theres no other place like this I hope there will be in the future at some point but unfortunately online shopping has impacted all the small businesses and places like this cant stay open which is sad! I say rest in peace again!

One of my favorite places in the area. They have a wide selection of games, movies, tv shows etc. They have great deals and I love stopping by and perusing the shelves.

This is a great place for vintage music and games. They have a great selection, but I personally think the prices are way too high. We wanted to buy some games, but thought we could get them cheaper someplace else. Unfortunately I was right, prices were MUCH lower where we ended up buying them. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is in a great location.

Sold some of my old DVDs & bought an album as well as a Casey Jones mask with the credit. Friendly staff even offered to carry what they couldnt buy to my vehicle!

Very good selection although gets very busy on weekends. Glad theyre getting business but unfortunately not many customers wear masks properly and staying 6ft from everyone is pretty difficult. Unsure if they count how many people are allowed in the store.

Ive been coming to the Downers Grove location for almost a decade, and never have had a bad experience. Less than a month ago I purchased an Xbox One controller, to use with my PC. Unfortunately, when using it about a week and a half later, I noticed an issue where the LB button would not work or got stuck. I called to ask if they could look at it, and I brought it in. Within 10 min they diagnosed the issue, and offered a replacement, even taking the time to look up the receipt that I had lost. This store, and its staff have never done me wrong. I have nothing but respect and trust to the way they treat their community, and their patrons.

Always will see hard to find stuff from old retro games to movies. Fun store to search for hidden treasures.

When you sell items they give you almost nothing and than sell it back for so much. Thats why they are still around. People desperately need money so they gladly accept getting almost nothing for their trade in. They have a good selection of stuff on the positive side.

Im glad they are back open however...they need more people controlling the front desk countet and have more console inventory in stock.

I always have a great experience here! Everyones always been helpful and friendly. Discs are always clean and/or cleaned before they bag them, and the price is affordable to clean scratched discs.

The employees there are always very sweet and they play great music in the store to listen to while searching through their large CD and vinyl selection. Good experience and always got a record or two both times Ive been there. Ill definitely be back.

Great selection of CDs, vinyl and movies both dvd and Blu-ray! Prices are a little high on some of the movies but overall the prices are great on everything! My daughter found a few CDs she had been looking for and I found a few myself all for only $4.99 each! I’d definitely go back!

Love coming here, as you never know what youre going to find walking up and down the aisles. My favorite section to go to is the video games, as you can find some hidden gems you might only ever see on eBay. Last time I was there, they had a 3DO. This is one of those stores you could make a weekly stop, as you can feel like you are visiting a whole new inventory every time. And then theres the staff. Every time Ive had a question, Ive gotten responses which sound like someone who cares. And the general conversation shows the staff cares about their buisness.

Albums are a bit pricey but they have the bands you arent going to find anywhere else. Great selection for all your favorite geekdom.

Ill give them credit: over the past year or so, coinciding with a change in store manager (I think), the employees are much more pleasant than they used to be. They get some pretty cool stuff in as well. Its just more expensive than it should be. Sometimes its just a little high, sometimes very high, but by and large you can find the same items elsewhere for a little bit less money. Still worth an occasional look if youre in the area.
