Installation was quick & efficient, by a friendly, polite installer. I would recommend JC Licht for blinds or window treatments. Im very happy with the whole process!

Helpful and attentive

After a few less than perfect experiences at the Joliet and Naperville stores, my long distance trip to the Downers Grove store was well worth the trip. Rob provided excellent customer service and actually listened to what I was looking for. His suggestions proved to be spot on. He proved that great customer service in these difficult times with masks and social distancing is possible. Thank you, Rob, for your help finding the correct color. I’ll be driving to Downers Grove for all of my future painting needs.

Great selection of paints. Benjamin Moore is a great quality paint, that saves you time at your project. If you own a business its well worth opening an account to get a contractor discount. Otherwise, prices can be a bit steep. People are courteous and service is quick.
