Haven’t been able to get my bike. Anyone know if this shop is open ?It’s been over 2 months haven’t been able to contact by phone or Instagram.

Alex runs his bike shop like a true professional, catering to each individual customer as a unique situation. His years of experience working on bicycles shine through his attention to detail. I brought him a bike that could not even run and he was able to guide me through his process of transforming it into a spectacular mountain bike.

AVOID THIS SELLER: He advertised a Bianchi bicycle, I asked if was available, he said yes, I drove an hour to look at the bike with an appointment, the shop is closed and black plastic on the windows with a for-rent sign, he texted me to drive to his house nearby, nobody was there, he then texted it was sold. It was a scam of some kind. Wasted hours of my day. Unprofessional and thoughtless man.

Alex did a great job tuning my bike. He really listened to what my pain points were, and went out of his way to make sure my bike and I were good to go. Definitely a fan!

Called for a quote on a repair, left me on hold and forgot about me I called back and I told them what happened and the guy gave me a big attitude for his own mistake. If they treat their customers like this over the phone I’d have to do business with them at all. Won’t ever be coming here.

This bike business is going around giving 1 star reviews to their competition. Checked “Adrian_Gaspar” account and found he’s leaving all his competitors the same one star review and he’s smearing any competition while trying to lure people into his store with false claims. Obviously his management is willing to play dirty and have no principles. Wouldn’t trust their service and not worthy of my patronship.

Sure, I fortunately found the bicycle part that I needed, also, this business is real close to where I live. I sincerely am thankful toMaps for the valuable guiding. so long.

Great shop, Alex is very knowledgeable and doesnt try to up-sell. Got new tires, new tubes, and a bike tune-up, plus riding tips. Now my bike runs like new. Will return for bike needs for sure.

Good little spot, stock isnt massive for those looking for crazy specific bikes. Great staff that can pass on knowledge.

Really behind in service and they take forever nowadays, all they care about is making money, just go somewhere else.

40$ tuneups are a joke . Seriously if you go cheap alex ends up messing up your bike even more, I had to take my bike else where to get fixed what he had messed up . I wouldn’t recommend going to this place go somewhere with more experience and pay the price .

Schedule not accurate.. Was there on Saturday at 1 p.m it was closed call to see what up but no one answered except for a machine transferring the call to another machine and no answers at the end... Thanks for nothing...💩👍 P.s it wasnt a holiday..👉👌

This place is always CLOSED!!!! I’ve got to this place for service in the past two weeks during their advertised business hours and they’re always closed. I don’t know if the other ratings on this site are pseudo customers but I cannot rate the business if never opened. Extremely disappointed!
