I have been a customer for over 6 months. I cannot say enough good things. For starters the water is fresh and delicious and they don’t add fluoride etc. I trust this company.Secondly they have the best customer service. Today I forgot to put my empty bottles outside. Our delivery man, Jonathan, came back a couple hours later. He not only picked up the empty bottles, he put my full water bottles in my apt and loaded one in our water machine. Thank you so much Jonathan. You are truly awesome!I am beyond happy with this company!! I am so glad to be a customer and will be forever.

Customer service from the office to delivery people are amazing. Always courteous & helpful. The best tasting water & available in glass jugs. Also ordered cases of bottles for aFamily road trip which was very convenient. Happy customer here. Thanks guys!!

If you dont already know getting pure spring water of this quality and taste delivered to your home in glass is a true luxury that anyone serious about health should take advantage of. Mountain Valley water is the the best commercially sold water in the U.S. and every time I drink a glass I enjoy it immensely. If I was stone cold broke I would hold onto to this water until the last penny. Again no plastic bottles! Props to the Downey office for hooking me up every time I needed a special delivery too. Super nice folks.

This is hands down the cleanest water on the market and bottled in glass containers at the source! I honestly could not believe the water quality when I first found this company especially compared to the tap water in my city. Ive now been a customer for about seven years and couldnt be more satisfied. Dont believe all the negative comments - this company is great in all facets from the customer service to the water delivery people. They even went out of their way to get my water delivered since my house is not along their usual routes.

Worst service ever, I had no water for an entire month. I would get a call that they would be delivering but they would not show up! They said they had a problem getting into my building but not once did I get a call, message or voice mail. Also for new customers you receive two 5 gallons free when you stay with the service for 6 months, I ended up having to pay for the offer. I put a $75 deposit as well and was only refunded $23.20. I spent way too much money on this. I got a Berkey instead, I shouldve just done that from the beginning!

Do not setup an account with Mountain Valley Water. Very poor customer service as many previous reviews show, I should have listened to them. They do not have it together at all, I have been given false information by employees three separate times and penalized for it when I was just doing what I was told to do. I know what youre thinking, how do you screw up water delivery? Initially I thought the same, but I only had an account for 2 months and they managed to screw up everything. Just buy your own jugs and fill them up at the grocery store for $2. So worth it to not deal with this company.

Called their line, got my questions answered in less than 5 minutes and placed the order. AND was told I would have my first order in 1 to 3 business days. Thats great customer service. I have been buying cases from Whole Foods (glass bottles) and it was inconvenient. So glad Mountain Valley delivers to my location!

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE ... horrendous customer service. And this is not just one day of trying, it has been a WEEK and I have not been able to reach anybody to talk to. ?????

Just told me that no one in my city gets high premium water must have over 60 accounts before getting their services, but I was reminded that they do service the Beverly Hills area, AND! What does that matter to me?! Oh and by the way I do live in Compton. I guess Im the only one that drinks premium water. Give me a break!
