Very nice guys took care of our needs.

Had previously purchased carpet from this location and were happy with the service. This second time around, was simply disappointing. We walked in, looked around, employee walked over to us, and we told him we are looking around, we have in mind what we want, but well look at the samples. Well within 2 minutes, employee walked away, went to his desk and told a coworker they will be going somewhere else. We stood there like when did we say that?! We walked out right then. I guess they didnt want business.

We have had them install carpet in our home twice the first time it was installed the Realtor had them install a Berber carpet that was oatmeal in color almost white....I did not like to color so purchased another color in same carpet - Satisfied with the carpet held up well over the last 9 years but when we went to remove the carpet to install laminate flooring we found that the Original Carpet from before the Purchase of our Home was still on the floor they installed over it both times...not happy with the installation at all.
