A1 Experience in customer service. Came in with my niece and daughter they opened the door for me and all. Once in nice gentleman came to me and started to explain everything in the store even offered to assist me with the Pops i bought since i had my girls. Firs time here awesome experience. Terrific POP shop, right off of Florence. The owner is a young guy who just loves POPs/collectibles and is really down to earth. Wont usually find the rarest stuff here, but they do get a healthy amount of consignments and hard to find shop exclusives at fair prices. Plus, if you strike out on a new HT/BoxLunch exclusive, chances are they managed to get 1 or 2 for sale (at least based off experience). My favorite thing hands down would have to be their pre order bundles though. Got the recent Friends set with chase at a great price. Cool shop, cool employees, definitely worth checking out!

Its 6:40 and the store is closed!... The sign on the door and on maps say it closes at 8pm!! Smh

There not even there only body there was a old lady and she was not selling pops more like houses plus the sign was still up what of waste of time.

Cool pop shop, good deals and friendly customer service. The owners answered ALL of my 8 year olds questions, every single one of them. Definitely going back even though its out of my way. Its well worth it.

Small store but it has a good amount of pops to one could get some old ones that I had been looking for will definitely will go back.

Very unprofessional, I messaged the store to confirm a product which they assured me they had in stock. Drove all the way from long beach to be told they had it in their warehouse. These people have no idea whats in stock at their store. Very unorganized. I do not recommend, you have better chances with online orders.

John and Joshua are amazing. Theyre both professional and friendly to all their guests (young and old). Their inventory include hard to find products that their competitors dont carry. This is one of Downeys little secrets with a huge surprise.

This is an amazing Funko Pop collectible store they carry everything from Disney to overwatch pops. This store has unique pops that are hard to find in other stores and they have a section for new releasesBut apart from the great collection of pops they have great customer service, great prices and alot of knowledge. So if your a big collector or just like me you buy what you like this is a place to come in and check it out 😀
