I brought in my Surface pro with battery issues and I couldnt find any business that would take it in to see bc of how compact the components were, but Tech Builders took a look at it for free and got back to me in good time. I think the repair service price was a good deal. There were issues with the new batteries they ordered, but Rain has made an effort to help me and give me updates when I was out on a trip out of town. They packaged it to me and it works like new. Im very satisfied with their service.

I have a dinosaur of a laptop, I had taken it to another local repair shop previously for some repairs with issues of it running slow, after I picked it up, it was faster than what it was before, but still very slow. So, I decided to take it to another shop in hopes that my experience would be better, as well hoping for a much better result. So yesterday, I decided that I was going to try this other shop (Tech Builders) I met with Rain, she was very helpful, professional and assured me that if my dinosaur was too old to repair that she would contact me and advise me. I did not hear from the shop and I had arrived to pick up my computer, Rain had advised me that my computer was running good and that everything was fine, she also advised that all my programs that were uploaded previously, were uploaded incorrectly and corrupted (previous repair shop). She had advised me that all they did was, remove all the programs and uploaded everything once again without the errors made previously and OMG!!!! I can honestly say that I have a New Computer internally, but still a dinosaur on the outside. My experience with Tech Builders was OUTSTANDING and I would recommend everyone to have all your repairs done with Tech Builders. They are fast and very reasonable. I have found a New home for my computer and also made a New Friend. Thank you very much Rain for your re-assurance and I Thank her team at Tech Builders for diligence and expertise. I WILL BE BACK.

Found this place while searching “PS3 repair near me” and was pleased by the rating. Dropped my PS3 off because it would not power on. I saw that there many other devices that were trusted to them by other folks, so that gave me comfort in knowing that they are well trusted. The shop is small and the staff was friendly and transparent in our transaction. Now I have a place to go when one of my many other devices decides to stop working.

Labor was way overpriced, I understand you have to make money but dont try to get rich for over charging on labor

Ive taken my iMac Desktop there twice now, once for an upgrade and once for a repair. These folks not only know what they are doing, but are quick to respond and very helpful. The repair was so fast and easy (software problem) that I was out of the store in 10 minutes and there was no charge, as the problem was just something to do with a password problem. But when they do charge their prices are fair.This is now my Go to computer repair shop!

They did a great job!! They were very COVID-19 conscious, everybody wore mask, sanitizer at the desk, glass barrier between me and the clerk. The store is very clean! Everyone was so nice and attentive, very professional.I was very happy with the job they did for me. I highly recommend them!!

Put a new graphics cards in my Precision Dell did a good job. My laptop had Windows 7 so they put in Windows 10 64-bit for free did have to pay a license fee because I had Windows 7 they just transfer it great job. Any data problem putting on a new hard drive SSD on my laptop 1 gig great job. Weeks later my software was put on a server company which was hacked buy them I would not recommend this person to put software I told him to put my license number they would not do it they said they got for free I have reported them to Microsoft. On my ministration on my laptop will not accept my phone number that means someones phone phone numbers on there server outside server through them.

I bought my HP laptop at Best Buy in Downey landings 3 yrs ago, one day I tried to plug in my charger to my laptop & would not go in all the way (it was not charging). So I took it Best Buy Geek squad for a diagnosis and informed me the connection pin inside the cord & inside the laptop was damaged. The Geek squad rep informed me that it would cost me $700.00 to have it repaired so I booked it to have it repaired, which the GS rep tried to book an appointment which would their office informed them it could be fixed on site. (long story short) the GS rep said had to speak with manager & came back & told me there was nothing they can do & said being the lap top was 3 yrs old for me to JUNK IT & buy a new one. I was horrified.While in the parking lot, I Googled Computer Repair near me & Tech Builders was one of the options which had a 4.9 rating so I took a chance an went.And guess what happened????Tech Builders fixed my problem in 1 day & it cost me $145.00 & given me a 30 days warranty ....
