Haide was extremely nice. I had to go back to ask for her name. She was busy at the moment so I asked another lady .Haida looked new she didn’t have a name tag but wow she had amazing service!! Thank you for your help and kindness !!

All I had to do was pick up an online order and the young ladies that were in there had a rude demeanor, one was short with me, lightly tossed the boxes down on the register I assumed she was providing an opportunity for me to review that the inscription was correct, she didnt say anything out it in the bag and slid it back towards me and in a smart mouth professional way said have a good day and turned around before I could say anything. When I say they are lucky I needed the item for tonight and Lakewood didnt have it ....I know it was EXTREME, luck on their side

Terrible service. Bought a frame with an engraving. Lady brought it out and it had a scratch on it. It was obvious she knew it was the and just didnt want to deal with it.She redid it, brought it out, didnt see scratch and took it home. Realized it was misspelled (it was correct in the order).Went back and they said it would take 2 hours to do it again. Had to go back next day to pick it up.Wont be returning.

I really liked this place untill after christmas ..... When i go i buy from store full price n many items i misspelled a plate n took it back to drop off n pick up another day ... N two days in a row the stores closed for a whole hour .... When i went there was five employees now i guess there all taking a hour lunch everyday .... Went from five star too two star n called the customer service n its sombody n ohio that had nothing too say ... Lost faith

Very cute gift for someone special

I love this store! And the people who work there. I went in today to have a couple things done for my daughters birthday gifts and the two girls who were there really helped me out a lot with all my questions, they went above and beyond. Very patient and attentive. Definitely 5 stars! I appreciate the great help I received! Thanks again Things Remembered!
