I like Lids the company and all the member rewards. They have coupon codes and incentives but there is NO customer service at all. You dont even know who is an employee and who is a customer. They will say Hello and offer assistance while talking joking around with each other. Every time I go I try not to need any assistance because I will get a rushed answer. I needed help with a gift and when I asked if I might find it online the answer I received was Online is a different company so I dont know then he turned around to socialize.

Got a nice mets hat here, it was a little pricey but it looks very nice and is super comfortable. Also signed up for their membership rewards program!

Lids offers military discounts all year around. Asked staff how much the discount would be applied and they seemed upset. Decided to purchase hat(s) at another store a few shops away.
