So good I got some special food for my fish who had some problems the food work the only thing I love about the store is the quality of pet food I also love the pets they are there if I could buy the dog there is I would is a chihuahua I havent gone to the place and sometime so I dont know if the dog got bought by someone else its a high price for a dog but I think its a good price.

We took our husky and we have been given a price with them looking at him. Once we get to the appointment they changed the price and we were charged 120.. and also to top it off our dog has been acting like if he’s afraid when he was never been like that.. Honestly never ever bring your pets to get a bath.. I don’t recommend it

After being a faithful customer of over 10 years the prices were getting outrageously high. The last time I took my toy poodle was two months ago and I was charged $100.00 for a toy poodle that weighs 5 pounds. I mentioned that price seemed too high for such a small dog and that I wouldn’t be back. The owners response was ok don’t come back. After all these years of being a loyal customer I get this rude response. I won’t be going back ever again and I do not recommend anyone of going there unless you want to be treated with a horrible attitude from the owner who has forgotten about customer service

The hamster that I purchased here is super calm and tamed leading me to believe that they source their hamsters ethically. The staff answered all of my questions, and I am so thrilled about my new hamster and my experience getting him. I just cant get over how friendly and not stressed the hamsters are at this store. I highly recommend!

Took my two dogs for grooming Yesterday and one was too scared to stay so they offered to open early so it could only be him today. I loved how they treated my babies and me, I was also explained how to make my dogs more comfortable when taking them to get groomed. Thank you everyone here! I love it!

Worst pet shop I have ever done business with. I feel I was took advantage of. I went in to purchase a gift for my mothers dog. Come to find out she already had the item. I went back to return it the following day. I was told by the gentleman in charge that they do not do full refunds and all I was able to get is a store credit. Nowhere in the store does it say store credit only I have returned an item there and gotten my money back before. If you want to deal with a store that will change the rules to benefit them when they want to then the store might be for you. But for us hard-working honest people I recommend you stay away. Never in my life have I had to give a bad review to a pet store. They definitely lost my business for life as well as my friends and family. There is a much better pet store a quarter-mile west on Florence Avenue on the southside I recommend you go there for any of your animals needs and avoid this place at all cost.

Been here for the second time and on both occasions its been closed even after the fact they have a certain time online they need to update their hours or be open until the time they claim.

Came in today for a small tank and the young lady working at the register was very nice and helpful but I didn’t like the old lady, when I asked for help she didn’t bother saying anything or helped me . If I was you go down the street and go to pet town they are very friendly .

IT DIED !! I bought a Guinea pig for my daughter here . When we first got it it had problems so i took it back and they took her for a week then they gave here back . She didnt even last a year . We paid the vet 700.00 to save her but she didnt make it. SO SAD! I should of gotten a refund but we fell in love with her. OUR GUINEA pig had problems from the start of our purchase. Keep in mind that this was not our first Guinea pig . Long live our little meeper!

Super caring staff, they do an amazing job on my dogs every time and my dogs love the place! They run into the shop when we pull up and are all wags and licks for the groomer. When I pick them up they give me a detailed paper explaining what they found, what they did and what they would recommend. I would highly recommend this place, they do an excellent job.

I went there to get my budgies some toys ended up with a giant nest a play/perch area and 3 toys in all spent around $70 worth it sand every penny and I saw a giant 4.5 ft tall bird cage for $110 and plan to buy it. Also please do not buy a budgie from here because they will fly away from you trust me I have bought 6 or 7 budgies all were not able to be tamed I have bought a budgie from Petco and was easily tamed.

Weve visited plenty of grooming places and have bad experiences with our dog comming back gloomy and sad. Our Dog Benny really loved this place, he came back happy, excited and full of energy. The groomer had a mini review with us about our dogs fur, ears, teeth etc and was very knowledgeable. I feel very satisfied with our experience and will be returning next month.

Took my dog to get groom.notices she was extremely irritated when i picked her. Notices 2 days later she had so many clipper cuts n burns.Called the locatiin to express my concerns they said to go in went in n they said all they can do is give me a lotion that should help. Well now im taking the dog to the vet n believe me this isnt the end of it. They really deserve a BIG 0 for poor customer service, hygiene and overall experience.

Really bad service. owner and workers in the store have the worst attitude possible. i paid 77$ for them to mistreat my dog and i. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CRAPPY GROOMING STORE TO ANYONE.

Everything was okay. The only thing I had a problem with was really bad customer service. I was there today and I guess one of the employees was trying to speak to the owner and she went off on him like in front of all her customers it sure made me uncomfortable. And a few other people to I could tell. She was just very rude to the poor employee I don’t think that’s professional at all. He was just asking her something and she went completely off on him. Starting saying foul language.

This place is amazing! My husband and I plan to make a purchase here sometime in a month, we want to buy two rodents that have talls(rats),young ones,Price range is excellent.One of the employees there make it so uncomfortable,she is hovering around keeping watch over you, its understandable but I feel its excessive. Overall amazing place,making a purchase soon.Update:It has been about 5-6 Months since I got my ratties. They are doing great!Service is above & beyond. They gave them to me in a sandwich baggy with holes, it could have changed. Since its been half a year. But they have everything to start.

Took my friend to have her cat get a nail clipping and ear cleaning, when they had finished, my friends cat was not the same, had to take cat to the vet because the cat was off balanced when he moved, one of his eyes became dialated and the other became really small, my poor friend was so worried that something they did might of caused the cat to have a stroke, vet assured us that it wasnt the case after a full exam.....but it looked to him as if the cat was not handled properly, and mentioned that the cats ears are very sensitive and not properly cleaning can cause the cat to act like that....the owner was very rude to me when I reached out to her about this situation..I would not recommend any body to use there services...
