Staff was really rude. We were trying to use the computer and it froze, so we were trying to tell them and the lady was talking to us like if we were stupid. Horrible customer service ever!

This Fed Ex is the only one I’ve been to and it is horrible. Once I got in people were walking everywhere and there was no help. There’s no sign that says stand here and we will help you or wait for your turn. There was a little bit of staff only 4 people,none of them approached you. I thought coming here was going to be faster than going to the library. But I guess not. I had to get a card to put money into it and then go to the computers on the far end on your left side. Insert the card to top it off no one is there to help you. To scan in my papers I had to email to someone for one sheet to get scanned and uploaded to computer was a minute. But you’re paying $0.55 cents a minute! Doesn’t even add up if their scanner is slow and you can’t scan all your papers at ones. But either than that the place is clean. But no good customer service.

I went in on a Friday morning to ship camera equipment. Shanelle helped me right away. She was courteous, friendly and efficient. I was in and out in a few minutes.

Honestly, for first time customer I had a bad experience. I was not helped promptly and non of the employees bothered to ask if I needed help. I had to find my way around and ask until somsone felt good enough to help me. Not coming back. Ever.

I cold called this store wanting information to ship some big heavy vehicle parts. Jose was busy with customers, but still helped me with all the random questions I had. When I got to the store almost around closing he and Aaron did an awesome job packing up my stuff and were helpful and friendly the whole time. They made everything painless and smooth. Definitely recommend them for your shipping needs. A+ for these guys.

I am shocked by the rude service I received today at this fedex location by a person whose name tag wore Karina. Complaints letters going out to store manager named Jason, and regional & corporate headquarters as this should not be tolerated by any fedex customers. After seeing so many other negative reviews for this location, its no wonder. If you can go to another shipping service like UPS, perhaps you can get better customer service.

I’m sorry, but this has the worst vigilant employees ever. Not only was the MANAGER unrecognizable since she had no uniform on, she didn’t even notice us after we were standing there for almost 10 min. We couldn’t tell if she was indeed an employee or customer doing their thing. It would be nice if the employees and MANAGER were a little more actively involved with their customers. Go offer help and ask if everything’s alright, don’t just stand in the back where you’re unreachable.

I came on April 15, 2019 at 6:14pm waited in line for more than half an half when you had about 7 employees working. I’m sorry I mean you had 1 employee working 2 flirting padding each other on the head like 5 year old children 1 complaining he need to get on his register but not doing anything but kicking empty boxes and the other 2 talking to each other behind the computer. It seriously annoying considering I’m standing there annoyed with my hungry child to finally get help to be told the printer is down put a damn sign next time so customer do not have waste their time or better yet actually have employees who are working so you don’t have 10 people waiting in line!

I hope you understand the whole self service photo scanning/printing procedures before you go to this location because if you dont know how to use these machines there is about 30% chance you will get helped by staff. Laura (staff employee) can be a bit rude when answering questions, and I dont feel its the appropriate time/place to be sarcastic with customers because without any customers then employees wont have any work/hours. So, in a way we the customers are the ones that create what I believe is an hourly employment, so it might be a good idea to keep customers happy, just saying.

This place is just god awful... I was only trying to get 8 color images in 4 pages (2 images each page). The employee working there says that she charges $5 to resize each image when I have no problem doing it myself on a regular printer. Then she starts asking me a bunch of questions as if I were trying to do something shady. I was just trying to print reference images for an art project. So afterwards, I had to waste my time printing from their copy machines; those machines do not let you print multiple images in one page. Furthermore, their method for printing images is incredibly slow. You have to go through a long series of menus just to get one image printed. And I have 8 images to print. I would give zero stars if I could. Almost anywhere is more professional than this sorry excuse of a print shop.

I use Fed Ex a lot to ship samples back and forth to clients for work. Every time I come to this location, there is some sort of hassle or problem from the staff. The tape isn’t right, the box isn’t right, whatever. I don’t know what their angle is. Are they trying to sell boxes or tape? I never wait to find out. One time, I tried to pick my box back up to leave and the employee grabbed it and wouldn’t let go! She was fighting with me over my own package! She started yelling at me as a left. I took the package to a different location and they shipped it with no issue. Stupidly, I went back again because I was in the area and a different staff member gave a similar problem. I’ll never go to this location again.

Beware of a middle age, red headed, blue eye,s pale complexion demon named rita. I came at 7am to ship a package to a customer. She gave me grief about the box I was shipping, stating the box was too big for the item because it had too much space and need to fill it up or cut the box in half. So I got another box that had fedex logo on it and came back 10 minutes later and you guessed it....again something wrong with the box. She stated I cant use the box it was FedEx shipping box for them. WHAT? that made no sense whatsoever all these boxes in this store says fedex but because I go this one free I cant ship with it...complete nonsense. Beware if you come here the females here are always on a power trip...the box is too big or small, not enough tape,too much filling or not enough. The felines in this store always giving me issues. I pray for my enemies...dont do business in this store horrible customer service.

I asked attendant for help with some paper size issue on the copy machine, she said she will help me after attending all the people in line, a never ending line like 20 people and counting, she said theres nobody else working there, only her. Very bad service.

Joe was very nice and helpful over the phone. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Jose and he too was very helpful. I defiantly will return to this location for future printing needs.

The employees were very helpful. I used the computer it is $.35 a min to use. I also printed with color which is $.59 a page to print. They close at 11 PM for your convenience.

Customer service reps are more consumed with whats behind the counter than helping a customer. The reloading card machine was jammed so I had to use the copy machine and it took my $10 and kept it after my transaction was done. So to anyone using the copy machine DONT use it with your debit card, hopefully the card machine is fixed before someone else gets screwed behind this bull****.

Make sure you pack your box yourself, or you will be charged around $5 of labor. I did not ask prices before requesting the service, my bad ;/ and the nice guy who helped didnt informed me neither. I paid $9.80 for a small box: 14x14x14.The shipping service was already paid, I just brought the label.

One of the worst places to ship the package. they are selling box for extra charge. Terrible customer service. I hate this place. They didnt accept it, we shipped a package at the other Fedex location without anything, other party received it well without any problem. Dont pay for extra box or materials for your package, they are getting to sell boxes, materials and labor. Horrible Place!I recommend to ship UPS or USPS, They will accept it without any extra boxes, Materials or any labor charges if this place will not accept it.

Horrible customer service. Couldnt tell me where my package was. They just saif its not here then where is it. I sat at home waiting all day when i should of been at the dmv getting a id. So now your fed ex crewmen did bit deliever my package so where is it? This is ridiculous u turned a 2 business day pavkage into a 5 business day and that package is my sims carf to turn my phone on like ahat the heck fed ex why r u playing games where is my package?I go back and niw your saying my package isnt there it will be here tomorrow but u guys wont let me pick it up without a id. So thabks anothwr week with no phone u guys are very rude and unprofessional. U guys are holding my package its my package. U were supposr to send it out today so u guys are also liars. Never will i ever use fed ex again. UPS all tge way u guys need to go back to school fed ex
