6 Reason why you should hire Quartz J Concrete....1. They have a C8/Class A license. (This is a big thing because NOT all concrete contractor have this.) He can even work on city owned sidewalk.2. My job was on city property. He widen my approach to my driveway from 10 feet to 15 feet. He has to know how to make the approach to my driveway a certain angle. He did such an awesome job, like an artist. Please see my attached picture.3. Before the job started, the owner Ulises went to the city and applied for the permit for me. Therefore, he is licensed and insured. (This means he knows the routine to get a permit.) I didnt have to do anything.4. His price is very reasonable. I got several bids and his is good.5. Ulises is just a good person. These are the type of people you want. I hope he stays around forever.6. The city inspector actually talked highly of his job quality. This is the city inspector who see jobs everyday. The city inspector out of no where just told me I hired a really talented person.

I received four (4) different bids from contractors to do two (2) driveway approaches and I have to say Quartz J. Concrete was reasonable and very professional. The most comforting was that from day one, he was very responsive, assessed the work, produced an estimate, set efficient timelines to do the work and completed my job quickly and professionally. Ulises and crew demod two ugly box concrete steps that were somewhat hazardous, and installed three beautiful custom steps that added value to my home. The transformation of the steps was amazing! Ulises was very detailed, he explained the procedure, and how long the job would take. He offered some suggestions that made the project look better.
