Great washing machine at a comparable price. Customer service was great. The salesman was very helpful. The delivery team was so professional. They were moving a 27 inch washer through a 27.5 inch doorway. Not one bump or scratch. They were courteous and respectful. I plan to order kitchen appliances from them in the near future.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience. I needed a washer and dryer to replace my dryer that had stopped working and my washer that only worked on 2 of the 8 cycles. I was able to order them and get them installed within a week. Craig answered all of my questions when I was ordering them and they were in stock. The delivery people were extremely professional and arrived on time. The whole process was fast and I will definitely order my appliances from them in the future.

We recently purchased a new Maytag washer and dryer to replace our 15 year old set that we also bought at Dracut appliance. Sales did not pressure me at all and were willing to match a lower price at one of their competitors for a refrigerator I purchased from them. Delivery was prompt and the guys were very professional and respectful. After a few days I noticed the unit was a bit louder than my last refrigerator so I called and asked for a service tech to come out and take a listen to make sure there was nothing wrong. Service was prompt and at no charge. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the unit except that the manufacturers make them different today as compared to my 14 year old fridge. Sound is acceptable just a slight bit louder than my old fridge.

I purchased a wash machine back in 2015 from the Dracut Appliance in their Tewksbury MA store. After one year it kept locking on us and we had to reset it by unplugging it and putting plug back in. I am used to keeping washing machines for at least 7 to 10 years minimum. The Maytag I purchased back in 2015 bearly lasted us 3 years! I googled washing machines and the average life expectancy is 7 to 11 years!

Great place for new large or small appliances. The staff is very knowledgeable and customer focused. And they are extremely competitive with their pricing.

Good smaller scale appliance chain. Very competitive with big chains.I recently purchased a stove there. Over all they had the best deal. The price was about the same as the big box stores, but Dracut Appliance also included a griddle for the center burner. This is a $50 plus item. When you throw in the very reasonable removal, deliver, and install package, this was a great deal for us for $900 with everything. We got a Samsung stove we love and no disposal hassle. You really should check them out for your next appliance need.

Delivery offered Saturday morning at 9 am. No other time offered. Driver was rude and abrasive. Next time offered: Thursday! Still waiting on a time to see if we need to call out of work. They also tried to charge us $40 rescedule fee. A fee the delivery guy didnt mention. Pretty upset with this business. Last time Ill go there. Spent $1k.

The entire process was smooth, seamless and courteous. They replaced my dishwasher with a new one and did a perfect job...but in addition the plumber mentioned that I had a small leak under my sink which was unrelated to the dishwasher... and advised that I get it fixed a s a p... and then before he finished his sentence, he went back to work, took all the items from under my sink and then replaced my supply line and everything was now dry. I tried to pay him and tip him and he just smiled and told me to have a great day. I cannot say enough about the service and the attention to the customer. I wish more companies had people like this working for them. 10 stars !!

Guys are nice its not like a wanted to buy a dishwasher but if you have to spend the money might as well go to a local shop.

This store is packed with all different types of appliances. I have personally purchased four appliances from the store. The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

If I could give more stars I would. I am in the process of building a house and went to pick out every maqor appliance. The salesperson, who was actually one of the service techs, helped us out. He was very knowledgeable about the products, as well as the common problems he personaly sees with each appliance. Needless to say we hit different brands for everything ( with the exception of the washer and dryer were the same brand). The prices were great and they were able to work around our constitution schedule for the delivery date.

Thank you DAC for coming out on short notice and repairing our washer. Your technician diagnosed the problem and provided a quick solution with no hassles.
