I’ve been bringing my trucks there for years. Monday 4/27/20 bought my 2014 Ram 5.7 to have a major engine problem fixed ( lifter Pin). Basically he had to take practically the whole engine apart. That famous Hemi tick. He started it late on Monday and I got it back about 4 Tuesday afternoon. The truck is running awesome. His price was absolutely great I was told by certain people it would be over 2 thousand. Wrong no where near it. Take your car or trucks there you definitely won’t regret it. He probably stopped me from trading my truck in which saved me more money.

Honestly the most important thing I can say is that. You will get your vehicle fixed right the first time. Prices always fair and square!There is no place else I take my car when I need a repair.. Ray and his guys are honest hard working stand up people who you dont have to worry about something you might have forgotten to take out of the car it will still be there when you pick your car up fixed..

There’s nothing better than a genuine mechanic, and Ray is just that. I moved here recently and have been scammed by a few mechanics in the area. I honestly can’t say enough good things about rays. Excellent service, fair prices. Brought my car to another shop, they said it needed a $140 part before they could change the oil, I brought it here for a second opinion. Yes there was a plate on the bottom of the car that needed to be replaced, but had that Don and a LOF for under $100 (8-2017). I am very satisfied with the service I received, an am going to bring both my vehicles here for any maintenance. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. Easy to get to from Rt 38.

He and his staff provide quick and fast repairs, often at a much lower price than anyone else. I highly recommend him to everyone I talk to.

Good guy fair price wont take my car or truck any where else

Hands down the best mechanic Ive been to. Extremely fair prices, reasonable turnaround on repairs and very honest and upfront with what needs to be done. Ive been to mechanics that fix five different problems before solving the original issue. Ray tells you right away whats wrong, no guess work, and fixes it the first time.

Definately getting too comfortable had me wait all week to drop my car off ..finally did, I called to check on it got told I call too much.... Writing about my dads experience. he went to get his struts replaced, tighten up the front end. drops it off, picks it up all is good. my dad is hearing a weird noise while driving it home friday. called this place back monday & all they told him was “well it’s an old car”, trying to give him the runaround. so he brings the car to his mechanic friend peter to check it out. his friend didn’t even have to take the tire off. he knew right away what was wrong. the wheel berrin was almost falling off, he was lucky the tire didn’t fall off and get him killed driving. my dad called rays again and they told him if my dad wanted to have it towed back to the shop they will look at it. it’s their mistake why should my dad pay for towing? instead his friend had him get the parts and he just fixed it for him with no trouble.

I have been going to Ray for years! He used to be right next to my house in Pelham, but I still go out of my way to bring my car down to Dracut to be worked on. His prices are always very reasonable, he is very honest about the work that needs to be done. He has fixed my car for less than 1/2 of what a competitor wanted to charge me, and he has flat out told me I didnt need things that another garage was trying to push me into doing to my car. I read the below review by someone caliming Ray thinks woman are dumb, but that is the farthest thing from the truth! I am a single woman and Ray has never ever done wrong by me. I would definitely continue to go to Rays!
