I stopped in one morning for a cup of coffee and a Donut. It was very easy access in and out onto route 110. They have a spacious drive through. The employees were wearing a mask and service was fast and accurate. The coffee itself tasted just okay and the Donut was good.The inside was very clean and organized.

It was ok. My wife liked her muffin my danish tasted old. Training new help,a bit confused.

Great place! Visiting from CT, where Dunkin is my place of choice. But had to give this one a try. Awesome flavorful coffee. Also got a fresh egg and bacon sandwich on a tasty cheddar jalapeno bagel. If you see one on your travels, definitely stop in!

Best place for donuts and wide variety of fresh pastries. Place is clean with friendly staff. Seasonal flavors like caramel apple and other specialties are available. Tasted the strawberry glazed donuts and it has great and fresh strawberry flavor. Other pastries are worth trying too. Ample parking space and drive through options are very convenient.

Always a 5 in my book. Dunkin needs to take notes from them.

Im never going back to Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks or McDonalds for my breakfast again. My Bacon egg & Cheese French Toast Bagel was THAT GOOD. And the coffee? Exactly how I like itMy new favorite place, and today was my first time there 😍😍😍

The crew here is always great and very helpful, tried one of their holidays lattes very tasty usually I go through the drive thru on the way to work in the AM very quick unlike their competitors and always get my order correct keep up the good work .

I swore by Starbucks then I moved to the Merrimack Valley and stopped at Heavnly.. I stop by every day now with my wife and son. Coffee, tea,j uices and food are all good and the staff is friendly and know your order if you get the same thing every visit lol. They are simply Heavnly two thumbs up 👍👍

Breakfast sandwiches are delicious, amazing staff with good customer service although the only issue is that not alot of items are ready in the early mornings.

I’ve really tried to love this place since it is soclose and convenient. However each time my coffee has been a major disappointment. Iced coffee is burnt tasting every time no matter the various ways I’ve tried to order is (xtra milk? 1 sug? Cold brew?). Today was the last time I’ll ever go here. In a last attempt to find something decent. I ordered an almond milk latte with an extra shot of espresso it was so incredibly weak-all milk. The only time my coffee has ever been good is when the nice older woman has made it. That one star is for her. Never chancing it again.

Quick and great service. Just wished they got my order correct on my last visit. When I want an ice coffee with almond milk, I just want just that. No frills about it and no need to ask me if I want a regular. I forgot a regular coffee has a sugar in it. Maybe give your customers the option: Do you want it black, regular, or extra extra?

I stop there on my way to work the young 2 ladies always great me with a smile. It makes my day start of right and I think its better coffee then Dunkin Donuts by far.

I’ve been here many times, and about 70% of the time they get the sandwich wrong. They always are good sandwiches, but it’ll be on a different bagel than you wanted, or lacking bacon, ham, and sausage that you paid for. The coffee’s great, service is fine.

Heavnly Donuts is the best place to go for coffee and donuts early in the morning, fantastic, fresh sandwiches at lunch and a snack in the early evening. The coffee and food is always very fresh, salads for the sandwiches made on site. Staff is young and friendly. Always a good experience when we stop in.

Breakfast sandwiches are on point, try The Barnyard!This place is also super clean, quick service, and its not too expensive. Ill definitely be coming back

Havent had much luck on the coffee front. Either their iced coffee tastes burnt and off flavor or it is super watered down.Their sandwiches are the best though!

This location almost always fails to dazzle like the others. The other day I went in for an iced coffee and before I even left the store the ice was gone. I have to assume they poured hot over ice and left me with cool watered down coffee. Theyve told me that they cant toast croissants, too... But Wilmington, Windham, and Pelham St will, no problem... Honestly: I try to avoid this location if I have the time.

They really got the name right. Coffee, donuts and staff are all great. Such a huge variety of drinks and diet-busters.

Good coffee, large, delicious breakfast sandwiches, and fair prices. Also, lovely muffins and donuts for when you want to treat yourself. Service has also been friendly and effective. Basically everything I want from breakfast take out.

I wouldnt say fresh doughnuts all day long as they do go stale in the afternoon to close. Thats why they lose a star. They do have great drinks and breakfast sandwiches though. We definitely like how they make chicken salad sandwiches on a croissant. And they have great staff that are usually in an upbeat mood which -- dare we say -- makes it seem like they enjoy working there!

Heavnly is the only place I get my donuts. My favorite is the hot chocolate, best anywhere. My family loves this shop. Clean and very friendly. Try it next time. You will see the difference.

The place is always spotlessly clean and usually has a pretty decent fonut and pastry selection right into the evening (but get there early if you have your eye on a specific kind, they are busy busy busy)They always get my order correct, even special orders. Holy Moly... this place is awesome! There has to be almost 30 coffee flavors available. Multiple iced tea flavors, frozen drinks, so much variety. And might I add that the carrot cake muffin was out of this world! Service was fast and friendly.

I love this place coffee and donuts are amazing but you guys really need to get better staff rude responses. They don’t even apologize for their mistakes and makes remarks to other coworkers about the customers the staff represents your company and it’s not a good look

I love heavenly donuts. They dont use flavor shots in their coffee which is a huge plus. I love their pumpkin spice coffee even during the summer I can enjoy a nice pumpkin spice iced coffee. Their doughnuts are okay. I will be back here soon!

Best donuts around. Way better than a certain chain. They also crack the eggs for sandwiches right when they make them. Not pre cooked and refrigerated.

I got a bacon egg and cheese on a multigrain bagel and it was excellent the bacon actually tasted like real bacon it was thick and not really thin and cheap the coffee that I got was fantastic I would recommend Heavenly Donuts to anyone

Donuts are delish, as are the other food items. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional.Sadly, the iced coffee tastes like bitter water. Not sure what the hot coffee tastes like.

If youre stopping in during the summer, you have to try the cold brew iced coffee. Its very different, much smoother than hot coffee over ice.If you happen to be there after 3, you get a free donut with your drink purchase!

Superb flavored coffee. No syrups or shots which is a huge plus, all at a great price. Doughnuts were also great, transaction went smooth, and the building was clean and presentable. Love it!

Two weeks in a row now, we have waited in a long line . This is happening while 3-4 people are standing behind the counter not doing any thing. I love the coffee but the wait time is getting like Dunkin donuts. Today, we hear the staff swearing and counting tips while the line is all the way to the door.

They were quick, not many cars but they were very polite.

Would get a 5 but didnt have the cream filled managers special I love. And you cant see them make the donuts like at the original. Bit still the best donuts in the valley.

I usually love their bagels and drinks but i get a medium and they put so much ice in it i barely get ice tea. Also the last two bagels I’ve gotton have been straight up charred and it’s to the point i don’t enjoy them. And to add to that they don’t listen to you when u say your order in the drive through and they make u reapeat it plenty of times and then u get to the window and they ask you “ what did you get” and you have to repeat all over again. Inside is total chaos because they ask you what you want and don’t let you finish your order and move onto the next person. It’s like this at multiple heavenlys because i go to the one in Methuen and Dracut. Really disappointing that i feel like I’m wasting my money and getting poor service.

Heavnly has some of the best donuts and bagels you can get in the entire region. The coffee leaves something to be desired. The staff is always wonderful.

Love everything they have, especially the managers special. And who can forget the glazed croissants. 😋 have not gone anywhere else since they put the one in Dracut. :-)

I go here almost every day, unfortunately I’ve been disappointed with them recently. I will go through the drive thru and say my order and then get to the window and have to repeat my entire order, then sit at the window for another 5 minutes while they make my order. They need to use another system for taking orders because it’s pretty ridiculous...
