I have been the customer for the original Poland Springs for more than 20 years. Started off with a great service in delivering 5 gallon water bottles at approximately $4 per bottle including delivery. The price has creeped up over the years to $14 per bottle and $10 extra for delivery. Lately, I have been getting letters every 6 months for price increase. Totally ridiculous. With all of the difficulties already mentioned by other customers regarding their customer service that is totally non-existent currently, I somehow managed to get a true gentleman named Josh to cancel my account and stop delivery. However, the attempts to get a human being from this company is completely impossible. If any other word I could use that is worse than impossible I would. This company is worth no star. I cannot even believe how a company this bad could even do business in this country. I truly sympathize with the employees working for this company. If they treat the customers this bad, I cant even imagine how the company would treat their employees. God only help them. Folks, stay away from doing any business for home delivery from this company.

I didnt even want to leave 1 star! The only reason I have stayed with them for so long is because they are the only company that delivers 5 gallon jugs of Poland Springs water in my area (just south of Concord, NH). I kept getting letters every few months stating prices were increasing on product, then the delivery fee was increasing. It became too much of a financial burden to continue using them. When I called to cancel I was on hold FOREVER (30+ minutes) and in the middle of canceling, the call got disconnected. I tried calling back but it said no customer service reps were available. I called today to schedule to have my empty jugs picked up and sat on hold for 29 minutes... spoke with somebody for a few minutes and he put me on hold which kicked me back out to the main menu and I was on hold all over again! Somebody FINALLY picked up after another 10 minutes of waiting and I barely got my name out and the call disconnected. I was calling from a landline this time, so I am not sure why it disconnected.It would be nice to do business with a company that has good (and available) customer service and didnt keep jacking up prices every other month.Youre better off installing a reverse osmosis drinking water system under your kitchen sink. Spend $200 on that and dont worry about dealing with these issues!

Cant reach customer service by phone anymore. You email them and they dont respond for ages. Then when they respond you have to reply and wait ages again. Charge $20 late fees during covid when the mail is SLOW everywhere. Im cancelling. All set with this company.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. The only reason we stayed with them for so long was because there were no other delivery services for spring water in our area. They NEVER deliver on the date they are scheduled to, when I say never, I mean never. There is no customer service, if you do actually get a person on the phone they are rude and act as though it is a privilege to talk to them. The prices have gone up over 50% more then they were when we originally started service. The final straw? Like all that wasn’t enough? They decided that in order to speak to customer service, customers have to pay a $5 service charge to speak with them!! That’s right, PAY to speak to customer service! Never in my life… do not use this company.. you have been warned!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. This company used to be great but they were bought out and are now HORRIBLE. I had recurring charge enabled forever but then they stopped charging my card and let the invoices pile up, but kept delivering water and did not send me any notification. They then hit every invoice with a $20 late fee and they have no way to contact customer service. Disgusting business practices. Shame on you.

The worst company and customer service is non existent!!!! I was approached at BJs Wholesale Club and signed up, what a mistake that was!!!! Oh yeah you are suppose to receive a 50.00 gift card...NOPE...inquired and was told oh that takes a month to get....well its been a lot longer then that!!! But my bigger complaint is that Customer Service is HORRIBLE! If you try to call they charge you to talk to someone!!!! Every time I schedule a delivery I get a confirmation text and tells me to leave my bottles out and is scheduled for one day and NOPE they send a msg and say it has been rescheduled to 3-4 days later!!!!! I really despise this company. If you are even remotely thinking of signing up: DO NOT!!!!!! Save your time and money and just buy the cases or a water cooler and go buy your own Poland Spring 5 Gallon Bottles someplace other than this deplorable company!!!!! If I could give it a negative 100 stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would not recommend them if your handicapped need assistance with your delivery. Curb drop off, leave water in hallways of building, not notification when order is there. If your want to get help, you may in about 4 day. They also dont appreciate Veterns as I am one.

Have automatic payment set up and they periodically dont pull the payment in order to charge high late fees. I find also there customer service is rude and they dont care. Stay away dishonest company!!

The water product I buy is perfectly fine (5 gallon jugs), but the customer service at this company is absolutely horrid. I have specific delivery directions on where to deliver my water since I live in an apartment building in a busy city. They always leave the water outside - even before Covid-19, or bombard the small mailroom I have with the delivery. It wouldnt be so bad if I didnt live on the 3rd floor or didnt have medical issues to bring up the amount I ordered on my own. My biggest quam is that theyve followed the directions about two times before - showing me theyre capable of fulfilling my request, once I figured out how to request specific delivery instructions. But for the last year and a half they have been leaving my water in the street or in the tiny mail room, despite me calling and asking if they could help me bring up the water. Not sure why I stayed as a customer for as long as I have.

Horrible experience be aware the company agent told me you get free dispenser and free water delivery if you sign up then it turned out you get only one free water delivery plus you have to pay a monthly fee for the dispenser so I canceled my membership immediately and returned the dispenser and one more thing terrible customer serviceI definitely do not recommend this company .

Good luck canceling a recurring order (which you cannot do on the website). Its like a job interview with all the emails and phone calls. Website feels like a weekend project. The problem is that there are no alternatives in my area.

I called them because they charge my account double for this month. She said because they didn’t charge me last month. I told her I have online banking we charged for last month. I want to know right for this charge and for my answer she just ended up the phone on me. Called back no body answer me anymore. I didn’t not recommend it to anyone this company stolen people money.

As far as customer service phone system computer system etc with this company ...everything needs major upgradeBeen with them since DEC ...if they had to pay me for everytime i called theyed have to give me my orders for free ! 2 months ago i placed order and without telling me they sent order had it delivered 4 days ahead time cause change in system. Then they delivered same order again on day i ordered it to be delivrred so i canceled my account. Put everything on hold. Lastweek placed order for 7/7 called back cause got email saying order was 7/3...Today 7/3 literary waited all day for my order from 7am to 7pm !! Never got it....called 5 times talked to 5 different people all said order would be at my house before 5pm....called at 5pm told delivery guy was running late...called 630 told order waz canceled for today and 7/7 ???

Everything about this company is horrible. The website is always broken, the phone system leaves you on hold with repeating advertisements and no indication of whether you are next in line or hours away from a human. The deliveries are sporadic, not always on the same day every week.

Watch your billing statements closely. In the 8 months that I have had service through them, they have double charged me on the deposit & for an extra bottle on 2 separate times. They will adjust your next bill on their mistake but their mistakes happen often.

Absolutely the worse customer service. We have stuck with them for 3 years due to the fact no other company delivers to us. They give you a delivery date and then does not deliver or only gives you a partial order. I was told by 3 customer service reps my order was coming today, not true! Sorry we cant get your order to you for another 6 days. Finally broke ties to the worse company ever.

Zero to no correspondence from company. Trying to give them back their property after canceling my account. They scheduled the date and time to pick it up and never showed. I called to inquire and they informed that the driver didnt make the pickup-up for no reported reason. I offered to return the property to their facility and they declined saying that wasnt an option. Very unprofessional company that should value customer service a lot more than they actually do.

Poorest excuse for customer service, after being a loyal customer with very few if any issues for the past 10 years my delivery order gets messed up. No big deal Im missing 3-cases of water. Company line Our records indicate we delivered them.... I pay automatically, linked to a credit card, never asked them for anything free and i have security cameras monitored by ADT which show the entire delivery process and low and behold NO cases of bottles delivered just my 5-gallon bottles. I dont appreciate being called a lair. Canceling my account, not that anyone will miss my $800-$1000 a year.

Delivery driver is always upbeat, flexible and pleasant. The customer service is RIDICULOUS!!! I was charged a late fee for bills I never received, despite Ready Fresh being notified of an email change, they didnt update their files. I have been on hold for 25 minutes.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I was supposed to have a delivery on a Friday between 12PM-6PM. I took a half day off from work so Id be home. They re-scheduled the delivery WITHOUT informing me to Monday. They show up Monday and they cannot leave the water & cooler without someone being home. They could not deliver on a weekend or between 5PM-6PM when I would be home. They expect me to take another day off from work because they are incompetent? I DONT THINK SO.

After working with this company for 10 months, I had to finally cancel service. I could not handle any more incompetence. Deliveries were rarely made on the scheduled day. I would log in to my online account and set the desired delivery dates, and they would change them unbeknownst to me. The past few months I have been receiving 6 bottles of water, and they have been billing me for 7 or 8. The latest delivery was made early and no empties were picked up. When I scheduled them to return for the empty bottles, they only picked up 6 of the 7 and left the lone bottle in my driveway. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! Stay away!

If you signed up, they’ll rip you off with your eyes open, 20$ late payments for water delivery, 50$ for returning equipment, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL . Get the water from the water dispenser for only a, 25cetns per gallon, you’ll be saving a tons of money instead of paying 6,50$ per 5 gallons

Ive been trying to cancel my service for over a month. They needed to come pick up my water bubbler and theyve missed their deliver for the third time. You need to be home to give it back and they dont even knock on your door. Ive been paying for this service ive been trying to cancel and theyre doing everything in their power to force money out of you because they messed up. Do not start service with ready refresh.

I am highly upset that my deliveries keep getting rescheduled. My delivery has changed 4x and i am so upset i am going to go with another company. This is unprofessional and I refuse to pay more for this. I litterally have no water. This should be unacceptable from any national company. Shame on you ReadyRefresh!

I signed up through a Costco roadshow last month...First dispenser leaked and damaged hardwood floors. They replaced it with a good one and sent an adjuster out quickly, but I’m sure the quote is low, so I have to get other quotes before accepting their compensation. Who has time to deal with that?Water is supposed to be delivered every Friday. They missed with no call or notice and the CSR said it’s the weekend so they won’t get the order until Monday—meaning we get a delivery on Tuesday. (What about the order for yesterday?) Three days without water means I have to go to the store just like I did before giving them my credit card number.
