I love this place, its not convenient to my location but its nice. However theres an incredibly rude old man who works there. One of their products was advertised as being 5mg but the chemical breakdown on the back said 3mg. I called and asked about this and he basically told me it wasnt his problem and its my fault for choosing the price point I did. Unhelpful and rude. He also doesnt look like he fits in with the rest of the employees

Honestly, every staff member at this place is super friendly. The place is always clean. And they have a bigger and better selection of product than the other places Ive tried. And of course, Christian was there with his great attitude and friendly smile. This place puts me in a good mood every time I leave... for many reasons.

While the products are amazing.. the amount of taxes make it frustrating when I make it home, weigh my products and come out over .59g short. It’s very expensive to make the trip, but the product and pay taxes. I’d appreciate it if the amount picked up matched the amount purchased. Bad business practice. It should be 7gs. Very disappointed

My favorite dispensary in my area. I almost always order on their website and they have it ready when I get there. Which is great because it super fast if your in hurry.The staff has always treated me great while having A friendly, welcoming vibe to them. For example like this evening the young man behind the counter, Anthony was super friendly and helpful after he waved me over to his window. I was greeted by warmly and as if he was happy to see me He went out of his way to lift me up when I told him I had a long day at work.I must say you have great employees and a great way of running your establishment. The service was fantastic and quick as usual. Leslie was great, however the 4 stars is due to an issue with the product I purchased. I bought two of the squeeze nano drops and didnt notice till long after I left the dispensary, but one of them had leaked a little bit, which sucks considering how expensive they are. Other than that, the service was as quick and friendly as ever.

This place is excellent. Clean, friendly and plenty of parking. They have some great products for every type of customer. My favorite bud tender is definitely Ron. He is very knowledgeable, but not shy about asking for team input if he is unsure. He won’t BS you, and can help you feel at ease if you are new to cannabis.

This is the best dispensary Ive come across in MA! They always have a fresh and wide selections of strains and edibles. They are always rotating inventory so you get to see new strains frequently! Always a pleasant visit every time. Customer service is always excellent and they greet everyone with a smile, which in turn makes me smile. I love that theres Sooo many options to choose from! I love the convenience of how close to home this location is versus other local dispensaries. The lines may appear long at times, but always move along quickly. The atmosphere is peaceful, inviting/welcoming, and the music is a nice added touch. I do have a few favorite agents, but todays visit was the cherry on top for me. Every time I go to GreenStar herbals I hope to get Alex because she is so friendly outgoing and extremely knowledgeable. Not to mention shes not bad on the eyes. Best dispensary Ive been to in MA. Awesome prices and even though its low THC its still great quality bud. The staff is so friendly and I love the small talk when Im waiting for my order, never awkward and uncomfortable! They try very hard to make the experience as comfortable as possible and theyre all very educated and informative. I recommend this place to all of my friends who smoke.

Order online for pickup and then wait in line for an hour because they dont know what that means or how to honor it efficiently. While waiting, you can watch the walk-ins get to checkout in the same amount of time, which is typically one or more hours later.Dont count on any chance of efficient service if thats what you might hope for. Plan extra time to not be able to park, and wait extended amounts of time.

Christian and the security guard out front were lovely and very helpful! The dispensary itself is beautifully maintained. All in all, a very positive experience.

These guys were great. You can tell these folks care about the facility, the product, and the clients. They were ready to answer questions and make recommendations, and had a very friendly and welcoming presence at the counter. This place is pretty cool! They have a grand piano in the main area. Its very open layout and the people are nice. Steven was my cashier and he was kind and friendly to a newbie.

This place is amazing as always. Yesterday I made a mistake and ordered the wrong type of cartridge for a different device that I dont have. I went back a few minutes later and asked if there was anything they could do. They called the Manager Matt and he came to speak with me. He wasnt able to return the item which is completely understandable as I opened the package, but he did me one better! He hooked me up with the actual device that is needed to use that cartridge! I couldnt believe it. Incredibly good customer service every time I come here. You need to check this place out!

I went in for the first time today and I was blown away by how nice clean and professional the store was. They had various glassware on display as well as different cannabis products that you could look at before you buy. The staff there were very professional and friendly and Steve did an excellent job helping me with my order. I will definitely come back again

About moisten things up, I know the meaning of this, Im all set. I like my flower naturally sticky with crystals, its not the case at any dispensary. And I understand it would be very expressive to have such system to keep all flowers at 62% of moisture.

This dispensary is the closest to me and also has the shortest wait times, win win. Staff is always nice and upbeat, and they have their own parking lot which a lot of recreational dispensaries seem to lack. Flower can be hit or miss sometimes but their massive selection makes up for it. New stuff every day. If you like edibles, youll never run out of things to try.

I go to greenstar herbals in Lowell regularly (about 2-3 times a month for about 6 months now) and have never had one bad experience! I went in today at 8:30 and Jordan was the sweetest even though it was so late and I’m sure the staff were ready to get home. Everyone had a smile on their face and were as quick and efficient as always! :)

Inconsistent product selection. It’s stinks that once you find something you like, you go back to get it and they don’t have it.Also had an experience with an associate who helped me choose a cartridge and told me he was extremely stoned and couldn’t follow what I was saying.

We are in the state on vacation and needed a place to pick up products - found GreenStar Herbals online and placed an order. We arrived at the facility, which was very clean and a beautiful establishment, and got right in.Inside was very organized. My debit card would not work upon checkout but they were sweet and helpful. They have an ATM on-site which was a lifesaver. Interacted with two separate employees and a manger...all of whom were receptive and smiled the whole time!I have been consuming for many years but this was my VERY FIRST TIME in a dispensary. I was so pleased, I wish we lived here so we could go all the time! I would give 100 stars if I could.
