Called to schedule repair of a broken pull-start recoiler on my 22” push mower. While waiting for return call.. I searched online for instructions and needed parts... decided to go at it on my own by drilling out rivets that hold recoiler to engine. When he called back later same day.. I told him my plans and he gave me instructions on the correct way to do it without having to drill out the rivets. He was very honest and respectable, and willing to help out even though he knew I wasn’t giving him business for this small repair job. I will definitely be using Potvins in the future for larger repair jobs.Thank you for saving me a bunch of time and headaches!!!
