BEWARE OF PRIVACY CRIMES. The manager here put my friend in danger with stalkers who seem connected to the staff. I went with her to close her PO Box and they wouldn’t allow it, giving excuse after excuse I’m filing a police report right now and emailing corporate.

Bad service from an Indian old man..He does not have respect to customers,very rude indeed.In general, lack of customer service.

Went there to return something that I bought from Amazon. The package I was returning was open and required 6 inches of tap. The guy who was there wanted a dollar. I walked out. I am not asking things for free but seriously who asks money for 6 inches of tape?

I asked the man behind the counter to pull up his mask before I approached. He rolled his eyes at me and very was very rude. His mask stayed well below his nose. I will be returning Amazon packages elsewhere from now on.

Before going to the store, I went online and read a couple of good reviews and one bad review. Im writing this review in contract to the bad review. I went to the store yesterday with my Amazon package for return in hand. The UPS section in the store was not attended. I went to the check-out counter and I asked the lady for assistance in the UPS section and she said shed be right with me. I walked back over to the UPS section and within 1 minute, the lady was helping me check-in my Amazon package for return. She was polite and pleasant and extremely efficient with my transaction.I was well satisfied with this UPS drop-off location.

Don’t really know the problem of this guy? He’s always grumpy. Won’t reply to pleasantries too. His way of talking is really aggressive. I usually go here to return my Amazon parcels and it feels like hes refunding me out of his own pocket.

The staff is efficient. I had to drop off an amazon package. I was in and out in two minutes!

I would much rather drive 55 miles out of my way to go to a different store. I had a tracking number and a ripped label and she would not pull up the tracking order and reprint the label so I had to pay more money to them in order to get my package to wear need to be which was a complete scam I had everything poor quality

Staff is very knowledgeable! Everyone had a great attitude! They went out of there way to help with any project I presented to them!

Just arriving in Dracut, I needed to print some documents. Both the Lady & Gentleman working were extremely polite. They printed what I needed and the price was right.

The service here is great. Its convenient and usually pretty quick.

So I went in there do to i needed to send back my phone to sprint and I am so glad I chose to leave the case on the phone do to he placed it on the scale printed my receipt then chucked the package into the bag on the wall hitting the wall and just didnt care less I will be contacting corporate do to this is not okay

Horrible location that doesn’t honor their hours of operation. Hours listed state that they are open till 6:30pm however, the store closes early and says they cannot help customers. Asked the manager for help and he said he doesn’t care!

Doesnt do notary public even though website says they do.

The only reason i go there is cse its closer to me, otherwise not a good service
