Well-stocked. Staff nice. Mens room looked like a bomb went off in there, the urinal has no water, and there are no paper towels. Yet the little I cleaned this date and time sheet is all filled in. Hmmmm.

Michaels has super clearance and usually when I shop for their candles. I like the proximity of this store to my house! Nice cashiers, typically a line but the cashiers have seemed patient enough to handle crazy customer issues and remain friendly. This keeps me going since I wouldnt have the patience myself to wait otherwise!

I visited today in search of fall decor. Their employee Janice was extremely rude and tried to humiliate me in front of other customers that she was chatting with. I was called a Halloween freak and when I walked passed them, she pointed me out saying See? and stared me down until I passed her.I usually love shopping at Michaels, but I will not be coming back to this location.

I always love shopping the sales at Michaels! I find it easy to be really thrifty with my projects if I stick to planning from the items available at a discount. This location was clean and well-stocked. The staff was pleasant, even when faced with customers who were UNpleasant. Kudos.

Great place! Only 4 stars instead of 5 cuz several times Ive been in there I had to hunt someone down for help and most of the time they had no helpful information or gave me wrong information. The younger employees arent knowledgeable on pretty much any question you have to ask and dont even know where things are. :/ Wish theyd train them better.. but other than that the store is great! I went in with a general idea for a custom frame job based off of Michaels web page. Far more options to choose from in store. My framer, Cassandra was not only kind and patient but she helped me elevate the piece to surpass my expectations. In love with the frame design. Very excited!

I have a sleeve of tattoos and was shocked to realize that the store had secret shoppers following me the whole time. I was profiled and felt like just because I had tattoos I was some thief. Probably not going to go back

Don’t expect the poor management of Stephanie to help resolve customer issues or problems. Spent plenty here on trees, received a promotional discount $20 coupon and she couldn’t figure out how to get the job done. The issue was can’t redeem it with the internet down. Good management figured out how to help others. Time to find a new manager.

Went in to get a cement paw memorial for an emotional support animal for a retired 5 tour retured army veteran. Whos 12 yr dog had turned gravely Ill overnight. They didnt have the one avaliable online but Went to GREAT lengths to find something that would work in the matter of the FEW minutes THEY had left together....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Some craft stores are more organized than others, and Im impressed with Michaels. I go there mostly for yarn, and I love the 3 isles of options for it, and most of it in the right spot too(which is a lot for a craft store!) They always have little temptations on the end caps and good sales, sometimes I have to walk quickly to the yarn looking down so I dont break the bank lol. I also love that theyll have free patterns hanging up in the yarn isles, and that they have samples of how some yarn works up. The cashiers have been great too, Ive had the lady with a British accent (or I think it is) a couple times, and shes been really helpful with coupons and patient when explaining the Michaels website and apps. This is the first place Ill go for my crafting needs!

They do have a fair selection, and you can usually find help. Ive always hated their check out lot of standing in line. But to find exactly what you want you almost always have to go online for it.

I’ve always loved Michaels, but this location has officially gone above and beyond. We just plugged in our Christmas tree that we’ve had for a couple years and half the lights didn’t work. They still carry the same tree but figuring because it was 2+ years old they wouldn’t do anything about it, I called anyways. They totally agreed it should last much longer than that and with no questions they exchanged it out! They just made our Holiday Season! Thank you Draper location!

This store is always well stocked and very clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find things. They generally have everything you need for projects under one roof. Great place to go for craft supplies or even some home decor items!

This store usually has good stock on all of their products. They have good products with good sales. I dont usually buy things without using a coupon or unless the items I want are on sale. Their regular prices do seem to be competitive with other craft stores. I shop here mainly for beading items. I like using natural and semi-precious beads, and Michaels has good quality beads for a decent price, especially during their bead sales. Their beads are nicely organized and they have a good selection of colors. They do have good quality art supplies, as well. To be honest, I usually shop at Hobby Lobby. But there are certain things I love buying at Michaels. One thing I do love are their unique holiday items. I can always find fun holiday crafts for my kids here.

Extremely uncomfortable environment. I dont know if its because I have tattoos or why I got the worst customer service walking into this location today. I spent 200$ and was so uncomfortable by the lady checking me out I didnt even want to sign up for the rewards program. she acted like she want out of her way to even check me out. I will never be going back to this location. no wonder why you guys are hiring, next person you hire make sure they know what customer service really is and how to treat every individual like a human being. very disgusted and disappointing.

The store is clean, smells nice, is organized, and has great staff. While Michaels exceeds in customer service and customer experience, they lack in pricing. Everything is more expensive than if I bought it online, even with a 70% discount. The only reason I would need to come here is if I wouldnt be able to wait for it to ship from an online store.

The store is a nightmare the older woman at the register never knows what’s going on items will say that they’re on sale and they won’t ring up that way and they will not honor it and when you try to return things that you bought online even brand new in the box they won’t take them every time I come here it’s been something I will go out of my way 40 minutes to go to the American Fork store at least they know what they’re doing

Curbside pickup takes about 30 minutes and the old lady that brings the items to your car is very rude.

Just like all other Michaels around. A lots of choices and they had the Easter items on sale which is nice considering that Easter is one month away. Easy access and helpful people in the store.

I work close by this establishment so I frequent often for all my hubby interests. The staff is always very helpful they engage you if you have any questions. The place is always clean and organized and the staff is always friendly. I’ve been to a few other Michaels and this one has always been my favorite.

My main purchases at Michaels are art supplies for myself and craft items for kids.This is one of the few places that carries art supplies locally. The art selection—sketch paper, paints, pen and ink, Prisma Colors—is solid. And they have plenty of craft items to choose from.What makes the shopping experience less than ideal for me is that you either have to pay the higher price for items OR play the coupon vs. sale item game. (And then it’s kind of like going to a gas station convenience store where you either pay $3 for the single bottle of a drink you want, or you buy 2 for $4.)I know this coupon-sale model works for some, but I personally don’t like to sign up for anything where I get zillions of ads and have to watch the dates on coupons. And I don’t like feeling like I need to buy three sketch pads in order to get a good price. When I want some paper, I just want to go to the store and buy the paper. (Again, this is my personal taste.)The other less-than-ideal aspect of this store is having to stand in the winding checkout corral, filled with various impulse items to buy. Other stores have checkout-corrals—especially craft, fabric, discount, and office stores—and maybe they increase sales and give some people things to look at... I, however, prefer a cleaner, more straightforward checkout experience.5 stars on selection and art aisles; 2-3 stars on buying/checkout experience.

I want to say thank u to the nice lady who checked me out last Saturday morning. I lost the receipt that I asked her to write her name on. Anyway, she was so friendly and helpful. She helped me save some good money via coupons. She didnt have to have a good attitude, friendly service or time to spend on me, but I am so glad she did!

Im doing more business here than lately, mostly because the app in the discounts are cool. One of the few places left that you can still get decent art supplies. Look for those coupons in the app that will help you save a few bucks.

We came for their make break. Its always fast and easy. Good for kids with short attention spans, not for anyone wanting a real craft class. They have more in depth classes to sign up for.

I just recently have made Michaels my go to craft store. I used to prefer Hobby Lobby, but Michaels has proved to be better. Michaels is convenient, has amazing sales, and the staff are helpful and happy. I will return tomorrow and probably the next day too!

I did not buy anything here, I just went to look. The store was nice though and had so much. I am a cake decorator and I found a lot of fun stuff that I will eventually be back for. They have tons of cute decorations and fun projects.

We needed an odd size frame and was surprised to find that Michaels had a couple to choose from. They had a sign saying BOGO, when the register didnt ring that up they gave the deal to us anyway. Very nice customer service.

Love all the sales they have after holidays. Get a 40% off in a text every month for my craft projects. No material here but great for paint supplies, wreaths and scrapbooking.

Michaels is a great place for finding all the small parts for crafting. They sell so many odds and ends that you simply must check them out if your trying to build something. They arent big on fabrics or the materials you buy for sewing and embroidery machines. I recommend Hancock or Joans for fabrics and sewing supplies. I have also found the staff to be very helpful if you cannot find a specific item. Considering how many little things they sell and the huge area to search, its a relief to have the staff actually walk with you to the item instead of pointing and leaving the search to the customer.

I go here at least once every two months because they carry everything I could possibly need for my crafts, and because they have great products and sales. The only reason I subtracted a star is because the staff are inconsistent. Some days you cant find anyone at all to help you and a lot of times you wait in line for hours to greet staff who clearly hate their jobs. I dont know if its just a bad environment to work in or what, but I hope they see this and improve the company morale around there.

Great place for craft and art supplies. Relatively good brushes if purchasing level 3, limited choices on better artist paint. If just starting, prices are good on basics. They do carry Winsor-Newton.

Very knowledgeable and friendly associates. I needed help finding a magnetic sheet and the lady knew exactly what aisle it was on and where on the aisle I could find it. I was in and out so fast. Would have taken me so long to find that item myself.

I was looking for colored twine & usually go right to Michaels for variety. I didnt get variety this time. I was told that the small balls of different colors was seasonal for spring & they may not get more. It really limits my crafting
