Paid for two only got the one egg this happens a lot sometimes I get no eggs. Always happens on the weekends. Need quality checks on the orders before they go out. I lost .69 cents in egg yo make this right it’s happened a lot

Einsteins has great food and good bagels, when its made right. The last several months this location has had terrible costumer service, no seating and its a joke. I never get the right food, staff refuses to fix their mistakes. Its dirty inside their building and they need to make places for you to sit. The outside seating area is also disgusting and they dont have any umbrellas, in the sun they ask you to set them up only to find they are broken. This place will go out of business if they dont clean up their act. People are tired of it.

Ordered a Fresh and Ready box in the drive thru this morning. Got home and noticed there were 11 not so fresh bagels in the box. Took it back and they gave me another box. I checked in the store. Same issue - 11 not so fresh bagels. Asked for a box to be made and the employee was super helpful. Avoid the Fresh and Ready boxes or check before you leave.

No inside seating (as of late July 2021). This means take-and-go, or sit outside (the seats will be in the Utah sun after about 11 am). The espresso machine was broken and so a cheesy iced coffee was substituted. The staff forgot one of our items and had to be reminded. No napkins in the dispensers, so we used coffee filters instead. I was there for a business meeting and I had suggested the place (never been to an Einstein before), and was embarrassed for having made the suggestion. Not making that mistake again.

Dirty store with no inside dining, still closed from 2020. Carpets and ceiling are filthy.Service is OK once they get around to assisting. The wait is so long customers were leaving to go to the drive through since that is clearly their priority.Drive 15 minutes to another store, it will save you time.

Always loved the fact that they have had a drive threw, but honestly the best time to go is in the morning when they are fresh but there’s one thing about this place the reviews I read say a lot of things about being inside to dine in but I read most the reviews and the manger only replies to 5 star reviews that say stuff good about them in a way so if this isn’t true then reply to people letting them know that they are heard! Solid bagels and sammies, staff here cranks out the food. Coffee is surprisingly good, esp when Starbucks next-door can take 15 minutes for coffee. Lox here is LEGIT, everything bagel is, well, everything a bagel should be. Place is run down, but grab food to go and youll smile.

Let me start by saying the food does taste fresh, which is why a gave 2 stars and not one. I have been here a dozen times in the last year. Every time a plead to have my bagel toasted and to this day they have not toasted it once. I have even asked to confirm it was toasted at the window and they lied straight to my face. Toasting a bagel is a normal and common request....please listen to your customers.

They offer bagels but the butter amount on my bagel was light. I know they do better at other locations.

The bagels were cold. Didn’t cut after asked. The staff was mean. Our box is breaking. The put the cinnamon and sugar all the way at the bottom.

I wish the Asigo Bagels had more cheese on them. Sometimes its like a plain bagel.

They gave us too little of change, and gave us the wrong bagels. the girl who helped us didn’t take responsibility and tried to blame it on her coworkers. she had an attitude and didn’t seem to care really, and then didn’t give us back our recite after we specifically asked for it.

We pulled up and asked for 2 separate orders because we’ve done it in the past with no problem, home girl says no she can’t do that, whatever not a big deal, so we get to the window, my friend hands them his card, she hands it back and says it was declined and only charged 5 dollars, i hand them my card and pay for the rest but what happened was they charged my friends card for the order and 5 extra dollars and i paid for it again, basically paid double for no reason. very unsatisfied.

The drive thru was pretty slow, but my, oh my! Their bagels are GOOD!!! and the girl who helped me was so happy and cute, I loved the service. They do need to work on speed but the food is DELICIOUS!!

A few months ago I would have given this location 5+ stars. It used to be so much better than the other locations. But now they are just horrible.

Nice staff, but terrible food. Not at all what they used to be.

After a hike or hot yoga its nice to stop by and get a twice toasted bagel with some eggy cheddar. The staff flitters to and fro. The drive-thru can be problematic in that the bagels could be undertoasted.

Some of the staff was very nice but there was one lady in particular, unfortunately I don’t have her name. She was very rude to us and to her coworkers. Instead of her asking if we wanted substitutions she made her coworkers talk to us. I don’t know if she was a manager or what but I felt worse for her coworkers than how she treated us. She spoke down to her colleagues and refused to treat them with equal respect. I’ve worked fast food and having someone like that in the workplace makes a busy day like this morning awful. She wore a red shirt and a black headband. I hope whoever in management sees this and can check the time stamp and let her know she should find a job where she doesn’t interact with people or fix her attitude.

Awesome food and great selection. Good coffee and bagel sandwiches perfect before you hit the slopes. Cant give five stars because they always seem to be short-staffed and it takes awhile to get your order if theres more than one or two people waiting

The only reason I am giving a 5 star review to this location is because of Skylar. I just moved to this city and everyone in customer service has been nothing but rude and unfriendly. I walked in and she was so nice and gave me compliments on my tattoos! the manager there was so rude not not only me but I think she was also rude to Skylar! glad to know there is a little hope for me in this city, thank you Skylar for making me feel welcome!

I get offers from Einstein all the time and to get the offers you have to use their app but the app doesn’t let you customize your order. Needless to say I’m not very happy that I can’t get the free coffee that was offered to me. Also the last time I ordered on the app I was double charged and when I called the store I could not get an answer about why or who to call. I was told a manager would call me the next day but never heard anything.

I really like this Einstein bagels, but the drive through is really slow. I sat in line for over 20 minutes to get my bagel. Great food, but slow service.

Ordered ahead about an hour in advance. They didnt start putting everything together until after it was supposed to be done and I asked them about it.

I absolutely love Einstein bagels and am willing to wait in the drive through for up to 10 mins sometimes. Today is ridiculous though. I would have reversed out of the line if I could have. I haven’t even ordered yet and I’ve been in line for over 20 minutes. It’s not because they’re busy because there are only 5 cars in front of me, it’s because they’re SO SLOW!!

I cant speak for the drive through but this is the only location Ive seen that has one. The staff inside were very welcoming and had excellent service, and as always with Einsteins the bagels and breakfast sandwiches were DELICIOUS. 👌

Love this bagel place. Such amazing selections and the space is big so you can spread out if youre having a working breakfast or lunch. I come here for my bagel fix and to get some work done away from the daily chaos. And the people are really sweet too!

I feel so sorry for the employees who work here.. I hope things get better.. and I sure hope that poor pregnant woman gets some help or gets out of work soon. Horrible customer service and employees that were very rude to me while I was there. The inside of the store was very gross and unclean. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and just ended up leaving since our food still wasnt ready. Terribly run einsteins. Would rather skip breakfast than come here again.

Place is decent. I and my daughter went there during the middle of the day. Staff was friendly and quick with ordering and having our food ready for us. If you need a quick and relatively healthy bite in the Draper, UT area, this place is worth the visit.

Food was made exactly as ordered. They didnt skimp on schmear. The staff were lively and personable. The wait was about 18 minutes; only thing that prevented a 5 star.

I only had coffee. When I went to refill, all creamer was out. Coffee was good but guess you can only have one cup.Employees were right outside the side entrance smoking. No thanks.

I like Einstein’s and this one is close to my work and home, and usually I wouldn’t bother leaving a review for a chain restaurant. this Einstein’s, I don’t know why, but it has the slowest service ever. I’m really understanding and don’t mind waiting, but every single time without fail I’m waiting at least 10 minutes if not more for a single bagel. Even in the drive through. I have pulled up at 1pm with no one else in the drive thru, and still had to wait to have my order taken and then wait again to receive help at the window. The food is always good, but I seriously do not understand why everything takes so long at this location. They don’t seem understaffed, plenty of people in the store, maybe just lacks leadership? Not sure, either way, except a wait for your bagel.

Slow slow slow slow slow. Took forever. I asked for it to be lightly toasted, and it was charred. I asked for it to go, and they brought it in a basket. None of the employees could offer any description of a new schmear I was curious about. Its painful because I love bagels, but their service is the worst. Need to learn a lesson from Jimmy Johns.

I love Einstein, but this location has serious issues with its staff and coordination. Sometimes staff is slow or there is an inadequate amount of staff.Running out of coffee at 7am and 8am is really poor planning. Running out of sweetener, or not having ingredients to make menu items is also simply poor planning and management.Quality has not been an issue until this morning where Dark Roast coffee tasted like bath water.Management, please review what is happening here. I am a regular customer at least four times a week and I have seen too many inconsistencies.

Will not be returning. No urgency through the drive thru to get orders out and my order was incomplete.

I had a very bad experience at this Einstein bro’s, they usually have it together. But it seemed they didn’t understand my simple drink order and when I got my food it was not the best and they made it incorrectly. I am unsure if I will come here again

You dont have to be an Einstein to know that Einstein Bros Bagels is the best place around. And as a Jewish man, I appreciate that they call it shmearinstead of cream cheese.

Just walked into the Draper location. We were the only ones in line. The store was not busy. We were never acknowledged or told just one moment we will be right with you. We waited at least 10 minutes and walked out. We have been coming to this location for years. Very poor customer service. Will not be coming back. Perhaps you need to train your employees on providing excellent customer service.. Before you lose more customers.

UPDATE 09/22/2021: Food was good but establishment if so dirty you might just walk out. Not a counter or even the front door clean. The help was busy, nice, and confused. The food was good but this place is absolutely FILTHY from floor to ceiling once again. The owner of this franchise needs to adhere to the standards of the business. Scary to touch anything in there. We really wont be back this time. Will head to another place for bagels.I will never eat here again because of it. ***(5/24/18: I appreciate the response from the owner and I will try again because the food was delicious. I hope to see a complete wash down of the interior, including clean bathrooms, and if so Ill be happy to rate again with more positive comments).

I got the Santa Fe bagel it was a little spicy which l liked and it also says its spicy on the menu. I like to taste my spicy food not to just be burnt. The staff was nice and professional, the food came out quick. The other thing l liked is that my asiago bagel was fresh and not super chewy.

Ive been craving the Tasty Turkey, so Ive been here twice in the last two weeks. They made everything just as I ordered. Everyone who helped me was polite and my order came in a timely manner. It was all very tasty indeed!

We came on a not so busy morning and ended up waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru! they spent lots of time socializing and had 5 people working on a very simple issue. i would not recommend and won’t go back again!

We bought over 90 bagels for our department and spent around $150 for delivery. When ordering we select custom bagels to reflect what we felt like would be most liked by our department and spent at least 20 minutes deciding which bagels we wanted. The next day when it was delivered they just gave us the default bagels that they do in their packs. We checked our email and this is what it reflected as well. I am not sure at what point it reset our entire order and if its an issue with the store or the site but really regardless I am displeased. This is something that should be worked out considering we spent quite a bit of money on getting these and obviously wanted specific kinds. All in all, dont get the bagels unless you are PHYSICALLY walking into the store to buy them.

Draper store is excellent. Riverton store slow and slower. 2 good employees there. Most of the rest of the staff are zombies.

The bagels are amazing. The drive thru isn’t always terrible but if there are a lot of cars, the like inside is usually pretty short and goes pretty fast.

I have never had a worse “fast food” experience. Which is saying a lot because let’s face it, most fast food places don’t do much right. So here’s the scoop... I pull up at their drive through in quite a long line, one you can’t pull out of because it’s just wide enough for one car. After waiting for about 10 minutes we place our order. They had maybe 5 types of bagels left (at 12:30 pm when they closed at 4) so we place the order not super thrilled with what we got but since we had waited so long and still had to wait to exit the line we decided to deal with it. After waiting another 25 minutes we finally get to the window just for them to tell us they sold 2 of the bagels we had ordered and they had no more. They refunded us for those and gave us our food. While checking our order we realized they had forgotten to give us an egg sandwich we had ordered. I tell the moron at the window and he tells me that’s why we gave you a refund. I said no you gave us a refund for the 2 plain bagels. Not sandwich. He walks away... I’m thinking he’s talking to maybe his manager or someone. Nope! He comes back and looks and me so I said so what’s up? And he literally says... I’m just wondering what you’re still doing here! Like what the freak??? So basically I said a simple cuss word and drove off. I am so ticked because I frequent this location but will now take the longer drive to the Orem location if I’m having a hankering for bagels. (Word for the wise- hire at least one person with any customer service skills. Because what we witnessed today was ridiculous)

Bagels are always awesome. I come here every Saturday .the guy that takes the drive thru orders sounds so annoyed with every driver. He seems like he doesnt want to be there. Other than that this place is great . (Its the bald guy- I have seen others leave reviews about him)

Great LocationI love Einstein Bagels, but this is a fabulous location. It is by a semi-busy road, but it is still relatively nestled in the montains. It also has a great seating area outside.

The manager (I think thats who it was, the big guy with a piercing under his bottom lip) totally ignored my question I asked him and started talking to someone else. I asked for the two coffees they didnt bring out. Very rude. Didnt seem to care about anything. The cooks were nice and they were the ones who talked to me and brought out the coffee, but otherwise service is awful. This place has gone down hill.

Staff was nice but not very attentive to their surroundings. The bagels are very doughy and undercooked. An employee had left right before we did and wouldve hit us with their car had we not screamed. Not going here again.

I usually really like this place but after todays experience I’m not sure I want to return. First it took an unusually long amount of time for them to even repeat the order to us (drive thru) then when they did, they only got half of the order. We had to repeat the order multiple times. They confirmed it and still got it wrong after us waiting at the window for over 10 minutes. I ordered a turkey cheddar off the lunch menu. I asked for no tomatoes. What I got was a bagel with cream cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and spinach. No cheese, no onion, so it was nothing like what I had ordered. The coffee was weak. The service was poor and unprofessional. Not pleased.

Terrible Customer Service!I pulled up to the drive-thru mid morning, no one was in front of me... I waited for about 10 seconds, because no one greeted me over the speaker, I said Hello...a young mans voice came across Ill be with you in a moment - no greeting at all! So, I waited maybe 45 - 60 seconds, then said Hello again. I got the same response from the young man! By this time I shouldve ordered and been ready to pay at the window - but I waited another 30 - 45 seconds and he asked me to place my order. I asked for choc chip bagel and a drink, he immediately responded we are out of choc chip bagels. So, because my order was for someone else not me, I said never mind and drove forward to exit, however there was one truck at the window and I could not go around him, so I waited, and waited. I had enough time to call the person to ask if a different flavor bagel would work for them and they said yes. By the time the truck drove away, I pulled up to the window to request a different flavor bagel and a drink, only to wait for someone to open the window to even talk to me! Im obviously very upset at this time, but endured for the sake of the person I was getting the bagel for!!! I waved at the window until I got the attention of a young girl, of which I told her what I wanted and she just stared at me with a blank stare. She turned around from the window and I could see her talking to a small oriental woman (mustve been her boss), because the woman then came to the window and asked me what did I want!!! Holy Cow! How rude can a person be??? I told her what I wanted and she said the young man will get it for me and it would be a few more minutes. OH MY GOSH!!! REALLY? After what seemed an eternity - I finally left with my order and WILL NEVER GO BACK! Hope youll do the same!!!

We ate breakfast I like that idea that you can add add extra egg to your breakfast sandwich for $1.50. The food and coffee were good hot and fresh. I wish they offered more hot sauce options.

Just waited in line for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for a premade parfait and a smoothie. I watched the staff serve two other customers before looking at me or acknowledging me. Garbage service, I hope ownership just cleans house or pushes their employees harder. Pathetic.

Its a good place but slow service

The past few times Ive tried to come before work, between 6-7 the place has been almost empty but you still cant get anyone on the drive thru for a solid five minutes. Maybe theyre short staffed but I dont think Ill be coming here anymore.

I never go to Einstein’s, I’m not familiar with the menu, so I might just have said something wrong but I doubt it. I ordered quite a bit of food and almost half off it was not in the bag, after I was told “Everything is in the bag!”. I called to clarify the order three times over the course of twenty or so minutes and nobody picked up. Very disappointed in the lack of communication with me, and I doubt I’ll return again.

The grab and go boxes are nice when you are bringing food to a meeting! Good bagels and cream cheese.

Took forever to get our food. After fifteen minutes waiting they told us that they didn’t have some of the igtedients for our sandwiches. My wife used the restroom and said it was disgusting. We paid extra to have one of the sandwiches on a different bagel and it came out on a plain one. Probably won’t come back again. This location used to be awesome. Went downhill bad

They are so slow, if your in a hurry like me don’t waist your time. Great food but I can never get it because it takes 30 mins to get two things.

Einstein Bagels is a great place for morning meetings, the smell is AMAZING. They have an ok WIFI, not too fast but does the job. As far as the food, its overprice, you can get the same Beagles cheaper at Costco. Once they kicked me out because they were closing, and I that is the other negative is that is only open in the mornings.
