I was running around store to store last minute looking for a specific mask for my son as I ordered a costume on Amazon and didn’t realize it didn’t come with a mask (failed as a mother) 🤦🏽‍♀️ Anyway I couldn’t find it and I asked the right person. Karen went to the back and found the mask I needed. She was amazing and went beyond for us. Thank you Karen!!!!

To the Zurchers staff! I want to say thank you for finding my wife’s purse. She had extreme valuable things (passport/green card)!! She accidentally left it Saturday night and we called today, the staff was so kind to help us and say they found the purse!! The owner or general manager you have a great team and I say they deserve a raise!! Even on Saturday the staff was extremely friendly and I thank them for this experience! It was a nerve racking moment in our household and I want to say thank you for helping us out!

After calling and placing our online very simple Balloon Order which was not done even close to what was ordered and confirmed. Very disappointing service especially with the manager unsure of name but he wore harry potter looking like glasses. He was aggressive and defensive blaming the “wrong order on us” he stay almost cocky even after we showed him the CORRECT and CONFIRMED order which was PINk “16” !!Please consider training him and your employees!!

Went looking for a pirate hat to fit a large adult head. The quality of the costumes is about what youd expect from the price and I was able to find a hat I could adjust to work. I also ended up with chains and other fun gadgets I wasnt expecting to buy and was pleasntly surprised how quickly the check out line moved. 🙂

This is the second time Ive had a personalized banner created at the Draper store. Ive worked with two employees who have both been great. Most recently, my experience with Ambyr Hickman was amazing. She was helpful, creative, and responsive. Most of all she was patient with my ever-changing ideas. Her suggestions saved me from being disappointed with my own ideas. She stayed on top of the job every step of the way and had it finished earlier than promised. The Draper Zurchers is not the store closest to me but twice now I have been convinced that its worth a little bit of a drive. -Nancy Baker

Ambyr was great to work with on a banner. It was done quickly and with plenty of time to ship it to my nearest store too. Their prices are among some of the most reasonable around too.

I have never had such a horrible customer experience in my entire life. Sharon was so rude and disrespectful. All I wanted was a balloon blown up and instead got a bag thrown at my face that I accidentally left at the register. Sharon continued to roll her eyes at me through the entire transaction. And did not say a single word to me besides disrespectful comments under her breath. She should not be in customer service… especially at a party store. Ridiculous. I will never be back and will strongly encourage everyone I know to stay far away for this Zurchers and the disrespectful team inside. Disappointed is an understatement.

This Zurchers was awesome! they got all of my balloons out on time and very fast! they had everything I needed to have.

The store has good selection but I will never be going back because the service is terrible. Called the store all morning and couldnt get one answer. Finally drove to the store and got 8 balloons that I needed to fill for a wedding reception this evening. They told me it was a 3 hour wait to fill the balloons. Come on really three hours. I explained that I needed them now and had been calling all morning much more than three hour. Could they just please help me out. It would have taken them a couple minutes to help if that. She just said nope cant. No sorry or anything. The worst customer service ever. Wont be shopping here again.

I had a very large Birthday order for this morning at 9:30am and Tania contacted me that it was ready. When i went in the store it was extremely busy however i was very impressed how organized everything was and customers were getting out super fast as there orders were done and ready as well. Ambyr helped us with some welcome home banners for our missionary! She was great to work with. The banners turned out great! The turn-around time was quick. I will return next year when we have another missionary returning!

Rearranged store by event/age. Much harder to find things now. Same item may now be in multiple locations. 6+ staff, 1 on registers with 6-7 people in line. The rest were filling balloons. Not ideal customer service.

My phone died on the way to an place that I did not have directions for. I pulled into this Zurchers parking lot and ran inside to ask for directions. Chrissie was super nice and super helpful in getting me directions. I wouldnt have made my appointment without her!

The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well organized. My only disappointment was there wasnt any Paw Patrol merchandise, but there was plenty of marvel superheroes so the day was saved!

I waited in line for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. There was 6 employees behind the cash register talking and blowing up balloons. When someone finally rang up my purchases they didn’t even say a word to me. I’m going to use Amazon from now on. Worst customer service. Great selection.

I was surprised to find many things that I could not find, even online, and at reasonable prices. I havent had a theme party in many years, but this place has everything! Themes I would never have thought of. I thought the selection was really good. Most places seem to have a lack of inventory right now. Not true for this place.

Purchased a balloon order(with helium and hifloat) for my wifes birthday and they didnt even last 24 hours. The manager told me to come by and theyd replace them. I went back and not only did they replace them, I was given a full refund. Very impressed with their customer service and Inwill most definitely keep coming back.

I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this store and never had a problem....intil now. A couple of weeks ago I shopped several different times for a big celebration. After the party I found a bag of decorations I hadnt used, but no receipt, but still in a Zurchers bag. I went in last night to return it, I did not expect my money back but thought Id get a store credit. But I was told no receipt no return. I asked if they could locate it with my credit card and told no as well. This was not posted ANYWHERE at the registers. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told Shell just tell you the same thing Sadly Ill donate these decorations to someone else turning 70. And I wont be shopping there again.

I love their selection of balloons...And that they carry butcher paper in many colors.(For the Pinterest party planner) They also carry novelty candy which can make a party, but I have had some that was supposed to be chewy be rock hard so tread carefully. I went to Zurchers on Thursday to pick up some balloons. I walked in and found what i was looking for balloon wise but i couldnt find the holders and string. I went to ask if we could just have one of the ribbons that they use to tie balloons up because all i needed was one string, they wanted to charge me for a single balloon string!! The lady was very rude, i asked if they had holders for the balloons and stakes to put them into the ground, she pointed and told me what isle. I went to look for the size i was needing but from what i could see they did not have. I went back up front to ask for help looking maybe i missed it. The lady relied with no what we have out is what we have, another employee doing nothing chimed in and said the same thing. I asked if they could check the back really quick, they rolled their eyes and said we already told you we dont have any in the back I will not being coming back to this store. Very poor customer service .

Such wonderful staff! I came in on a busy Saturday looking for balloons for my wedding - I know - it’s unconventional but I worked with Sara and she was beyond helpful and answered all my questions. She really took the time to show me all the options they had and made it so easy! Definitely coming back to this location!

We went in here to see if they had a white dress to complete my 10yr old daughters Halloween costume, she is very small for her age by the way. We also needed a cat costume for my 7yr old daughter. A younger female assistant gave us a hand with what we were looking for. I explained to her what we needed and she sent me and my 7yr old over to the cat costumes while she went with my 10yr old to find a white dress.After she left, I realized the cat costumes she sent us to were adult sexy kitty costumes. I immediately looked around for cameras as this had to be a joke, I thought. Turns out, they didnt have cat costumes for children. Shortly after, the assistant brought my 10yr old daughter back, who was holding her dress. As it turns out, the assistant picked out an adult lace skirt and a corset for my daughter. Needless to say I was not impressed. We found what we needed elsewhere.

We used this place to buy some party supplies for our childs birthday. We had Lego Theme party. While those supplies were limited, it still provided what we enjoy come party time.

I love this store! I always have. I used to come here with my mom when I was younger. She taught me that little things matter, and simply giving someone something small, and maybe silly, can brighten someones day. Every holiday, or just for the heck of it, we would always get a bunch of cute and silly prizes or toys. Just because she was thinking of us. Now that she is gone, I carry on the tradition with my own family, and the kids that I teach. I know that I can find decorations and prizes, and extra fun stuff when I go to this store.

The go to place for any party needs. They have always been helpful and they have a lot of themed items for parties. Super quick too, the balloons I ordered only took about 10 mins to fill.

This place has everything. From confetti cannons to a large selection of taffy and everything in between. I asked for help finding something and the staff struggled to not only understand what I was looking for, but also couldn’t help me. The good news is that I was able to find the item myself. Wish all the staff was more familiar with the store and the items inside.

I hate writing bad reviews, but the customer service at this establishment is absolutely horrible. My wife ordered online a whole bunch of stuff for our two year olds birthday party. She picked the supplies up last night March 22nd around 7:40 pm, the balloons come in a bag, so she couldnt ensure all were there, she asked if all the balloons were included, then the workers were extremely rude and acted as if she were crazy. Well sure enough one black balloon was missing. I go back the next morning March 23rd around 10:30am, and yet again just as she described they act like Im crazy when I say one balloon was missing. I dont care about the dollar something the balloon cost, its the principle that customer service should leave an impression that your business is appreciated so next time you would return. There was no sorry, and nothing but leaving me feeling like I am trying to get something for free, when I had to take time out of my morning to drive there again so my son would have everything he wanted for his party. I believe the culture of this place needs to change drastically; that was two different shifts that gave the same horrible customer service. My wife is a teacher, so she frequently buys things for her classroom; after these two experiences she will be going elsewhere. We will be driving farther away just to avoid this place now. Please look at the culture, and mission that you are trying to achieve here, and adjust the efforts, because even though high school aged kids work here, you can still instill a place where that kind of service is not acceptable. Thank you for the supplies, but this will be the last time I go to this store.

For the most part I have been very pleased with the stuff that they have.The staff however is very blah...I know that sounds harsh but honestly in all the times I have been there, the employees have never been very nice or upbeat about anything.All in all, the store is wonderful for all your party supplies!

Customer service is huge to me. So when I ask for help finding something and they just tell me and aisle number and then act annoyed, it’s frustrating. Please just walk people right up to what they want, don’t just list off the aisle numbers. The people working were nice but I think they have been instructed to just give aisle numbers, not actually help find the item within the aisle.

Worse costumer service. I got at the store around 7:50pm and at 8:01 they wouldn’t fill out my balloons because it was one minute passed their closing hour!!!!!!!

Customer service is horrible. You didn’t give me cash on a return because you’re too lazy to count money. You argued and couldn’t provide any policy as to why you would not do what I was asking. I love how you said I could put it on any card I wanted. You missed the mark because then I have to wait for it to clear on my bank statement. You guys made something that could be easy hard. I would not purchase here if you can avoid it.

I needed large number balloons for my birthday and I went to a different zurchers and got them but they deflated after only a few hours!!! So I called at 8:53pm on Friday 09.09.16 and the manager on duty was AMAZING!!!! She was SO helpful and told me I could come get what I needed. I arrived at the store at 9:02pm and she still let me in and helped me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANK YOU!!!

I needed some help with some letter balloons for my daughters 2nd birthday party. They had NO vowels in stock in the store and none in the back. Which is absurd to me. A sweet employee (who I think was the manager) called the other stores who were also out. The thing that bugged me was they had a display that had the 2 missing letters I needed (NOT uncommon letters, by the way, A & R) and I asked to buy the display letters. I said I would pay double.. Whatever they wanted. And she refused. If you have a product in the store. Even on display. You should SELL IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Or at least have enough on stock to back it up.

A surprising amount of Halloween stuff and its not as confusing as the seasonal stores. Supplies for all sorts of get togethers. I love the balloon selections and its definitely worth sending the extra money for the magic goop they put inside them, they can last for weeks.

Zurchers is a great place to get ideas and inspiration for parties. There are so many themes and colors to choose from. And its such a fun place to go! Its an adorable place and just walking in gets you excited about throwing a party. Overall its a great place to go for whatever youre looking for.

Overall, my experience at Zurchers was positive. Thanks to some friendly and helpful employees, I was able to find everything I needed. On the flip side, I found it difficult to locate many items, which was frustrating.The store was neat and orderly and had an excellent selection. I just wish it was organized a little differently. For example, I found some pirate swords in the pirate section, but wanted the sword and eye patch combo I had seen online. An employee helped me to locate this in the toy section. Yes, it belongs in the toy section but should also be in the pirate section as well (in my opinion).If you need party supplies, this place probably has it. I was impressed and plan to return soon.

We went to zurchers to plan for a birthday. The store was very clean and they had most of the party essentials stocked. We needed help finding some of the items that were not on the shelf, and the associates were very helpful. The collection for kids birthday party is very good, and it definitely helped us as a ones top shop.The checkout was much slower than expected, and it appeared that the cashier could be faster or could use more training.

Can be a little difficult to find what you want in a store with so much inventory, but not too bad if youre willing to roam the isles. Or just ask someone, theyre more than willing to help.

My car broke down on the freeway and the closing staff allowed me to stand inside after hours while awaiting my tow truck. They were very nice and it made my night easier.

Zurchers is a nice party store with everything you would ever imagine needing. Plenty of different styles and colors and items to choose from. I find it a little expensive and for this particular store I was ordering balloons and I watched the girl who took my order of balloons, fill them, put them in a bag and buy them in the corner. I waited for 18 minutes quietly and patiently waiting right next to the counter because I didnt know that specific one was my order since she was doing a few. Nobody acknowledged me or even said anything as I was sitting there. But thats they only issue I had with this location.

Zurchers has pretty out-of-this world party decor, of course, but weve really come to appreciate the customer service of the Draper location. They call when they say they will, deliveries come on time or early, and if theres ever a hiccup with an order, a real person reaches out directly. Pretty amazing for a large chain!

I came in for a piñata for a party. They had a decent selection to choose from. The staff were friendly and quick to help. Its exactly the kind of place I expect to find my party supply needs.
