Corbin shopped for us and picked not only some of the best produce and cuts of meat.. but the best blueberries we have ever had. So much so I had to come in and buy more because we ate them allβ¦ which didnβt taste nearly as good. Can we have Corbin shop for us again!? He picks stuff better than me and was amazing π€© π
I love this Harmons because they have a USPS inside with flat rate boxes and such, as well as a self serve drop off box. My grocery store experience is always positive, the people are always happy to help, and the shelves are always stocked!
Great convenient location with ample parking. There is a store employee who disinfects the carts and baskets which is awesome considering the Covid situation. The product selection is great. The prices are reasonable. The store layout is streamlined and accessible. Everything about this store is great. I will be back. Highly recommend
Last Saturday was Kearns High Schools 50th Reunion but no one remembered to get a Cake. I wandered into Harmons Bakery and Savannah saved the day. She made a gorgeous cake design for us and we were delighted. Please extend our sincere gratitude to Savannah at the Bangerter Crossing Bakery in Draper.
On 9/27/21 8:20pm I was shopping at this Harmons with my service animal. An employee named Chris yelled at me from across the room that I need to leave with my dog. I explained to him that my dog is a service animal. Chris said that service animals need to be wearing a vest. I explained to him that according to ADA laws he does not need to be wearing a vest. Another employee named David showed up and claimed to be the manager and defended Chris saying that he does need to wear a vest. Chris was getting really upset as I was explaining to them what the ADA laws are around service animals. Another customer even jumped in letting both Chris and David know they are in the wrong. I asked for the store manager and they said they didnt have one. I asked for the store director and they wouldnt give me that information. They said they were trained to tell customers to leave if they have a dog. I told them I usually have him vested but not today because I forgot his vest. Chris had the audacity to say that the vest should be something I should have on me at all times. I later talked to the customer service manager, she was very kind and explained to me that is not the way it should have been handled and apologized. She took my information for their store director Crystal to call me back. Its been 3 days and I have not received a call. This experience is not something I would have expected from Harmons who pride themselves as treating customers like premium members but instead felt discriminated for my disability.
Low on inventory, although no signs apparently they are going through a re-model? No knick-knacks to look at -I love seeing the display of little seasonal decor items so this was a bust:( it is Hatch Chile grilling season. You CAN sit upstairs now, and forks/plastic wear are up there in case you forgot to bring up, as well as a microwave and napkins. No salt and pepper up there. I had their chicken salad and chopped up chilies to put in....yummm.
This Harmons location goes above and beyond for every customer, every day. Just walking in you can tell they take pride in their store, its always decorated beautifully. I recently had a mistaken charge put onto my order, they were quick to refund me at the service desk no questions asked. I also love that they have a fully functional USPS location here. The deli/bakery made items are always fresh and delicious. Im looking forward to the upstairs opening up and cooking classes starting again, hopefully soon.
I checked out around 1:40 today and Rachel at check out 1 was so great and friendly! I didnβt want to leave! So was the man helping her i didnβt catch his name! I donβt leave reviews very much but they were so kind and helpful i had to!
Great grocery store! They have a lot of stuff. They have a deli, pharmacy, cafe, Redbox and more. They have really great produce and natural and organic ingredients. They do tend to be a bit more on the pricey side but if youre a quality over quantity person then this is a really great place to get your groceries.

I just saw this on a facebook group....really the answer the manager gave her is absolutely unacceptable!!!I just called the Harmons at Bangerter Crossing and asked the manager if they were still requiring masks. He said, Thats partially true. I asked him to explain. He said, We still want people to wear them but I wont harrass you about it. I told him that because of the way I was treated in the past, I wouldnt be coming back. His response was, Thats fantastic. π³They dont care about their customers.
Ive been meaning to write this review for about week now but havent got the chance so Im finally getting to it I came into this location about a week ago and was having a hard time finding a product so I did what any other customer would do and sought out help I approached one of the employees I believe his name was Keith? Well right off the bat Keith was already completely vile and at first didnt react but I continued to ask him where I could find the product I was looking for and that question just made him blow up and get even more vile I have never been treated so horribly by someone in customer service and as someone in customer service this is completely unacceptable I love Harmons as a grocery store but this Keith has completely ruined it for me I fully plan on taking my money elsewhere.
1/26/2021 shopping with my 3 year old daughter. We didnβt have masks on.April, the assistant manager came over to me and asked if I had a mask. I told her I didnβt need to wear a mask. She then told me that I needed to leave the store. I shared with her that itβs discriminatory and against the law, I was polite. I also shared with her that I have a medical exemption. She said that they donβt care about that and that if I didnβt put a mask on I had to leave. She then asked for a manager.2 men came in front of me. Craig and Keith, both store managers. They automatically raised their voices and said that the owner of Harmonβs said that everyone has to wear a mask. If I donβt put one on I have to leave. Every time I tried to speak one of them spoke over me raising their voices and Keith took my cart from me with the items I had. When I denied wearing a mask they told me to get out. My 3 year old was crying. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Or spoken to in such a way like these men did.Well Established Law, The 1964 Civil Rights Act. Please look it up, everyone is protected under it. As I was trying to explain to these managers before they harassed me and my daughter. Mandates are not laws.I am not a βDirect Threatβ. There is no evidence I am a Direct Threat to the Health and Safety of your business.Irrevocable license, another legal term Iβm sure you are aware of. No store can enforce a policy that is against the law.I shop at Harmons stores weekly. With how poorly I was treated and the discrimination and laws being broken going on Iβm not sure if I can go back. Which is very heartbreaking.
I shop here frequently and usually type in my Foodies number. Once in a while I randomly get something free, like a baguette or a bag of corn chips. And sometimes I remember to use the Foodies number to get a discount at the fuel pumps. The store has fun gift / decorative items to look at in addition to being a grocery store. And the school/office aisle is pretty good, too.Iβm always extra happy when Hi-ball (caffeinated, carbonated water) is on sale for $2.00, since thatβs my βmorning coffee equivalent.β Iβd be happy if that were the year round price, instead of nearing $3.00.Nice variety of foods. Helpful associates. Good atmosphere. Delicious bakery and deli. Higher end grocery store, so expect to pay a little more.β-They carry the local meat/poultry spice Onera. It was my grandmaβs secret ingredient in her delicious chicken salad.
I love Harmons...their bakery is amazing, the fresh bread and donuts are so good!
This Harmonβs grocery is always clean. The staff is very friendly, and they have a good variety of products to offer. Not the cheapest grocery store in town, but the quality is high. If you sign up for their foodie card reward program, which is free, you can add promos and discounts online to the card and save some money.
I went in this morning for some coffee creamer. The mask mandate had been lifted for over 24hrs now and was still asked to wear a mask or leave. I left and went to Smiths. I wasnt bothered about my mask there. Its no longer required, dont force your beliefs on me.
Dont shop here - the staff is horribly rude and disrespectful. On February 14th at 8:44pm, I was shopping in the store - and I was basically one of the only people in the store. I was in an aisle, by myself, when my grandmother called (mind you, shes in the hospital). I picked up the phone and pulled down my mask as she couldnt hear me well.Within 30 seconds, some guy came running down the aisle yelling at me to put my mask on. I ignored him as I was talking with my dying grandmother. He then began to hurl insults at me and threatening that he wouldnβt let me check out.So, I put my mask back on - even though nobody was aroundβ¦ I mean, seriously, come onβ¦.But it didnβt end there, he told me that because I had my mask off temporarily, he was going to kick me out of the store. This is after I put my mask back on! Can you believe this madness? It was just some late 20βs or early 30βs white male who had an ego problem because he was upset that he was working at a grocery store on Valentines day instead of being someone with a better job and a significant other.Needless to say, I continued to ignore this low-level attitude and demeanor while I walked to self checkout and purchased my groceries, with my mask on, yet, the entire time checking out and leaving the store I was being harassed - again, even though I was wearing my mask. I will never shop here again, and I highly suggest nobody else does either - at least, if they feel like being treated with kindness and respect. Just go to Smithβs or something.
I did a delhi-licous cooking class and it was so much fun! Not only did I learn how to make delicious food I learned so much more like simple tricks to cutting vegetables AND I got to eat really good food and meet other foodies. I totally recommend doing a class- Cheryl was awesome, funny and very knowledgeable.
Expensive, but worth it. If not simply for the food and amazing presentation, the clientele is almost always kinda super hot. My only criticism is getting in trouble with my kids for rubber- necking
The store will let you buy items for eating, but you canβt eat them in the store or sit in the area designated to eat. If this is the case, donβt sell edible items in the store. I donβt recommend shopping here until they post a sign warning people you cannot eat in the store. Overpriced gelato is not worth the headache if you have to eat it outside
Just moved to draper from Tucson. Discovered Harmons on my first day.what a great store! Love every department and the people are so friendly.
They force their employees to wear masks. Not cool.
I love Harmons but their reward system is the worst! Their people are the best!!! Wish theyd change their reward system. Ive been shopping there for 20 years and it is the most customer unfriendly reward system of all supermarkets reward systems. Yuck!
Very disappointed in Harmonβs!! I just received my service dog who I held and had a collar/leash on. An employee stopped me before walking in and wouldnβt let me in because my dog didnβt have a vest. The ADA doesnβt require a dog to wear a vest or an identification tag. The lady made me show her doctors notes, which I complied and even then she said I can only bring her just this once because she isnβt wearing a vest. A public accommodation or facility is not allowed to ask for documentation or proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal. Iβm embarrassed that I had to show my doctors note explaining my disability and why I needed my dog. Thatβs the first time Iβve ever needed to do that. Iβve tried searching everywhere online for Harmonβs dog policyβs and it doesnβt exist.I was stopped by two other employees saying we canβt be in there, even after saying she is a service dog. I understand they donβt want dogs in the store, but my dog has to be with me at all times. I will no longer be shopping at Harmonβs due to this.
Ive seen more traffic accidents in this parking lot than anywhere else. The staff is cool though, very neat and friendly.
Im a healthcare worker whos been vaccinated twice and got harnessed by some old lady who had nothing better to do than come harnesses me for not wearing a mask probably thought it wasnt fair to her or the other customers but they werent vaccinated. Asked for her vaccine card and didnt want to produce it and proceeded to lie about having one when she didnt. Ill be giving a 1 star on my 4 other accounts.
The best grocery store in town, hands down! The produce selection is always fresh, the meat department has some of the finest steaks you can buy, and the employees are super helpful. The prices are a bit higher than other stores but you definitely get what you pay for. Customer for life!
βIs that your cart over there?β - yeah (me and my husband forgot about it at the self checkout)βYou HAVE TO take it awayβ - who are you hiring guys? I donβt HAVE to do anything. Iβm not paid to work here.Very disappointed.
Very busy place but we love all the places in this area. We always stop in at the Harmons or get the kids haircut at the Great Clips. The food is also amazing at any one of the places in here. Definitely a convenient place even if it is busy.
Harmonβs is disgusting. Two experiences with rude employees. Can not wear mask for medical reasons, but twice was asked to put one on or leave. My pleasure. I will never set foot in a Harmonβs store again in my life, appalled by being discriminated because of a medical issue. Also there prices are ridiculous. I went to Walmart and the same exact items are 30-50 percent cheaper. I will encourage everyone I know to never set foot in a Harmonβs store.
Always loved to shop here until they decided to post guards at the entrances to make sure that everyone is wearing their mask. I have a hard time breathing with a mask on, and get a migraine whenever I wear one. I was stopped by one of the guards, who told me to put a mask on and was not nice about it. I informed her of my condition but still refused to let me in. She called her manager and she said the same thing. I hope they enjoy their power grab while it lasts.
Extremely disappointed. One of their employees tested positive for COVID-19 and they expected them to keep working unless they start to show symptoms. Completely throwing the safety of their customers and the other employees out the window.
I shop here a lot ! Mostly on my lunch breaks ! Very tired and cranky worker, working at self checkout today
They seem to think they are the mask police and the saddest thing is they seem to actually get off on it. They donβt even care if you have a medical exemption. Wonβt be spending a dime here again. Itβs called discrimination. Should and could be fined.
Employees are untrained, rude, and cant help with anything. Prices much higher than other grocery stores
Manager Craig kick my wife and young son out of the store. My wife was wearing a mask and my son can not due to a medical issue. He was extremely rude to my family as well as myself when I called and talked to him and he ended up hanging up on me. If corporate reads this, please reach out as I have the call recorded. Discrimination based on a medical issue is against the law. He also stated he offered free eShopping which he did not. Has simply asked my son to wear a mask, she stated he cant and he said were done here and grabbed the cart.
Favorite grocery store by far. Quality surpasses everyone else.
Love this place
Horrible. In this day and age, Harmonβs is trying to punish those of us that NEED to use cash. And they only keep one or two cashiers open. And when you only have limited time for lunch, stuck behind other ladies that have two carts full of stuff, and the managers just sit there and watch, as they talk to eachother. itβs the worse and you can pretty much be expected to be fired by the time you get back to work. And they pulled the microwaves out. I wish I could give a negative review. Every time I came here, Iβve had a horrible experience.
Absolutely terrible staff. I have agoraphobia and I was finally able to leave my place to get a few things at the store. I brought my 4 month olds puppy with me, who is in service dog training. Upon me leaving store a lady calling herself manager, which she then revealed she is not, aggressively approached me and asked me to remove my dog from the cart. I told her I will if a manager tells me to do so. She pretended to be the manager, so i removed my dog. Then she went on how it is a safety hazard (almost yelling at me$ if someone else uses the cart after me - arenβt you all supposed to clean the carts after each use? Due to Covid 19? This resulted in a massive panic attack for me. I donβt underhand how you can approach strangers with such anger. Is that how that person speaks to all your customers? I know this will be that personβs peak of the day with their $10/h pay but donβt take it out on me? Not to mention English is not my first language.
Well Iβve loved shopping at Harmons because their food quality is the best and their employees always were of the best morale and professionalism.Until COVID unveiled the sheepish behavior of the management .I was thrown out of this store for not wearing a face diaper properly .The Manager yelled at me because I hurt his feelings telling him how ignorant he is .
Always very clean and organized with fresh food options.
Very clean and great produce selection. Also have very good gluten free, organic, and non-GMO options.
This store is beautiful and well-maintained. I love to visit. The produce beats any and all produce I can buy elsewhere. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is due to the prices here; the store is outlandishly expensive! I will still buy produce here but get everything else at another store.
Nice area with several businesses within walking distance. Very convenient.
Fantastic store with great customer service. Iβve been there many times and always gotten excellent service. Gary in the cheese department always answers all my questions and helps me out. Over all itβs just fantastic!
Nice shopping center! I visited Harmons there, nice store. A little pricier than other grocery stores, but nice selection.
I worked here for a time and I can tell you that theres quite a bit of quality that goes into everything! Great service, quality products, fun rewards card, as well as some amazing perks like helpful store labels and a cooking school! (But honestly the Cheese Island employees are the coolest people on Earth π Thanks Brandon, Annie, Whitney, Kay, Will, and Gary. You guys are the best.)
I love going here for lunch in the deli area, It feels like a home cooked meal. Macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, with either a baked piece of chicken fried or rotisserie. I like to take it up to the skyline loft eating area, destroy it and get back to work, π its a good place thank you Harmons
My favorite place to buy groceries. They always have unique select items that you wont find elsewhere. People are extremely friendly and accommodating. Food is of the highest quality including the deli food, cheese selection, salad bar, etc.
Amazing and friendly I went to the salad bar late at night and the gentleman named Reno was very helpful and very nice and had great customer service he definitely made my experience here great and he had all the answers I needed if I had questions about certain food Definitely recommend the salad bar for sure definitely worth it thank you again Reno for all your help !
Its just like any other place. But I have nothing to complain about here.
This place is pretty great, as far as many Harmons locations go this one is cool I guess, but its no where near as cool as the city creek location.
What makes a great grocery store? Just take a look at this Harmons and youll know.Incredible, caring non-robotic staff. Always fresh food. Excellent hours. Great location. Love finding something different and giving it a try, done it now for almost two years weekly, this Harmons always has great local, organic, and exotic foods to try!
Hi my name is Shara I have been shopping at Harmonβs for over 5 years now. I went in for super bowl products this Saturday and was really enjoying the decorations and nice environment I usually do. However, at the meat department someone named Corey was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager I found out he was the manager.I was very disappointed Harmonβs would hire and make a manger someone who was blatantly so rude. After speaking with my husband I found he had similar experiences. We use to be loyal customers, however that will not be the case anymore.
Its taken a couple years for me to fully convert, but I now do almost all of my grocery shopping at Harmons. They have won me over with their incredible employees, amazing food, and overall wonderful shopping experience. I used to believe Harmons was more expensive than other stores, and for some products they are, but I feel the superior level of quality makes up for it in almost all cases. Bangerter Crossing feels like its own little community and culture and I never knew grocery shopping could be such a pleasant experience. I dont even try to consolidate trips any more because Harmons is one of my favorite places to shop, eat, and just hang out!
French bread stacked to the roof behind the counter in the bakery. Two bakery workers standing around chatting. I asked for a loaf of French bread and was told that it would be at least an hour before they would have time to put it in bags. Lazy and acting like I was bothering them. A lot of people would be happy to have your job right now. Remember that
Iβm not one to write reviews but Iβve been shopping here for years and my family does too and we will no longer be doing that. During a recent trip to this store, my fiancΓ© and I were standing in line, minding our own business (talking quietly) when an employee who was on his break said something to us that was inappropriate and so rude and in the nastiest tone. Iβve heard the employees here have been rude to a lot of customers and I guess that remains true. Unfortunately this experience was so upsetting I will no longer be coming to what was once my favorite grocery store. Harmonβs should really be pickier on who they hire. Sad.
Anchored by a Harmons and filled in with a lot of hit or miss restaurants, this a fine shopping center. It can get quite crowded, but this is an extreme convenience to the locals. There is plenty of parking. Not all of it close to where you want to be. Egress is complicated. Getting back onto Bangerter can be a slow process.
This Harmons is top notch. They have a huge cheese selection and a great meat selection. It is always clean and the workers are super kind. They have an amazing salad and soup bar. The reason for a 4 star is because the prices seem to be a little high.
I work for the bakery, the deli scheduled me to work for them without my permission and even scheduled me to work during my vacation time. I told my manager I didnt feel comfortable working for the deli, Im hired as a bakery sales associate. I ended up walking out crying, tried going upstairs to talk to HR about how I felt but of course nobody was up there. The reason they told me they were moving me around to the deli was because of the budget and are to over staffed. Just because the bakery doesnt know how to budget doesnt mean make them suffer and work them in other departments. Also been having major health issues, I came in crying suffering in pain. They told me to please go home and take care of myself. I get a call from (HR) Corrine that I needed to bring in a doctors note even though i was sent home and it was obvious i was in pain. They do not care about health issues. I waited an hour at the doctors before getting my note. When I couldve been laying in bed.
The energy of this place is always so nice. I love how clean the space is. And the upstairs area is awesome too!
There managers are rude and wonβt help you cause βitβs not a great day to come in and talk with a manger.β I and my friend has had bad experiences as well at this location. Go to other Harmonβs cause you wonβt get the customer experience like other stores. So itβs a great day to leave a review.
Good selection and my favorite place to buy produce. This location has a cooking school and their classes are fun and informative! Chef Cheryl is a great teacher and I highly recommend taking a class.
Raine, who worked in the cafe, was amazing! He was so outgoing and friendly, not to mention helpful. I feel like he went above and beyond in his job to make us, the customer happy. Ive done A LOT of grocery shopping in my 42 years and this was probably my best experience. In fact, the father with his two kids in line behind my party said he returned not only for the delicious gelato, but because of Raine and his excellent customer service.
Consistently clean, bright, friendly and with good stuff all around. One of my favorites!
I like to go shopping here because the meat is very good and the sea food is frech. And because they have fruits from different countries. Good variety of gluten free, even gluten free cakes.Love them.Employees are friendly.Happy shopping.
I love it because its clean its a good location employees are nice and the stuff you can get from the daily is always the best always fresh and I always have a good selection so I recommend he go in there
Love this Harmons. Great organization. Fantastic seafood, meat and vegetables. Wonderful staff.Deep and robust grocery section. Gary, the Fish monger, makes this place worth paying a bit more and driving a bit farther.
I go to this Harmonβs every week to go grocery shopping & quite honestly Iβve never been disappointed except for the one time I ordered the Thanksgiving meal for Thanksgiving Day. This was my first time ever catering for Thanksgiving so I figured this would be a great idea for family coming in town but I was wrong. The turkey was very dry & the sweet potatoes were undercooked completely. Lesson learned!
Its a great place ample parking many different food options
A really great grocer. Lots of fresh and local food and treats. They seem receptive to customers needs.
Good location and variety of food. Love the Harmons!
Very cute boy that works there. Harmons if you see this, please email me with his insta. would be appreciated :(
We love going to the Deli at Harmons and eating upstairs. They have a great selection and an amazing view. We did a long hike in Little Cottonwood canyon today and then had a great dinner at Harmons. Great prices too.
Beautiful store. Smithβs and Winco lower prices
Got the all you can eat french toast at kneaders and it was amazing as always
Harmons has eternal natural alkaline water 4/$5 thru the end of the month
Absolute best grocery store around. Some things are pricy but you get what you pay for. Their salmon is incredible here!
Harmons grocery and gas along with lots of food options. Easy to get to and great location for west Draper and Bluffdale
Good grocery store. Good food in the deli. They have pizza, fried chicken, and sushi. They have a great salad bar. Really nice store.
Your typical grocery store. Great and fresh food always! The employees are some of the friendliest people I have ever met.
Theres always some clown finding fault with any business, giving it a 1-star review. I had a friend refer to a grocery store as a 100K sq. ft. convenience store they call Harmons. Some people are just plain negative. Know what I mean?Nothing could be further from the truth. I have always found a broad selection of shelved groceries, fresh meat, seafood, and prepared food. Show me one grocer that has that many employees on the job to assure the same.My hats off to the management and employees of Harmons and I will continue to shop there. Thank you for all you do!
Really nice, big, clean, warm, and friendly. One of the loveliest decorated interiors of any grocery store Ive ever visited. I only bought one small thing, but the prices that I saw were very reasonable.
I love going to Harmons, yes their prices are a little higher but the quality more than makes up for it. There is a great variety and everyone there is helpful. This particular location is great and has everything I am looking for. I like to do a lot of ethnic cooking and Harmons is always my go to place. In the Meat Department, they have a lot of different pre-made burgers to grill. We buy may of them throughout the year.
Well maintained and easy to access with many types of food establishments
If we had a Harmons where we live (Toronto) wed shop only there. Beautiful store. Lots of selection. Polite and helpful staff.
Harmons fought against an important tax reform bill. We will all be paying more on our taxes come tax time thanks to Harmons.Harmons is already quite an expensive grocery store. I will not be spending my now more limited income at Harmons stores.
Stay away unless you want to be overcharged. Overcharging at this Harmons is a common practice. Dont take my word for, try shopping there a few times and I GUARANTEE each time one or more products will be overcharged...never undercharged. This is intentional price manipulation. Most people dont realize it but I believe this stores management is doing it intentionally because it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Needs to be investigated.
Couple of good lunch places and a Harmons.
Absolutely the best salad bar out there. Very friendly staff at the pastry coffee bar. Friendly people. Very pricey but good place to shop.
