I went in to buy a printer ( all in one ) that afternoon. I checked the ones I liked. Took it to the counter, noticed it said internet hookup. I told him I dont have internet, can i still use this one. A few more questions,he looked at the box. Said ya think so.. Well no way, took it back. One person tried, I could but I need internet to print manual. What a waist of my time, gas, and have nothing to show for it. Everyone who works where products are sold, if there not sure get someone who dose.

Customer service was great and helped me with a quick return. If my experience were just with them, this review would be five stars. But I also tried to use their shipping services to simply send a letter certified (so I could track it). The girl at the SHIPPING counter was rude and clueless. Had never even heard of a certified letter. She called a man over to help and he was also completely clueless and didnt know how to help me. I wasted 20 minutes waiting for them to figure it out before I finally said forget it and went somewhere else.

Been using Office Depot frequently for my printing needs. Lately, the self-service machines seem to be having too many issues. Today, I waited 15 minutes for the printer to load a two-page document to print. It still didn’t finish in that time and I ended up just cancelling the print job and leaving. I think I’m going to go back to printing at the UPS Store. The rest of the store is fine but the printers are trash.

While at the location I saw several customers not wearing a mask. Tyler and, Andrew both had the chance to say something as they directly came in contact with the customers, but unfortunately it took me, a customer to give the customers one chance to wear a mask before having to give them one myself. We’ve been in this pandemic almost a year now and almost 400,000 people have died. It would be prudent if you could train your workers how to enforce a state mandate.

I do all my printing here and the staff goes above and beyond! I will never go anywhere else. I’ve had invitations, address labels, wedding signs all printed here and they got it done so fast and they are so kind. Love this location!

The in-store personnel at this location were not at issue; this issue relates to the Corporate entity. I went to this store to purchase an office chair. They did not have the chair in stock and so the clerk assisted me with ordering the item online for delivery. Mistake! The item was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday the 6th, however, the delivery truck arrived Tuesday the 5th. Finding no one at home, the shipping company (no relationship to Office Depot other than their contract for service) initiated order cancellation and sent the item back to the Denver warehouse. I received an auto generated email stating that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a credit in 5-7 business days. I called Office Depot and requested either a re-ship or credit for the amount I had paid for use at another store, in lieu of waiting 2 weeks for a refund before re-purchasing the item. The clerk had no idea how to help me, but gave me the shipping company and OD corporate contact #s. The shipping company could not help me, as (unlike UPS and Amazon) they are not affiliated with Office Depot. OD corporate offered to help me by refunding my money in, you guessed it, 5-7 business days. So, I am now forced to purchase the item twice and wait for a refund if I want it before two weeks from today. Moral of the story; Office Depot/Office Max stores, and their shipping companies are not affiliated and will not assist customers with issues outside of their contract for service or individual store.

I love the smell of office stores.This store always has willing associates to assist with any shopping needs.One day when I was trying to organize my existence, Dale explained the Tul notebook system and how he uses it. I bought a Tul disc-bound notebook and some different papers to try. I was amazed at how much having a flexible system made a difference in my work. I have since purchased the Tul paper punch so that I can organize my own documents. It’s both time-saving and freeing.I’ve bought my share of toner here. (It’s quite a bit less exprnsive online, but when the printer runs out, sometimes it’s easier to run to the store.) I, of course, wish the toner were cheaper in store, but I also realize that a store is paying for retail space.I like the selection at Office Depot—from Post-it Notes to Prisma Colors to some great 3” D-ring binders to hold my research. It’s fun to wander through the store.Office Depot also has some great sales. (Check out my Slime backpack that I bought on clearance because it looked cool and spoke to the inner child. I’m still not sure what I am going to use it for—probably something important—but it was a steal.)

They have the best employees at their print center. I had to go in twice yesterday for a few print projects. The service I received was exceptional. They took what I sent them and went above and beyond what I had requested. They were quick to help me out and the end prints were perfect. Plus I love that I can mail USPS and UPS right there. Ill be coming here for all of my printing and shipping needs.

I bought a Whalen corner desk. I got all the boxes open and pieces laid out, only to find a whole set of parts missing. I called Whalen, who told me they were closed and to just take it back to the store. I called Office Depot for help. The very kind person I spoke to, volunteered to get the parts I needed out of a sealed desk they had in stock. I drove by an hour later and she had them in her apron and handed them to me. That made my day and completely made up for Whalens lousy service. Good work!

I had to pop in to grab something for work. I had been in the store less than a minute when Dale offered his help. The item was somewhat obscure (contact paper) so I actually did need help to find it. Dale took me right to it! I dont think I would have ever found it looking on my own. He was so friendly and personable, I will happily come back to this Office Depot for my office supply needs! Dale rocks!

I recently purchased an office chair from the Draper, UT, location. The chair was boxed and I couldnt have lifted it and it didnt fit in my car. Ben Kavanaugh delivered it to my work for me in his truck. He really made it a great experience. A professional sales person, who provided excellent customer service. Thank you Ben!

The manager and staff at Draper Office Depot and exceptionally helpful, both in the store and copy center. Theyve given our non-profit, Therapy Animals of Utah, great prices and have helpd me efficiently and politely on every single visit. I recommend this store and staff highly.

*EDIT* I followed up with another phone call a week later and the lady I spoke to could only tell me Their will be no refund issued. She didnt even listen to me, interrupted, and was in no way helpful.I put in a job online and was promised one hour printing. It was a small job, I only needed 30 copies of an 8 page document printed.I called the store to double check, and they told me it was actually going to take them 6 hours to finish the job. So I asked them to cancel it, and the woman said she did. She told me I would receive my refund in 2-3 business days.So 3 days later I called again to check, and found out the order was on hold not canceled. I had to go through a 20 minute cancellation process on the phone and was told it would take another 7-10 business days to get my refund.Will not be using this company again.

Called in to get information about having a stamp made. Sales associate I spoke to couldnt figure out what I was talking about and kept relaying my questions to his manager who was standing right there (I could tell because I wasnt placed on hold, so I could hear the entire conversation). When I asked to speak to his manager (since she was right there) he responded saying that the manager was busy, and so that was why he was on the phone.Lost a customer today. Couldnt tell me exactly if and when a stamp could be made, nor how much it would cost. Taking my business elsewhere.

These guys are incompetent!!! Avoid them at all costs. They charged my card for over $200.00 and then said it didnt go through and so they wouldnt give me the items they just charged me for. I checked my bank and it showed the charge as going through to Office Depot. When I called the Jon the manager he told me that they dont have my money. I said it wasnt in my bank and so they do have it. He then tried to give me a lesson on how merchant processors work and says the money is just is floating between my bank and them. He then tried to explain that they will send a physical letter to my bank to have them reverse the funds. Absolutely unbelievable!

Completely incompetent. I bought a file cabinet for delivery. they then didnt deliver it when they were supposed to. So I called customer service, they were very nice and told me they would cancel the order and create a new one for delivery the following week. I didnt love it but not that big of a deal. The very next day they delivered my new cabinet. Wow that was fast! cool!. However, the next week another cabinet magically showed up. Ok now what? I looked on my credit card and I was charged for 2 cabinets. I didnt buy 2 cabinets?! to make a long story short it took them two and a half months to finally pick up the second cabinet and it (at their request) had been sitting out in the rain and snow for 3 weeks. absolutely a horrible experience. Im still waiting to get my money back..

I ordered a large wall Calendar from them, they told me a certain kind of paper was the cheapest option and then charged me $120 dollars.... My sisters got it printed somewhere else for $35 dollars. When I reached out they told me Sorry for the lack of Transparency. My company orders from them a ton but I guess that doesn’t really matter🤷🏻‍♀️

The quality of their copy service has deteriorated significantly over the last several months. Lost orders, partially completed orders, and incapable staff seems to be the norm now. Time to find a new place to get printing services.

They were too busy to help me get some pictures scanned. I was told I could leave the pictures and they would get to them when they had time, but werent sure when. Obviously, they did not want to be bothered with my project and would not even give me a time frame for completion. Very poor customer service.
