Big thank you to Robert at the Draper, Utah Holiday Oil #7. Got a car wash code at a station in Orem that didnt actually have a car wash and was told my code could be used at any station, but that was not the case. He honored my purchase and gave me a code for his station. Great customer service!

One of the worker here was not wearing a mask or gloves while changing out the food or handling the items... it is the law to wear a mask in salt lake county. 5:45 pm ish 7-10

Water for the squeegee by the pump smelled like raw sewage. No soap in the carwash (which is $2 more than any other Chevron). When I came to ask for a refund, nobody minding the till. I asked for service once and got no response. I said more forcefully that I wanted service. Then I yelled that I would like some service here. The person who stated that he was the owner told me to get out, because I couldnt talk like that in his store (might have used the f word). I said that his carwash was out of soap and I wanted a refund first. He threatened to call the police. I finally got my refund. I cant see how someone can threaten to call the police over someone shouting that they would like some service and calmly asking for a refund.

This place is hit and miss. Its been alright many time but Ive gone in there more than once and walked out. I walked out because there were several people in line, 1 cashier, but 3 total employees behind the counter. I prefer a customer first attitude and it looks like this location was an operations first location.

The staff are very friendly and Ive never had to wait in a long line. They have a nice touchless car wash at a discount when you buy two.

I would just like to know who actually runs this store.. cashier Kayla diffused to break my 100 dollar bill or give corporate number!!! Told us she was the boss and started taking pictures of my car for no reason!!!! She needs to be fired she was very very rude!!!!would never ever romcoomend this gas station or go back while she is working!!!
