Called to see the status of an order that was placed. Whoever answered the phone was frankly quite rude, didn’t seem to want to answer my questions. When asked further questions she acted like a toddler and stated quite rudely, “do you want to talk to the owner?” I then said absolutely because I obviously wasn’t getting anywhere with her. I was placed on a long hold in which the owner never picked up the phone 🙄. I ordered my product on Sept 9, 2021 and still have not gotten my purchase or an update and it’s Oct 20, 2021. Not happy and will be letting our referral studio know because a business should not be conducted this way!
