Honestly is the best policy. Very quick and straight to the point. They are an authorized Apple repair service also. They need to advertise more a lot of people don’t even know they’re around can’t beat their work great people and honest and prices are awesome.

There is no place better for computer repair, knowledge of computers, and total integrity. I would never go to any other place to take my computer, or to buy a computer.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly - helped me with my computer SO QUICKLY and went out of their way to find me something in my price range. I will only be returning here from now on if I have any mac issues in the future.

I brought them my iphone 6S so I could replace my old battery. This is a very simple fix and I expected it to be a smooth process. After receiving my phone, upon inspection everything looked good but I later noticed that I could feel something was loose inside my phone. So I brought it back to the store. It was an inconvenience having to go back but it should be fixed now. Hopefully I won’t see any other problemsUpdate: After receiving my phone back for the second time, it seems to be working but an hour later it start turning on and off while it’s charge then stops turning on all together. Being that I could have done the battery replace myself I thought it to be more convenience to take it to this store. But after having to go to this store 3 times and still having to fix it myself truly an inconvenience. I received my refund with no hassle.

The best place in and around Delco for Apple service! Ive used them several times over the past 15 years for various Macs, Macbooks, iPods, and iPhones. Its frustrating when the devices you rely on break down, but they will give you a diagnosis on the spot or shortly after and have it fixed on site in a few hours, at most a few days. They are very responsive to communication and straight forward

Quick, efficient, has a parking lot, the people there are very nice and the price is super reasonable. I used to deal with tekserve and I would bluntly say these people are better.

McMobile not only met, but exceeded any expectation I could have ever had. I would recommend using them 100 times over. They diagnosed the problem over the phone within seconds, after I spent 25 minutes on the phone with Apple Tech Support and was told they had no idea what the problem could be and the computer needed to be sent in for diagnostics. I dropped my MacBook off on a Wednesday, was helped by a wonderful employee and then two days later I received a text that my problems were solved! I am 5 star satisfied with the service, knowledge, price, and entire experience. I am from Rhode Island and if I ever need service while I am back there, I would actually drive the 4 hours to drop my computer off with this team!

I have been dealing with MacSensei for well over 10 years and they are the best. I now live in AZ and needed my MacBook Air repaired and I shipped it back to them as I know that it would be fixed right. They did just that and I had my MacBook Air back in about a 5 days. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!Dont learn the hard way and take your Apple product to the GeniusBar its a waste of time. MacSensei can tell you not only whats wrong but they can repair most everything in a very reasonable amount of time with out sending it somewhere.Also, every Apple computer that I have purchased, with the exception of my first one, has been from MacSensi, in all between my business, Wife and family about 7. Im a stressed out student so I appreciated their swift service with my laptop. Staff here are friendly and helpful and my laptop is back to normal. They even fixed the missing feet on the bottom of my MacBook which I appreciate.

They were able to diagnose my issue the same day, and had the repair complete by the end of the week. I would highly recommend their service for your pc/laptop needs. They also have a separate staff just for Apple/Mac users.

Good repairs with low prices. MacSensi did additional cosmetic repairs to my laptop (cracked and loose hinge) at NO additional cost. I cannot recommend them enough.

Yukio and his team fixed my MacBook Pro display in less than 20 hours (I dropped it off about an hour before they closed, and it was fixed and ready for me by 2pm the next day), and for $100 less than I was quoted at the Apple Store. The Apple Store was also going to ship my machine away for 5-7 days, which would have left me without my lifeline to my business, which is just not doable. Im so grateful to have found MacSensei and will be returning here in the future instead of going to the Genius Bar!

From Macs to PCs, McMobile is awesome. Great repair work, lots of accessories and cables, and Apple certified. We much prefer working with Yukio then an Apple store.

After my mother died her computer also was not working with all her genealogy on the machine. I took it to sensei and while they did not get her machine working they got all of her desktop files transferred over to my machine. I now have the family genealogy because of them. The apple store didnt work on the older machines. This business is great. I also bought my new iMac here instead of going to the Apple store and they transferred all the files for me to the new machine.

This review is for ALL apprehensive business owners that need computer upgrades regarding Macs. I was afraid and Picky about who to trust upgrading my Mac from a HDD to an SDD for my Late 2013 iMac. Yet alone upgrading the RAM from 8GB to 16GB [I wanted 32 but my computer was not compatible]. Amazing service. My MacBook hardrive crashed randomly and Apple was no help. An hour on the phone with tech support just for them to tell me that I need to take it to the Apple store. Took it to the Apple store just for them to tell me they can’t do any service on my laptop because it had liquid damage to it previously. I took it to Mac Sensei and they had all the parts in store, took care of my laptop same day in a matter of a few hours and now my laptop works even better than before. Price for their service was super reasonable. Definitely would recommend to anyone and would definitely come back here for future service!
