I bought my M10 Cam and oversized eccentric set. Product took a while to get here but it did eventually. Happy with the quality. What I am not happy with is the communication. Took multiple emails for them to reply. Since day 1 i was told my cam would be leaving soon. it only took a month. Last day I got fed up and asked for a refund. To my surprise the cam was ready the day Ive asked for my refund. Shipping was super fast but i did poay extra for it as per their advice (Glad I did that). But please guys... communicate with your customers better. Really felt like they did not want my business and my $$... I am not sure if I will use them again.

They dont seem to want my money. 3000 dollars of parts ordered. Paypal payment returned because i was a first time customer and that cost me £100 in exchange rate differences. Bank transfer failed. I am fairly patient but these people are a joke. Never again.

I have the fixed camber plates for my mini cooper, needed to replace the strut bearing portion of it and yet nowhere on their website do they mention any way to do that through them, so I had to go about my own means to do it (finding out this after I had my suspension all completely torn apart and no other car to drive). Not to mention that when I contacted them via email, their customer service was utter garbage and actually tried to point it back on me as I had done something wrong by not contacting them in the first place about something they didnt advertise. Oh and had they not scratched the part number off of the part that I needed it would have been so much easier as well.

Bought stuff from them to be shipped and bought from them in person from the store when I was in LA. Service is always great and the staff is knowledgeable. Jeff is always ready to help, actually took me out back in the shop and showed me on 2 different cars how I could setup a coil over in a 2002 and what I needed to do. Really took a long time with me and went above and beyond. It’s always a pleasure to deal with him and chat him up. He has a wealth of knowledge and gladly shares it with you which is not always the case with other people / companies. 👍

Very poor performance from this company, they seem legitimate. Take your money like a legitimate company but thats where it ends. Ive ordered a few items from Ireland Engineering but this will be my final purchase. Ordered some long tube headers and short shifter kit on September 24th, the company then completely botched up my and another customer order. They sent each customer the others order, a shipping label issue allegedly... Ive followed up by email, phone and the final straw is there does not seem to a mechanism for issue resolution with these clowns. As of October 12th 2018 Im still without my parts, an ignorant company whom doesnt return emails or phone calls. There is absolutely no quality control from this outfit, as this was not my first issue. As they sent me 15 good lug nuts last year and 1 that was far too small.... they did make good on that though it took a few weeks. So if youre reading this and contemplating doing business just be careful and perhaps pick your items up in person to ensure that the item is as described.

If you have an 02 or E30 these folks have an abundance of cool items at great prices. I have one of their reground cams in my M20 love it. Good Value and nice to deal with.

They have been very receptive to phone calls or e-mails. I bought the 2.9L Stroker kit from their site with a bunch of other goodies totaling around $4k. I will update about the quality of the kit after I get the engine built. So far every piece seems like very nice quality.

Incompetent, the owner Jeff is less than helpful on the phone. I was told I would receive a confirmation email, when I did not see it, I called. Jeff answered and told me he could not help me at 7:30 in the morning. If he could not provide customer service why was he answering the phone? I called back later in the day only to find out that my order was lost. I own a BMW 2002 that I am restoring. They just lost my business, by the way...it was over a $1,000 order. Go somewhere else, these guys suck.

Jeff Ireland is pretty much THE guy on the west coast for aftermarket BMW parts. Somehow he continues to fabricate new products for old cars that so many of the big brands simply dont make. I mean, where else can you get custom silicone coolant hoses, engine rod bearings, billet wheel spacers, and everything else under the same roof?The other bad reviews here are from the type of people who have ruined amazon and Ebay for sellers: they apparently have buyers remorse and the patience of small children, because theres nothing this business wouldnt do to help a customer in need of a return. Ive returned items several months after purchase with a simple email explaining a fitment issue. Theyll even refer you to the competition if its a product they dont carry. Ground Control and TopEnd are great, and Jeffs formerteam chief, Andrew is now working with Eric at Coupe King these days. They all reference each other though when necessary, i suppose because real game recognizes real game. But this review is for IE, so head to the IE and visit IE.
