I sort of was expecting to have difficulty- just because it seems as if most every place I go- there’s gonna be some sort of issue! However, this was not the case! I went in to the store, purchased a phone, I ended up getting an extra item while we were there, and the gentleman helped my wife and I with our situation and he did a great job! I was happy to resolve our needs for our visit in this store on that day!

When I was there the girl was so nice, the store is very clean.

I had a very good experience at this store. They make each customer feel highly favored and valued. My service was excellent. They provided me with great professional service. Out of 20 other At&t stores I have been to, this one provided me with the best service.

I had a great visit at the AT&T store on 1243 Huntington Drive. The sales associate that helped me was Desiree. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The store was busy, but she helped each customer thoroughly and with a smile. Keep up the good work Desiree.

My wife and I went to this location at around 5pm on July 6th. The rep helping us was so disconnected. His vibe drove us away with the potential of us buying 2 phones. He had no knowledge of iPhones to help my wife out and he didnt even make an effort to get us to buy new phones. He answered all of our questions in short form and seemed like he didnt want to help out.

David was the agent that was my helper, then there was Juan that assist with helping with questions I had, then there was William that provided the social skills, all 3 provided great customer service, I will definitely be back, I have came here in the past and was provided EXCELLENT service, Im welcome every time I come here, then I tell them Im an employee with AT&T so when you see others providing great service makes me feel we at AT&T is providing great service to our customers.

Raphael is a total angel!!! I walked in ready to leave at&t and he totally changed my mind. I ended up buying two new phones instead. He gave me great service with a smile and made me feel valued. Also he changed my account to beat the other deals I was looking at. I am proudly still a loyal customer after 15 years.

This store is great. I went in for an accessory and the rep was very helpful. He looked into my account and saw that I could save money by switching to DTV so not only did I get what I needed, but I also left saving money and enjoying a better TV service.

Employee there added a $15 insurance fee onto one of our phones when we went in to add a new line. They didnt have the phone we wanted so we left. A few minutes later we receive text messages telling us that our account has been updated and that we have insurance. We did not want this insurance nor did we inquiry about any insurance. Scum bags. Just go to the Pasadena store instead.

I had a really great experience in this store. The rep was super helpful and gave awesome customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

Well, I give credit to this young, new, inexperienced salesman how he held the helms well between 7.30 till 8.45pm attending to two clients each with different needs. Even, he had no clue how to work around it but he called his supervisor whom she was able through webcams to solve one and came to the 2nd in her training clothing to satisfy a customer, and when she was not herself sure about the answer she called the manager to confirm and was very apologetic about it. I gave 4 stars as the problem was not resolved, other than that good job guys.

Just had the WORST experience ever!!JUAN the only sales rep at this store clearly does not know how to work with customers.I was there to upgrade my phone and ADD a new line however he refused to help me because I forgot my pin. I explained I spoke to customer service on the phone before heading his way and they made the notes on the account but he said there was nothing he could do.Bye Bye AT & T .....hello T-Mobile 🙃

Totally deceptive! Purchased one basic line, no additions. Was told it came with a free tablet, confirmed there would be no additional charges on my bill for this free tablet, only to find thisgift came with mandatory tethering fees as well as equipment charges, more than doubling the actual monthly bill amount i had agreed upon and confirmed with the sales person before signing contract. Mostly disappointed in myself for falling for AT&Ts usual bait and switch tactics, Its why I left the first time.
