Tons of parking. Clean store. Staff can be hard locate when service is needed.

Sales associate Gerardo is the ONLY reason Im giving this store a 5-star rating because the customer service I received from Staples Monrovia was sub-par, to say the least. Gerardo was solution-focused and engaged me in one of the most stellar customer service interactions Ive ever received! To begin with, he was completely honest with me and didnt treat me like I was an idiot. The store didnt have stock paper to print my double-sided premium business card orders on, so without first consulting me, they made the executive decision to print both jobs on standard stock paper. I was extremely upset, especially after Id complained about it and one of the store associates insisted that they printed on standard stock because Id asked for the job to be done on standard stock. Luckily, Id printed out my online order and it shows that both my business card orders were for double-sided premium. Then in stepped Gerardo who, unlike his colleague, immediately admitted that the store was and had been out of premium stock. Then he followed up with an apology on behalf of the store, and offered to remedy the situation by offering to redo the job. SIMPLE. I dont like being lied to! Staples Monrovia, save your reputation and make Gerardo a manager, because he obviously displays both leadership competence and capability. With him as a part of the leadership team, the store will better improve its customer-associate interactions. Thank you, Gerardo!

Me and my grandpa asked for help to find a three holed folder and the worker didnt know where was and pretend they didnt have it in store. So me and my grandpa search the store and found what we were looking for. (By the way there was like a whole section of them). Then when we went to buy our stuff and the cashier was rood... Still I like the store. I will come back and hopefully the service will be better.

Walked in. The guy helped me right away. Answered my questions and offered useful advice. The cashier also was friendly and knowledgeable. Happy customer.

I like staples. They price match. They have a great selection. This particular one also has a great copy center with exceptional help.

The clerk at the copy dest was so patient and helpful. I got crowded for awhile, and she handled everything, and everyone beautifully, and professionally.

They have most everything you need for your office needs except varied office furniture.

They couldn’t fix our copy machine but were honest with us from the beginning, and we appreciate it.

Staples has always been extremely cheap for my company to print tickets and flyers. Today they wanted $60+ for an order that has always cost $16-24 for YEARS. Either the print guy is pocketing money or Staples has lost their minds

Jesus Christ. Horrible service. Especially the doosh bag working at the photo center. No welcome, horrible attitude. I dont post many reviews but this waste of a trip warranted it.

I Couldnt get two papers print because Robert had to much over due work. Two paper. Now I see why the store has low rating.

Was only given my laminate order but was not given my photo copy order. I paid for everything. Got home and discovered that I did not have my photo copies. Therefore, I had to return to the store to get them.Very inconvenient.

I have been there several times and I absolutely hate this store. The copy and print section section to be exact, I havent ventured out to the rest of the store. So the first time I went there about two hours before they closed to get a 12 page paper printed and binded. Something that should take 20 minutes. Even though there wasnt any customers there the associate said he wouldnt be able to do it that night because he had other big orders to do. Okay, no big deal, I can pick it up the next morning. Nope. The man then tells me that even though they open at 7am the next day, the soonest they could have it done was in 12pm and even then, he makes no promises. I had a friend go to Kinkos/Fedex and they did it immediately.My next experience. I went in there to get some resumes printed. I had them on my USB and just needed them printed on resume paper. I waited in line at the counter and when it was my turn I was told they wouldnt help me for two hours because they had other orders. I literally just needed a paper printed. So I asked what my options were. I was told that I could use the copy machine with my USB. An associate had to restart the machine because it wasnt working and she had to fill it with resume paper so I dont know how this was better for me or them, but it was what they were offering me. Then after waiting for the machine to reboot I find out I cant print Word Docs on the copy machine. So I asked what my other options were. I was then directed to the self-service computer that charges $0.30 per minute plus like $0.22 per page. And I was charged extra for resume paper. So again I had to have an associate fill the tray with the resume paper. The way they handled this situation costed me my time and money, made me bounce around to every machine in their store and they still had to have an associate spend their time with me. Why was all this easier for them than hitting a simple print button?

I despise going in Staples. When I looked for book spine repair tape by 3M, they didnt have it, surprise, surprise!
