Our homes microwave stopped working, and after opening it, I found out one of the door safety switches broke. Came into the store and was out in a few minutes with the part I needed to replace. Our microwave was back in working condition the same day, and just a day before Chinese New Year! Thank you so much for saving our holiday celebration and helping us save money (I was about to go to Costco for a new microwave)! I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend this store for replacement parts. Helpful and friendly staff, just know the part number that you need before calling. And cheaper than going through manufacturer.

Wouldnt recommend people to shop here if you can wait for Amazon shipping or other channels. The AC capacitor was sold at 4x price of it should be. I confirmed with the staff, and it was their intention to sell this high. I had no choice but bought it since I didnt want to wait.

Had a fantastic experience - had an AC unit blow out and suspected it was the capacitor - they were extremely friendly and helpful with getting us the right part throughout the process, and helping suggest ideas to diagnose the issue. We managed to fix the AC pretty easily with their help, which was great. I’d highly recommend people come here - they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and conveniently located.

It is so great to have a local appliance part store. The store front person was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He helped us locate the right part and we fixed our ac for $40. I am so happy to be in a cooler bedroom.

The perfect Go To Place, since they sell HVAC Parts to the Public, when you need a part immediately like an AC Capacitor during this current extreme heat wave thats wiping out many of them in older homes.I have only gone here for an AC Capacitor replacement and can only speak on my experience with getting the part that I need, not sure how they are for other Appliance parts but I do know that they have a big sign indicating theres no returns for Electrical parts.The local HVAC supply stores, Furguson & Rheem, discriminate against the Public by only selling to HVAC licensed companies and contractors in a price fixing collusion allowing for consumer gouging. As an example a Capacitor can be purchased for $10-$40 but any HVAC contractor who comes to perform the repair for this would charge much more for the part & then on top of labor youre looking at a $200-250 repair for replacement of an AC capacitor.Ive seen some bad reviews of people complaining about their AC Capacitor Parts being 4x what you can buy from Amazon but I truly think its not exactly true. They definitely are more expensive but paying for a $39 capacitor from here which they had readily available versus waiting days for one from Amazon for $15-$35 is well worth the added cost.I would totally consider going here again for an emergency AC capacitor part, but may also just buy an extra one from Amazon to keep around for when this happens in another 5 years or so.

I went into buy one piece for my washing machine and the guy asked me what was happening. I told him the issue and he told me to start with this other piece in the washer. The other piece was $59 vs the piece I went into get being about $235 with shipping. That guy saved me over $175. This was not the first time I have been in there! I will never go any place else for appliance parts again.

Wouldve been a nicer experience if the two men that I dealt with were a bit nicer and not so rude. They advised me to change a part in Washing machine. I bought from them and it didnt work. They referred a repair person who charged $190. When I went back to return the part, they refused to take it back. They were rude as well.

Worst customer service. The counter person was a jerk and didnt even attempt to help. I found the part very easy on Amazon and ordered the part.I will never use them again.

Will go to get any repair part. From stove top knobs to washer parts.They are very helpful, and will give you troubleshooting tips.

Our GE refrigerator died, and needed a new system board. Amazon could get me one in three days. APD had one in stock for about the same price. Swapped it out, and everything is working again.

Saw a bad review, had to offset it with a good one. They had an older Whirlpool washer drain pump motor, IN STOCK! price comparable to online, we were back to washing clothes same day!

Terrible customer service ! The counter service man just keeps holding and looking at his iphone, didnt offer any help. I asked and he just replied in very bad manner and rude ! My 1st time to be at this place and will be the last !!!
