I bought a washer here on Saturday. Tuesday I took it back because it didnt work properly. The guy checked it out for me, then he saw something was wrong with it, so told me to pick out another one... Great people.

Some employees are well-intentioned yet lack the diligence/knowledge required for warranty repair service. One elderly man answering the phones is completely devoid of customer service skills. Their store’s process for getting parts ordered, despite the customer being armed with all important numbers, needs MAJOR improvement.

Purchased a fridge that froze over three days later. Had to bring it back for repairs. They kept it for three weeks. Whatever the issue, the repairs only lasted two weeks and its froze over again, now beyond the 30 day exchange or repair date.Complete waste of money, and they dont much care.I cant see how they remain in business as poor as thier service and prices are.

Hell finance anybody, no matter how bad their credit is. Title Pawn companies, Check Cashing rackets, Finance Companies, Rent-To-Own businesses and #Hometown Supply...they all take advantage of the poorest ppl in their own community. Hometown Supply charges 2-3 times what the same product would cost in a legitimate store, finances it with outrageous interest rates, and after he sucks you for as much as he can swallow, leaves you alone for a couple of years so that the late-fees and interest builds up to a mountain no low income person can possibly move. He wants to keep you indebted to him for a lifetime, and you will be. Glen Register is the sweetest man you will ever meet when hes trying to sell you something and a monster when the paperwork is signed. Then hes the plantation owner and you are his slave. A pillar of our community.

They have about anything from your Sporting life to home needs, paints, keys, flashlights to tarps. Nice down home friendly and helpful folks. Old School downtown.

If I could give this no stars I would. Service is crappy. Complicated story but I had a problem with the tire on my car they wouldnt let my brother fix it there only had one stud holding my tire on. Had to drive it next door to Shanes body shop. Mr Shane even let his workers fix my car one of them bought the parts I needed and another one did the work. Mr Shane wouldnt let me pay him. Its hard to find kindness in people anymore. But I promise if theres anything Mr Shane and his guys can do for you youll be pleased. I love Mr Shane and his guys cause the didnt have to do that for me. We need to spread the word for kindness like this these days cause its so hard to find. Thank you Mr Shane for your sincere kindness to me and my brother.

Stopped by to look at possibly buying a Golf Cart from here, stay away from here!!! Way over priced used junk is what they will offer you. 5000 for a junkyard golf cart with a shotty repaint, torn seat from a dog chewing on it, roof about to fall off and the man says $5000, you got to be professional stupid to do business with this place.

Rated 1 star because I cant rate any lower!!Not only will I never shop at Home town Supply in Dublin because of the million cats they have running around and cat boxes everywhere or the horrible smell of cat urine so heavy I could throw up! They are also WAY OVER PRICED! Same exact part i bought online for $17 charged me $69. The owner Glenn Register was oh so Christian like telling me that i didnt know what the hell I was doing because Im a woman buying a heating element for my dryer and because I demanded a refund after being talked to like trash he then threatened to throw the element at my face! In front of my 1 year old. Another fine business in Dublin
