TV was best price of anyone. When I installed it at home I realized my bose sound system was analog and would not connect to my new tv newer technology. Lyle was awesome gave me inexpensive fix with converter that fixed it for, 30 bucks. Thanks Lyle!!

All I have to say is WHY buy a tv anywhere else but Video Only. I came in looking for a 43 inch tv and ended up walking out With a 65 QLED. I had an issue with the first tv. I came back the next day and the customer service I received was beyond unreal! The best customer service anywhere Ive experienced! Jesse is who helped me and is knowledge and truth is awesome. Everyone there is great. I will NEVER shop anywhere else but here for tvs and audio. If you dont shop here you will be sorry.

Absolutely amazing store, no haggling, straight forward. Beats any other store does no matter Costco, Best Buy or online- Amazon.Sean is the man to talk to in the store. Price difference of 3.7k TV LG-77 Inch CQ-10 was 700$. Sound system was about $300 cheaper. Sean is very knowledgeable. Do not I repeat do not let them sell you a warranty extended warranty that is!! N. We purchased a warranty and we always do that with all our appliances are couches any high end. We were having a problem with our television that we bought from this video one store and he assured me that they are good company warranty company that is. I know Covid is here but I do not want someone to tell me it’s because the Covid I had my furniture repaired during Covid no problem I had my washer and dryer repaired during Covid no problem I called his company video one who sold me this warranty which I wish I never did!!!’ Because all I get is the run around he’s telling me it’s because of the Covid I said excuse me sir I had many appliances services done during the Covid!!! I have an appointment set up with this warranty company that you sold me too they never showed. So then I contacted the warranty company which she told me was great to purchase to make sure my purchase was covered. She tells me I need to make a model I gave her all that she said I’ll be sending you an email and someone will get back out to you. nothing nothing and for you as a company to sell someone don’t tell me you don’t have a database and can’t look up our file you’re the one who gave me their phone number to call shame on you. Buyer beware buy from Walmart and target less money less hassle you can just re-purchase a new one. What is sad nowadays is that people can’t help one another they sure you’re getting the best deal this is the best warranty plan but then when you go to use it all you have is a headache!!!! Stay away from video one buyer beware like I said Best Buy target Walmart cheaper no problems you can just get a new one

Best prices around with great staff talk to the manager Marty to get a smoking deal. Extended warranty prices are 1/3 the price of best buy and the staff knows there product with all The major brands side by side hooked up to cable or satellite so you can see the same picture when you get home.

Video Only is an endangered species: a brick-and-mortar TV/video store. They have a large selection of TVs on display for you to compare, and the sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful.Other reviewers have complained about not being able to return TVs, but with todays large flat-panels, its an industry-wide standard that TVs over 32 cant be returned to the store, but rather are serviced in your home if they break under warranty. Given the nature of the repair parts and the size and weight of the TV, this policy makes sense, and the store shouldnt suffer for this policy as a result.Video Only sells all the top brands of TVs, so anything you buy here is going to be of good quality. Having said that, these are consumer electronics, and things occasionally fail or break. I believe they are authorized retailers for every brand they carry, but you should always confirm that before purchasing.

Went here to purchase a 32 Smart/1090P TV to replace an old Toshiba (I bought here/VO about 10-years ago). Ended up buying a Samsung but it was the wrong product. I wanted a 1080P and salesman ended up selling me a 720p by mistake. Marty/Mgr. overheard my explanation to the salesman when I returned with the just purchased TV. He came over and said our mistake, and sold me the 1080P for pricing 1/2 way between his asking price and what I paid for the 720P. Very fair resolution. I left happy. And I will return when I need another TV. You hear their radio ads all the time. If you buy any audio/visual product from someone else, youll probably pay lots more $ than you pay here. Its true!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I rarely waste my time writing reviews, but holy smokes... This store sold me a 42 inch hdtv that stopped working after 2 months. Even though I (luckily) saved all the packaging, they told me after 30 days they cant do anything about it. So basically I took a $600 bath. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!. Amazon offers full manufacture warranty, BestBuy protects you for up to 1 year.
