Fantastic Service. I’d spent days trying to find a place to replace my cars windows. I was lucky to get a referral to them. Lucy stayed until 8p and was able to fit me in their schedule the next day. The work quality was great. I would recommend them strongly. Great service, went the extra mile. Rate these days.

These guys were fantastic! I was stuck and n Safelite limbo for 6mo. They were able to immediately schedule me & installed professionally. As a + they are in walking distance to shops and restaurants

I was first told by All Glass that my insurance will not likely pay for an OEM BMW windshield and at first glance they should not have as I didnt have the OEM rider. But I pressed my insurance company and they ended up covering it. All Glass did a quick and excellent job.

Excellent service, when Icame in with a broken passenger window, they said they didnt have that exact window for my car in stock and told me to come back the following day, but they didnt send me away with nothing, they put in a temporary plastic window until the next day, when I came in the next day, they put my new window in and BAM good as new!

Avoid if you can. They have poor quality windshields and cracks very easily. I purchased a windshield from them a couple of months ago. now there is a crack on the wind shield ! another mechanic confirmed that this was due to poor quality glass which can crack very easily . avoid at all costswhen I went and showed this to the all glass staff they said it was because a rock hit it ! there is no proof that a rock hit it. I have never driven on dirt roads. and all roads I have driven on are paved very well with no possibility of rock hits ! but the excuse given is the crack happened due to a rock hit !This is due to a inferior quality glass and nothing else. avoid

Disorganized, Deceptive and Unprofessional!We ordered two table top glasses and cutting of an existing glass.- First they delivered the wrong size and took that one back.- Next they delivered the right size but did not round them as we told them - went to store physically to remove confusion with pictures. Owner blames the front desk as new/untrained - not sure how that is our problem.- Quoted to cut the existing table top glass for $20 but once they took the glass to their store, the owner wanted $60! No reason provided for the 200% hike. When we refused, the lady, Kelly, asked to take it back on our own - and that was a 7feetx3.5feet glass. Well, she knew we cannot take it back with out hiring a professional. We swallowed that and paid up. Oh, we did pay them deliver charge. It just does not make any sense.The glass is not rounded as we asked them to. Now after multiple calls/emails the owner agreed to fix it but we need to transport it. We paid the delivery charge and it is not our mistake. We simply cannot transport it without hiring another professional. I guess that is exactly the intent behind this.It seemed like the the guy who cuts the glass, the front desk who takes the order and the manger Kelly, are disconnected.Our experience is only with a table top glass. If this is what you are looking for, find a different place. Or dont pay until you have what you asked for. We regret going here, these are very unprofessional people. We could have a refused to pay but we thought it wasnt a big deal and they were in the neighborhood and not some web store. We learnt our lesson.We are still hoping they make it right.
