I will preface this by saying, I have ordered from this store in the past and received very beautiful arrangements. I have done it online and I understand you cant make everything look just like the picture BUT I ordered and arrangement on Valentines Day (I understand you are busy, I also understand you have many other happy customers on this day) Im writing this review because of how my situation was handled. My girlfriend recieved the arrangement and it was very poor looking. I asked her to stop it by there and ask them to fix it. She told the girl what happened, stating that I paid 80 bucks for this and this is what I got. The girl got rude and said Well actually he paid 60, the rest were services and fees, but well fix it. So rude girl ACTUALLY I paid 66 for the flowers, 6 for the baloon, and 7 for you to deliver them 2 doors down on the same side of the road. I paid 80 dollars for you services and didnt receive them to my satisfaction. Period. I understand you are busy and possibly stressed out on your busiest day of the year but that is no reason to be rude. I was perfectly content in letting the issue be resolved as I have been a satisfied customer in the past. After reading previous negative reviews, the owner is a little rude in replies that maybe they have a reason too do so, here is my entirely truthful, non rude review. My included pictures are the before and after, which I am happy with by the way.EDIT: I never spoke with anyone over the phone, not once. Nor did I intend to. So your claim that you talked to me was false. There was nothing after your first attempt that could be done to resolve the issue, hence the reason your phone call was never answered or returned and the review was posted. You were given a chance and it wasnt up to par no matter what you say. Your upgrade was also a joke, so dont even try that garbage. The upgraded version was not even worth what I paid. She might have told you it was ok when she left but she was still very disappointed. You messed up. Learn to deal with your mistakes better and deal with, dont just point fingers and try to make yourself look good. I was trying to be nice but if you want to continue to lie, you just do you and leave me out of it. And your girl WAS rude, also something you cant just cover up by denying.
Awesome service and great communication with staff!! Im from out of town, and wanted to send a balloon bouquet to a business on the same road as Classic Florist. I called about an hour before closing, and the friendly staff said it would be no problem getting my order delivered, even with the time constraints. Thats what I call great customer serviceโฆ.and an added bonus was the recipient loved the bouquet!! :) Thanks again for handling my request in such an efficient manner!

If you are ordering online from this place you will not get more flowers between the product options (as shown, deluxe, ultimate) it is very misleading. You pay $10 or $20 more for the other options because you see the picture change with the choices that show more flowers. After my girlfriend received the flowers it was the As shown option and not the deluxe option that showed more flowers and $10 more. I spoke with someone at the shop and they said that the different product options just mean more greenery and not more flowers. Well if it does mean more flowers dont have the picture change with the different options. I was not offered a reimbursement or anything just a I will let him know. Whoever him is. Will not be buying from them again. Oh and they took the bouquet down I ordered before I made the call but couldnt justify why!
They have a great staff and and excellent service. They try their best to accommodate shoppers needs/wants. They have beautiful floral arrangements and cute home decor! I LOVE THIS STORE!
Classic Florist was very good at working with us to find the perfect design for our wedding florals and made our day beautiful. They have tons of beautiful plants and flowers as well as home decor at their store location; if you need something unique shop here! I have been using Classic Florist for years (even before the current owners) and they have always given me exemplary service. I always leave it up to them to recommend and send whatever they think appropriate for the occasion. Their showroom of home decor is so beautiful. Such a variety they have to offer and well worth the time to just browse.
I called and made an order for Birthday Flowers to be sent. They told me they had a bundle that was $50, I asked if there was one for $40 and they said yes. I told them I would like to get the $40 one and they told me that it would be $7.95 for delivery. As I was hanging up she says the total was $62. I was going to call back and ask about the price but I had called just before they closed. I called back today and asked them why I was being charged so much for a $40 arrangement.. They told me that the person that took the order wrote down that I wanted the $50 one and she is not sure who I talked to. I told her I asked for the $40 one but all she just said sorry she wrote you down for the $50 one. No offer was made to give a discount because one of THEIR employees wrote the order down wrong. All that was said was Sorry, I dont know who you talked to. I am very upset that nothing was done to correct their mistake.
Classic Florist has been an outstanding asset to me when it comes to making my girlfriends day. The designers at Classic always provide me with the best flower arrangements to present to my significant other. The designers, customer service, and ownership at Classic is undoubtably top notch. This is most definetly the premier flower shop in middle Georgia!
Great quality but donโt count on your order to be correct. The website offers stuff that they donโt carry. When you add it your cart you think youโre paying for it but it disappears and doesnโt charge you. Iโve even ordered and didnt receive everything that I did pay for. The order gets delivered almost at the end of the day. Tried calling to talk to someone and never can get an answer. Very disappointed. 3rd strike and youโre out. Weโll be using someone else for our flower needs in Dublin. I recommend everyone else doing the same. I hear Christyโs and Just Because are great. Guess weโll be giving them our business from now on.Edit after original posting:If the item was out, then you would also assume that the business would call to notify that it was out. Never received a call or an email. & No refund. Also, the dozen roses only came with 11. Guess yall were able to save a bunch of money on flowers by jipping each bouquet by one flower.

I was very disappointed in the spray Classic Florist sent to a funeral in Dublin, Ga. Some of the flowers were already dying. The spray was not worth the amount they charged me. I had a lady that knew flowers to look at the spray she also said it was not worth that amount. My opinion is that Classic Florist did not think that I would be at the funeral because I was from out of town so they did not take the time to made a good arrangement.They did not offer a solution to the problem.
