Amazing selection of household goods. The staff is welcoming. We really enjoy shopping at this store. I took off a star because it can get a bit cramped with shoppers at certain hours, and the parking lot is tight.

Oof WAY too full for a Wednesday during a pandemic. Social distancing was out the door, sloppy masks and all (customer wise.) Besides that, home goods is home goods, full of wonderful little treasures. So idk, its a good place but needs to maybe slow the crowd or something or the people that shop here need to do better and class it up a little, so I guess this is for people who might shop here, um wear a mask properly and dont crowd someone in the candle isle and reach over me and get in my personal space over a wooden bowl. The bowl isnt going anywhere, chill.

Why ask how I am and then ignore my issues? It hurts to walk and stand so to make me walk a maze to get to checkout when there is only 2 people in line is torture. I was walking with a cane... Can’t clerk say “sorry to hear that,” “I got it”, or something? They think ignoring me is ok? No smiles, no understanding, no asking real questions coz they care... no wonder we like shopping online better than stiff no service people. Very sad. I know that usually there is nothing anyone can do, people can still just get the communication and be thoughtful.

Almost every time I go to home goods I find something I would like. This is my go to place for rugs, pillows, throws, home accessories and small furniture. It is so fun to shop with clients and for myself whether its for the home or office.

Truthfully, the Dublin, CA location is the messiest, most unorganized and unappealing HomeGoods store that I have ever been to. Seaside, CA location puts this store to shame. Was very disappointed, wont return.

Very helpful employees at this location they answered all my questions. The store is clean and organize. But the store is small and they dont have a wide selection of products. As with any other home goods you will find nice things here its just about really looking through all the merchandise, no home goods carries the same things. I was able to find a nice velvet office chair at this store. Overall a good experience except for the size of the store.

I love to go to this place. There are so many interesting and wonderful items, most of which I do not need. The values are outstanding if you ask me. Its like being in Wonderland.

This store has really improved in recent months. It used to be trashed all the time. Now its much more organized and decluttered.

Solid store for finding various things for around the house. Focuses on speciality items with frequently changing inventory. This particular store is in a very popular plaza making parking difficult at peak times.

If you ever want to stage a home for sale - or make your place look like its staged - this is your place. They seem to specialize in stuff you dont need but thar you end up purchasing anyway.

However customers are messy, and ignorant to leaving pillows, linen, pots and pans teetor tallying to fall over causing unesscessary damage, or customers even employees falling over merchandise.... maybe lsles should not be packed so tightly Pillows, linen, bath goods, kichen, ceramic dishes, etc ... Having a dedicated employees for go backs and most if all reorganizing selves, and floor merchandise debris... and a big sign in those departments for customers notify management if merchandise on floor. Thank you.

We thought we could find a butter dish in a home goods store. We looked and looked and finally had a cashier help us because there was no one on the floor to help us. There were no butter dishes of any sort!!

This place is an insult to shoppers! It has looked like a tornado ran through it every time Ive been here! I was even here in the middle of the day on a Thursday and it was a complete mess, so its not just messy during busy shopping times... Im definitely not going to waste my time rummaging through the junk in this store again.

Not well maintained. I have been to this store 2-3 times since it opened. Even when the store first opened, I was surprised that it wasnt better maintained, especially being in t he same shopping center as the Nordstrom Rack, and in the new Persimmon Shopping Center. It reminds me of a Marshalls or Ross, where you have to search for what youre looking for. It is not well organized, and even some of the items look they are in second-hand condition. I thought this would be a store Id like to go to more often, but unfortunately its been a let-down.
