Great selection of pool cues and accessories. They do a wonderful job at servicing our cues at a reasonable price. They of course have a huge selection of darts and accessories as well as multiple types of gaming tables to choose from that will fit your playing needs.We bought our first pool table from them. Great turn time and the workers did a wonderful job with installation and clean up.

I am the traveler. In need of new wrap on my cue. I found Billiards Plus, they do in house cue repair. The staff is very professional and took up most care of my cue. I was lucky they were not to busy when I showed up on the spot. They took care of me like I was a regular, and rewrapped my cue while I waited. Took about 25 minutes. I recommend them for any of your billiard or dart needs.

Kenny and his daughter are awesome. Worked with me on everything. Install was slow due to part deliveries and me being slow to get area ready, but they worked the best they could. They had a missing part and went to get it at shop and crashed the truck. Kenny borrowed his daughters SUV and personally supervised the installation completion. Thanks guys.

Rob & Chris did a great job getting our table together. However, we had a rocky start with this company and the owner. The table when moved from one location to another, was disassembled and reassembled in the new location. The workmanship was shoddy and the owner was difficult about admitting his best installer did a poor job putting our table back together. Spacing was off & the parts that fit before it was disassembled, no longer fit because the rails were off. After several weeks of communication and a BBB complaint, the company finally sent Rob & Chris to fix what was messed up before. They did a great job fixing what was a poor, rushed job at first. We are happy now, but it didnt have to be this difficult to get the owner to send someone out to fix the poor job his employees did in the first place.The pictures are worth a thousand words.

Nice folks. I learn something new every time I go there. If you sub contract installation of a pool table cloth, I would watch them closely. One team that came to my house were a bit lax about leveling my slate and finishing the seams. The second team were more to my liking.

They get the job done. Its a nice place, they have pool cues, darts, and other assortments of maybe one would call it bar games. As well as outdoor and indoor seating, recliners, lights (whether they go over a pool table or just in a room) as well as signs. One can also purchase accessories for any of the aforementioned. One of the biggest pros to billiards plus that virtually no other place will let you do, is that theyll let you momentarily demo the cue the one may be considering purchasing on their gold crown table. Just be careful who does your cue work... unfortunately i had my carbon fiber shaft damaged while getting a tip changed there. But overall it is what one would call a one stop shop. Definitely will have what you need, and besides the one negative experience, its a great place, theres no reason to shop for any pool or bar game related anything anywhere else.

This is the best place in Columbus to get not only billiards equipment but also other recreational items as well. My opinion is not only based on their selection but the people I have encountered being knowledgeable and extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I didnt feel like I was trying to be up sold to more expensive items, but to really choose what feels like a match for me. I have now purchased two billiards cues and two sets of darts here. It makes me happy to recommend and support such an upstanding independent small business!

My girlfriend and I visited billiards plus for the first time this week. It is large with a huge selection of pool tables and other games on the floor. The place could use a little sprucing up as its clear they have been at this location for quite some time. However, after working with retailers for nearly 20 years, I can imagine this is a tough business to be in. Nevertheless, the staff is clearly VERY, VERY knowledgeable and eager to assist. I only purchased a handful of small items and yet they were very willing to answer any questions. It was truly an excellent experience and there is no doubt they will be my go to for anything billiard or gaming.

12/31/18 - Messy store, lack of interaction with customer, overpriced. About 20 minutes after I walked in a young lady came back from lunch and asked if Id been spoken to, and she was friendly and helpful. Before then the man behind the counter didnt speak a word. Selection was decent, I felt the prices were too high and the store itself was dirty. As in there was clutter everywhere, dust, dirt, and random items that were seemingly just stored there (like some tires and rims). Id been eyeing this store for a couple years too and was really excited to finally get in and see, so I was pretty let down.

Not impressed, store is a mess, very unorganized. It could be so much more if they had a better setup. Pricing wasnt to bad. But they need to clean up the tables and not have pieces laying everywhere.

I buy all my pool table felt there and they always have all colors in stock. I would highly encourage anyone to compare prices at online UK shops BEFORE you buy from this place. They sell nothing but overpriced HammerHead darts and other extremely expensive US branded darts. Why would anyone in their right mind spend over $100 at their shop when you can buy the same darts overseas for 50% less

I live in grove city I drive 30 minutes to get here said they close at 2 but website says 7 definitely won’t be making another trip up here such a waste of time. Total bs.

I usually dont do this but it needs to be said. Its 2017 and these people are selling only Bottlesen Hammerhead darts with mechanical points. WHAT YEAR IS THIS ? The boards these days DO NOT have staples, and have razor thin wires. Why do you sell these darts? Luckly Dayton has two dart stores that sell Target Pro Darts, Harrows, Pentathalon, Unicorn, XQMAX etc. and if you need cheap 90% tungsten darts they sell McCoy brand too.Dart stores like this is a one reason that the United States is behind in steel tip darts. Over 800k people live in Columbus, and this is a poor selection for such a large market.

Great place for recreational game equipment (e.g. pool, darts, shuffle board, table tennis, pinball, foosball, etc.) They have a huge selection of everything and low prices on high end to basic models (prices for darts and dartboards are the same as the lowest I found online!) The staff is knowledgable and very friendly, and they are willing to answer all of your questions without hard selling you, and will make sure you get exactly what you want.
