This is the BEST of any Big O tires. Been a customer for years, always honest about what you need. Had a nail in my tire, they did the patch the other day, on my new car. I do all my oil changes and tire and brake services here. Even Costco Danville said only go to Dublin Big O tires. If you want honest service and good work, go to Dublin Big O!!!

Great friendly staff. Tires are expensive get over it. I did my own research online and found the tires I wanted and then scheduled my appointment online. They called to tell me they had to order the tires and would arrive in the afternoon which they did. I dropped off my ride and they had me back on the road in no time. Glad to use a national chain for the extended warranty.

I had a nail in my tire...I just popped and was well taken care of. The clerk who helped me was such a nice guy...I wish I remembered his name. He told funny stories while I waited for my tire change...I was in and out in about 40 minutes....great experience. Ill go back when I need to purchase tires!!!

Great staff, we were a last minute appt, booked online, the appt confirmed almost immediately. We had a flat, rather than selling us a new tire, they inspected and patched the new tire within 30min of our arrival. VERY friendly and understanding staff that helped 2 teachers in need of a fast turn around to get home and teach class!

Ive had 2 instances where ive suddenly needed my tire to be fixed while in Dublin area and i ended up at this shop, luckily! I went back there the second time because the first experience was great, and im choosing to write a review because the second experience was just as good, and i almost never write reviews! The people here are AWESOME, if you dont have a sense of humor, this is not the shop for you! Theyre super friendly and helpful, and on both instances (different tires), they were able to patch the tire, while i fully expected to have to buy new ones! Theyre not just trying to upsell their own tires or overcharge anyone, and thats amazing. They are quick, easy going, honest, and funny, and thats all good things in my book. Shout out to the employees here, favorite tire shop ive been to so far.

Wow, I have no words. But, I do because Im writing this. I have been dealing with a tire issue since March caused by another shop. Almost a year. I have taken my car in 8 times. I was basically backed into a corner with no options. Big O in Dublin was my last Hail Mary. Brian listened to my complicated story (that Ive told at least 5 times) and quickly had a solution. Brian and his crew finally fixed my car! Brian called Michelin on my behalf, and finally balanced my tires correctly. Thank you, thank you, thank you. So relieved.

Made appointment for tire rotation for tires I bought there with warranty but they will not let you keep the appointment for tire rotation only, even though it gives you the option online to book it (Its first come first serve). Went in after lunch and said I have to wait 2 hours to get tires rotated since it was busy. Only if there was a way to book an appointment 🤔. Said to come first thing in the morning, but I have work. No remorse or apology for inconvenience either...kind of rude there.

I had to change all my tires. Unfortunately, the tires that I wanted for my car were out of stock, but DJ was great at helping me find an alternative solution. He was extremely professional and polite. Thanks for the solid experience and customer service!

We were on a road trip and passing through the area when I heard a strange noise. It was a Saturday and most mechanics were closed, but Big O Tires got us in last minute. We were in, inspected, and fixed (thankfully it was a quick fix) in less than 40 minutes. Eli R was so accommodating and friendly, I cannot express my gratitude enough with his help. DO NOT go to there to fix a technical problem, after getting the part (front breaks) from Toyota to install it, today in morning the breaks makes noise, when ask them says we can not do anything for you.

This is the first time I took my car here. And I am not satisfied. I have to take my car thrice to get it fixed. However at the very first day I told them to please check everything. Will not take it again.

Wow, excellent customer service at this Dublin, CA Big-O-Tires. I thought they had a bad reputation (although I admit my perception may have been based on old or erroneous information), but they were awesome! My low tire pressure light came on this morning and I had a similar situation where my tire had a nail and a slow leak and had to get the tire repaired. Big-O-Tire checked pressure, inspected tires, filled one low tire, reset my warning light and now Im back at work (free of charge). Nice job Big-O-Tire in Dublin, CA

I have been working with this crew for over 15 years now, they are all great. Mike is my go to guy, he always makes it easy and is very professional yet gives it a personal touch as well. Went in thinking I needed 2 trailer tires repaired and decided after talking to him to replace all 4 and what a difference it made, just got back from a 600 mile trip up the coast. I recently had the misfortune of having a flat on two of my cars in two weeks. One was under warranty and was fixed for free, but the second was not one of their tires. They fixed the flat anyway and did not charge me for the repair. Not surprising of this Big O, since they are always friendly and do high quality work. Took my vehicle in as my tire pressure light came on. Got new tires and Big O did installed new tire sensors on it almost a year ago. When I got there he checked the tire sensors and found one was faulty. No problem - said they would replace it immediately. I love this place as their customer service is excellent. No sales pressure, just help you get what you came in for. Greg is a terrific manager. Their employees are friendly and hard working.

I went to big o Dublin for some front end work. There was a miscommunication and tje work was not done correctly. In spite of this their manager Mike was amazing, he made things right. His guys did the correct repairs and w my vehicle handles like new.

I had a flat fixed here yesterday. They were very courteous and reasonable. Seems strange that I went to several places to fix one tire that was purchased new last summer and had 5,000 miles on it and nobody would fix it only try to sell me a new set of tires. I am not calling out the other stores because i have purchased sets of tires there, but there flat fixing is a joke and people should avoid stores on Dublin Blvd between village parkway and Doherty when choosing to have a flat fixed. For new tires when yours need to be replaced these stores are great.

After finding a nail in my tire, I was scrambling to get the tire fixed before it turned into a major issue. The San Ramon Big O wasnt able to help me due to the size of my tire (37in) and referred me to Dublin. The staff at Dublin was kind enough to accommodate me near the end of the day. They quickly removed the nail, patched the tire, and had me back on the road in under an hour. All of the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate the quality of service and willingness to help me out, even as closing time was approaching! Thanks!

Sorry it took so long. Ive been going to these guys after discovering them during a tire installation. They work on both my German sedan and brand new truck. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly with a do the right thing attitude. During one visit I noticed a vibration after driving away. I drove right back and they went above and beyond to make it right. It took and extra day but that really didnt matter. What mattered is they didnt charge me even though the new part cost more than the original quote. Customer for life!

My 2007 Prius had the starter battery die last Thursday evening. It was 12 years old, original. I got a jump and drove to Big O in Dublin where I have been getting service for over 25 years. We dropped the car that night and it was ready to go the next morning by 10:30 for my daughter to drive into the mountains for that Memorial weekend. Ive always felt very welcome here. The guys are very friendly and attentive - I had three people ask me if Id been helped yet while one guy was already out prepping my car for the oil change. And I have to admit, I do like that they give you flowers when you leave. Highly recommend this shop!

Awesome place with great people!Happened to stop by yesterday on an interesting problem with my tire. The cap on one of my tires is a metal one and doesn’t come off. Even a traditional oil change place like Oil Changers couldn’t get it out and they were courteous enough to let me know instead of making it a mess.Friendly staff greeted me with a great smile, offered to help fix air pressure on all my tires and asked me to pull the vehicle over to one of the bays. Apparently, a metal cap on the tires isn’t common and took some effort for a seasoned professional to get it out.I am very impressed with how friendly everyone are here.

Came in on a Monday to get oil change and to see why check engine light was on. Was told code indicated an emissions leak and they did a smoke test that revealed nothing, so that charge was dropped, and was only charged for the oil change and a brake light. (this was good.)The next day my wife is out at night and car is dead when she trys to drive home. AAA jumped the car, suggested the battery was old and that it had a lot of corrosion on the terminals. When running diagnostics the day before, why wasnt this noticed? Could have saved my wife and I a lot of trouble.

Just got 4 new tires and alignment from Jason down at Big O. They are really friendly and had the best prices for all the places I checked. They will match prices and have a great little shuttle car to take you any where you need to go. I will be going back for tire rations and new tires when the time comes.

Beware of this sales rep..! very pushy ... any question was addressed as you want to buy or not...pushy ... we are closing at 5pm even time was 4.35 pm, hurry up...Decide and pay first and then ask any questions.... Send this rep to customer service classes so at least know the nature of business and how to deal with the customers. No Greetings at all. When I walked in the store, one rep was busy with the customer and the other one was standing their without providing any help and any words. Waited 20 minutes to go to Jonathan and talk. I noticed when the new customer came in then the standing guy was right away ready to help to the guy but not to me. Strange and shady service !!!I will not consider Big O Tires in the future and never recommend any one due to poor service.I decided not to deal with the guy and left and went directly to the America tires at Dublin, CA. Let’s start out by saying the first time I ever came here Bk in may the guy that worked on my car (oil change ) don’t remember his name but he game me flowers 😍I still have them to this day ! The 2nd time which was a couple weeks ago I went in for tire rotation and engine fluid my card wasn’t working so some random guy named Corey completely covered the charge ! I mean is this place even real !!!!!!! Today I went bk in for noises I had heard after leaving there couple weeks bk a little frustrated & a guy named Dalton I believe was such a great help and really sensitive to my situation turned out all I needed was a tire change thanks a lot guys u are amazing !!!!!!

Went to get nail removed from rear tire. They got the job done in 30 minutes without any upsell like tire thread is low and need new tires. I had tires from another national retail tire stores, who were trying to upsell saying tire thread is low even though tires are less than 2 year old. Thank you Big O Tires for great job you did.

Mike just quoted me $25 per tire and wheel to dismount the wheel from tires and $50 per wheel to balance (even if I mount them myself). That is for 38 tires and I would be dropping them off not on the vehicle. So $75 x 5 = $ 375 bucks, sorry but total rip off!!

Made an appt for 12pm, I was on time. Salesman Brian advised a simple tire balance and rotation would be done in about an hour. Hour came and went, no one even touched the vehicle. If you have nothing else to do but wait, this is your shop!

At my first service on Friday, I didnt get the Problem solved - the service person was almost arrogant -didnt listen what I had to say- but permanently tried to sell me service what I didnt need.As a result, I got the Oil change done, bur the problem of overheating still remained.I came back on Saturday on spoke to manager Mike Ragon. He got me an early Monday morning appointment, and within 2 hours, the problem ( minor) was found and repaired.I wished, the management would provide extensive training in real customer service to the staff - a perfect teacher you have with Mike Ragon !!!Coming from advertising, marketing and costumer service myself - GOOD customer service is the cheapest promotion for your company.We are customers for nearly 25 years with 2 cars. The team and crew at this long-time Dublin establishment are far and above customer friendly. These guys got me into a new set of tires for a great price in under an hour, including alignment. I have done business with them before and will come back again, definitely. They helped me pick the best tires in my price range and, although there was a misunderstanding in the end, they gave me an extra service that I understood to be thrown in, as I had asked, but they heard as thrown on. Although they probably werent entirely thrilled about the misunderstanding, they did not push the issue and allowed it. I respect them for that and will definitely come back; not to have more misunderstandings, but to get the great service and products which they always provide. I will do my part to make sure we are on the same page next time because I am sure they will do their part as well as they always do. Thanks, guys! I will be back.

More expensive than wheel works. I came to mount 4 tires and had to wait 2+ hours. I later quoted the same work for $30 cheaper at wheel works. Worst part is the guy forgot one lug nut on one of the wheels, and he didnt torque the nuts correctly. Lucky I didnt get into an accident and I checked the wheels back home that night. Will never come back again!!!

I ordered a set of tires and when I went to have them installed they ordered the wrong size. I had even told them the size I needed. I waited two hours for the right ones to arrive. Mistakes are made and I was alright with that. The next day I discovered one tire was installed with the inside on the outside. When I went back I didnt get an apology or a sorry about the inconvenience. When I picked up my car I checked the tire. The rim had tire lube all over it. I will never go to a Big O store again.

Have been coming here since I was a kid (for my parents car) because they have always taken such good care of us. Recently I had a particularly wonderful experience with the service rep Jonathan R. After discovering a big slice through my tread, I called ahead to make sure that there were tires in stock for my vehicle. He patiently walked me through a few options for my make/model and let me know the best time to come in. Its clear they were very busy before the Thanksgiving holiday travel period, but they still squeezed me in. He suggested an alternative set of tires that could help get better gas mileage for my car (yay savings), as well as a promotional pricing (double yay savings!). Oh yeah--- and they even changed out the wipers in my car- all in just about an hour on a busy day. On the way out the ladies also received a little bouquet of colorful flowers. Very nice touch. THANK YOU JONATHAN for the great experience! Well keep coming back for sure. :)

ALMOST KILEED US!The reason for this review is to avoid what happened to me to happen to others. If you were thinking of going to Big Old Tires is Dublin, please reconsider. These people almost left my children motherless and my students with special needs without their beloved teacher.My boyfriend took his SUV in to ensure that we had new tires for our long weekend getaway as we were going to go through treacherous terrain through highway 178.All those who have traveled through that area understand when I say that this area can be extremely dangerous especially at night and even more so when it’s foggy or raining as this makes visibility very poor.What was supposed to be a restful getaway turned into a perilous journey as when we were going through the area between Pinyon Peak and Morris Peak, our car started shaking. There was no place to stop as this is a very desolated area with a cliff side on one side and the freeway shoulder on the other, plus no cell phone reception.We didn’t know what was wrong but every step of the way was dreadful. As our car started shaking violently, all we could do was hope that we could make it through the mountain range as trying to stop would have been very dangerous and the probability of someone stopping to help us would have been very low. When we finally made it through the mountain range, we stopped and we could not figured out what was wrong with the car. All the auto shops were closed as it was late in the evening. We drove very, very slow until we made it to our destination. In the morning we drove our car to the shop. Hours later, yes we were without a car for hours, the mechanic called us. He wanted us to come and look at what he had found. He could not believe it and even told us that we were lucky to be alive. Big Old Tires had forgotten to turn the lug nuts on one of the tires. The visions of what could had happened if we had lost a tire while driving though the treacherous area of highway 178 was in my mind for days. We could not enjoy our getaway. You might think that Big Ol Tires or the manager, Steve, would have tried to make things better but besides refunding us what we had spent at the mechanic’s nothing else was done. The lack of concern for human life is unbelievable. Before the trip my boyfriend when back three times because of issues with the tires. Even after three times they could not get it right. This was our first time doing business with them and it will be our last. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. We could have been killed, if we had my children in the car, they could have been killed. The manager Steve acted as this happens all the time and it was not big deal. Again the lack of concern towards human life is incredible.

It is a good place for car service but a bit on the expensive side. If you need your car faster then this is the place.
