I needed a dress 6 weeks before my wedding so I started at Off White and didn’t need to look any further. Jenna took amazing care of me. I was able to browse & pull dresses and she did as well for me. I liked so many but one Jenna pulled was love. I am going to look amazing & my future husband won’t know what hit him. I loved shopping at Off White! I found my dream dress here, all because of Katie! She was the best consultant and I really enjoyed shopping with her. She knew just what I wanted even though I didnt specifically give her a bunch of details and she was super helpful in general with wedding tips and advice. I would 100% recommend all brides to shop here for their wedding dress!

Amazing experience!!! Taylor is so helpful. They brought down a dress $200 to fit my budget. And HUGE discount on the veil. This was the only place I went to where the consultant actually offers to go in the dressing room with you and help during covid. Gave my group much needed rest. They were so patient and got a good feel for the style I liked and made suggestions. Highly recommend!

I went to Off White a few weeks ago to begin my dress hunt, & I was fortunate enough to end the dress hunt, with my dream dress!! The staff was truly incredible about the whole experience. I had the opportunity to work with Charlene and she was the sweetest soul! They all made me feel so beautiful the whole time I was there. 11/10 recommend 🥰

I had the most wonderful exsperiance here. My consultant was so nice and helpful. She listened to the different styles Ive already tried on and what I liked and didnt like and found the most perfect dress for me! The store was so cute and relaxing. They really make you feel special!

Our salesperson was pretentious at same time as being overly casual, though others seemed quite genuine. The perfect gown was brought out for display then not allowed for btb to try on because it was over budget, seemed like a ploy. This is a plus sized store yet not really ... had only 2 gowns to try on and 2 more in size 12-14, suggested we return for another appointment instead of being prepared for the one we were there for already. Altogether disappointed. I was not looking for a perfect end result but certainly hoped for more than delivered.

I haven’t bought a wedding dress yet but I just had to write a review for this place! My bridesmaids had just gone dress shopping for them and we had some time to kill. We called this place so I could try on some wedding dresses. The experience was seriously magical. Taylor was the absolute sweetest and she picked out the most beautiful dresses for me to try on! The experience from her alone just makes me want to get a dress from there. She made the whole day and I left there feeling like a bride!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen, if I could give a zero I would!!! No response back... after countless attempts... both white and off white. I bought my couture spring 2021 gown from another, much more classier place in downtown Columbus. Ladies bride to bride... white and off white is, in my opinion, not worth your time... again I am happy with my couture gown that I purchased from a place with IMPECCABLE service!!!! I can’t say enough about them! Avoid white and off white... that is my opinion...

This store is amazing! Adriana made me and my family feel so welcome. She was positive for the entire experience which was a major thing I didn’t know I needed in a consultant. I went to another dress shop in Dublin before coming to Off White and the lady at the other store was just very negative about my dress size, the dress style I was looking for, the budget I wanted to stick to, and I just felt so ashamed to be there. Adriana and the GM of White of Dublin made me feel so beautiful and worked with my budget. They knew exactly what kind of dress I had in mind and I just couldn’t be happier that I found my dress here! I’m a plus size bride and I wanted to stick to a budget between $1000-$1500 and I found my dress and a headpiece for under $1400. They also give you a gift when you purchase your dress! I felt completely safe especially with COVID restrictions, me and my 2 guests were the only ones in the store. We were all allowed to look around at dresses which we couldn’t do at other stores and it made my family feel included at Off White. I just can’t say enough good things about my experience!

Although I didnt ultimately find my dress at Off White, my experience there was the most pleasant and enjoyable of all the bridal shops I visited. Roth was an amazing consultant. So complimentary and helpful. He made me feel so special. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a high quality gown. Thank you for all of your hard work, Roth!

My experience here was amazing! The store atmosphere was very relaxing. The place is appointment only so we had the store to ourselves. My stylist, Kelsey, was great and she made the process so stress-free. I was able to try on all the dresses I wanted and did not feel rushed at all. I have my own seamstress I wanted to use for alteration who couldnt come with me to the appointment, so we facetimed her and Kelsey held up the fabric up close and provided advice to the seamstress on how alterations can be done on each individual dress based on their design and materials. I absolutely loved the experience and would recommend this store to any bride-to-be!

I had such a great experience here shopping for my wedding dress! We were the only ones in the shop during the appointment which made it such a nice personal experience for me and my friends/family. Kelsey was my consultant and she was great! She really listened to what I liked and dislike and pulled such great choices for me. She even pulled some that were different from what I thought I wanted so that I could see myself in them and maybe end up liking. After trying on several dresses, I found the one and it ended up being the first one I had tried on! Overall it was such an amazing experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Off White!! Kelsey was an absolute delight and gave me incredible options for what I was looking for in a dress and for price. Off White is where you want to go for a designer experience without the price tag. They truly want you to walk away with the dream gown and will stop at nothing to get you there! My only drawback is that since it is a boutique the are less dresses to choose from, but they make up for that in customer service :) Big fan!

I had a wonderful experience with Off White of Dublin. For a sample boutique, I thought the selection was wonderful and I had at least 10 dresses that I could have tried on in my budget, size, and desired styles. Roth made the experience feel fun and personalized with his expertise, flexibility (he booked me another appointment for the next day so I could come back), and honesty. I saw my dress on a Saturday and came back the next day to buy it and I couldnt be happier!

Kelsey and Roth really made me and my family feel special. I came here two weeks after trying on dresses at Wendys and not finding anything I liked. We were the only ones in the salon during our appointment so we felt very special. They started by getting to know me and what I was looking for. They really listened to what I did and didnt like. I ended up finding The Dress and going home with it then and there. Now Ill be coming back to get it altered and cleaned three months before the wedding. Id recommend Off White to other brides. Roth was great to work with!

I absolutely loved my experience at Off White! From the second we walked through the door my group felt so welcome. Roth went above and beyond to get to know each member of my group, and most importantly understand what it was I was looking for. We were able to browse the racks and pull options ourselves while the consultants helped brainstorm ideas based on my wants. From the first dress to the last, Roth gave genuine feedback and assistance. I found my dress at a price point far less than it’s original ticket and I couldn’t be happier :)

Excellent, experienced customer care from Martha with a beautiful gown selection in this gem of a boutique Bridal Salon. Martha went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I visited this beautiful salon many times working with Martha to find my perfect Mother of the bride dress and felt welcomed every time. Martha was patient, kind and informative. Now that Ive got my gown here, Im going to miss her. This is one of the best Bridal Salons in the Columbus area and my favorite of all the places I shopped for my mother of the bride dress.

My appointment was with Kelsey. The experience was wonderful, and she and the other woman helping her were very nice and easy to work with. They really listened to my feedback and even encouraged it. They were very flexible and changed directions and narrowed in on things I said I did or didn’t like to help me find dresses that I felt best in. I ended up not purchasing anything that appointment from them but would absolutely recommend the shop to my friends and family because of the way my own family and I were treated and because of the quality of selection that they showed me during my appointment. I found ‘the one’ at Off White of Dublin. The overall experience was better than I could have hoped. This was my first time looking for wedding dresses and I really had no idea what to expect. Walking into the store, myself and my entourage (mom and grandmothers) felt completely welcomed. You have a private appointment, so you are the only bride in the salon and have full attention of the consultant. Kelsey started by asking to see pictures of dresses I liked and asking questions about my wedding, fiancé, vision, and budget. Though it is a smaller boutique, I tried on over ten dresses that were flawless and within my budget. She listened to everything I was saying and the dresses got better and better. I would highly recommend Off White of Dublin to anyone looking for a unique, high quality dress but still within a budget. Every bride deserves a one of a kind experience and Off White of Dublin does an amazing job making sure it happens!

Martha was very helpful! She listened to all my preferences for style, budget, etc. And I found THE Dress! I even found a great veil and headpiece. I felt very comfortable trying things on and the entire staff was very friendly :) I would HIGHLY recommend Off White to a bride looking for a unique designer gown at a very affordable price point!

Overall I was disappointed in this store. The store was beautiful inside, but their selection was very small (Id estimate around 30-40 gowns) and their sizes were all pretty much a bridal size 8 or 10. I found exactly one dress in a bridal size 14 and one in an 18. The rest were predominantly 8 and 10 with a handful of 12s. I think this could be a good option for a bride who is normally a size 4-6 and on a budget, as shed probably have a decent number of dresses to try. They should probably advertise on their website how small their selection is, especially in sizes larger than a 12. This is especially important since they only sell the sample gowns off the rack. The girl working was nice enough, but really didnt seem interested in helping me. Many of the other consultants I worked with talked to me about my vision for my dress and helped me find things that were close, but I was pretty much on my own looking through the racks here. My advise before making an appointment is to ask what sizes they have in stock and how many dresses in each size. I love the idea of a sample store, but this store really missed the mark and was disappointing for me.

I really enjoy my experience with Off White and 100% recommend it. The off-rack gowns are extremely gorgeous and affordable (compared to their original prices). Plus, Roth is super responsive and professional. I found my favorite Ian Stuart dress at a price of less than $1200.
