Ordered through ubereats for pickup of two ice creams for $18.61 today, very small portion size for the prize and Worst Service not a friendly experience.

Worst service!!! i was waiting for so many months that they change but never. dont mix well, half of mix in wasted while mixing etc many more. Also, order love it if you want like it size. same problems are repeating

The ice cream tasted icey like it had melted and been refrozen, I doubt it was up to code. Side note, to top it off they wouldn’t accept my cold stone coupon because it was to the other store, hopefully the San Ramon one doesn’t have spoiled ice cream.

It always feels like a dream getting a customized icecream from here!The only time it feels like a nightmare is when my container runs out and the are closed.I even like how theres chocolates in the same shop! My girlfriend always gets a carmel apple and I love the truffles.Staff is so nice at this location, very helpful too!

I kid you not. This Cold Stone Creamery is AMAZING! Dont listen to any of the one star reviews. Most of them are complaining because of stale products and low quality service. ABSOLUTELY FALSE! During this pandemic, CSC has picked up in terms of quality more than any other Cold Stone I have been to. The managers, especially the man with glasses, are extremely kind. The ice cream is literally refreshed every ~2 hours; everything is hyper tasty. I remember coming here a year ago and this kind server by the name of Manu talked to me in fluent Japanese. I was so delighted by his kindness and fluency that I tipped him 2 dollars! Though I cannot visit this Cold Stone (because of COVID-19), I will always remember Manu and the amazing caramel apples. I was so happy after watching a movie and talking with employees at Cold Stone -- again, if you want a server, ASK FOR MANU. Their prices are completely fair; most of those complaining are NOT SEPERATING DELIVERY FEES from their total. God Himself has blessed this Cold Stone.

Went to the store, 5-6 girls were there, did not say a hello, not was I asked what I want.Waited for 15 minutes with no service, walked out of the shop.Most unprofessional service. Don’t go to this store.

Aside from lack of cleanliness (registers and employees touching their face then the scoops or not wearing gloves or masking properly), I was told I could not utilize my rewards points because their kiosks were not working even though i have been a regular customer. So, like most of the reviews, I will be joining the boycott.

Wish I could give it 0 zeros. Bought 4 Carmel apples and noticed mold once I got to the center. This one was filled with it. Been sick all day and had to miss work. They must let them sit there for days.

Staff was super friendly but $6.65 for a tiny microwaved cookie, small scoop of ice cream and a tiny dollop of whipped cream? This is ridiculous.

The Worst. Doesnt even taste like Cold Stone creamery ice cream. I dont see any trained persons now(may be laid off due to covid situation). The person standing there doesnt even know how to make the proper mix or blend to bring the Cold Stone signature menu. They give the Ice cream within few seconds you order. It takes time to to make the blend right on the mixing table. Please hire proper trained professionals or this franchise will definitely impact its brand name

This place is so extremely overpriced. the customer service is so bland and the managers are extremely disorganized and money hungry. i ordered a gotta have it and asked for an extra brownie. they gave me the extra brownie but charged me almost an dollar extra for a single small brownie. they didn’t let me know beforehand either. terrible service, never coming here again.

A good store that I always visit for a year. Same service and their ice cream cake never fail to satisfy me. Keep it up

This Cold Stone Creamery is very similar to other ones I have been to. Many choices of ice cream flavors such as strawberry, chocolate, French vanilla, peanut butter cookie dough, sweet cream, mint, watermelon sorbet, strawberry lemon sorbet... & goodies to mix in, like peanut butter, carmel syrup, fudge, cookie dough, Oreos, grahm cracker pie crust, gummy worms, coconut, pretzels, M&Ms, Reeses cups, chocolate chips... They also have cones, waffle cones, waffle bowls, cookies, cake, brownies and more that ice cream can be put on/in. Also for sale are shakes, ice cream cakes, carmel apples/candied apples, truffles & bottled sodas. The young man who helped us was nice and did a good job creating our ice cream treats. Due to the Corona mess, we could not have any samples, nor eat inside and we had to keep our distance from others. There is seating outside.

Never came back to this store because the staff was very rude & not helpfull at all . Never recommended to anyone .

Accommodated our request for our child who has a nut allergy. Gerald was great and courteous plus explained the process. Clean and nice facility. Ice cream was good as well as the waffle cones. A bit pricey though ($5.19) for a small cone. Maybe due to area as we are new to Dublin.

I will never order cake from this particular store again.Cons:1) order took over an hour to place, lack of experience staff to accommodate2) per confirmation was to be charged $64.99 but was charged $66.99, when asked for clarity their online system and in-store do not sync3) cake order was to have two topinging and none was included only to find out at cake cutting4) the simple birthday message was placed incorrectly and did not include the right color nor the whole message5) no calls were made in advance to notify that the request would not be met6) poor service from owner to resolve the error nor accountabilityPros:Ice cream cake is always good, the product was good but did not include the needs of customer. If you want dessert after having dinner at The crossings, go anywhere but here. At 8:30pm they had four people working and there were only two people ahead of us when we got there, but we still waited around ten minutes to be served. Most of the employees were socializing instead of even serving any customers. One of the employees was standing off to the side talking to two customers, not even being the counter. By the time we were finally served there was a huge line behind us. Their service isnt better at other times, either. They could really use another cash register. The service for ice cream is already bad, but for some reason they still try to double as a rocky mountain chocolate factory. The chocolate isnt too great; you can get better in Danville. And the chocolate counter is off to the side with no dedicated attendant. If you want chocolate, you typically end up waiting 10-15 minutes regardless of how busy the ice cream counter is. They basically ignore anyone at the chocolate counter.Again, if you want dessert, this place isnt worth all the struggle. Id suggest finding somewhere else if you want ice cream.

Adequate selection but dont hold your breath for anything that remotely resembles a low fat or low calorie alternative. its an indulgence boutique. customer service is excellent but one critique would be the high base rate for gift cards ($25), which may be too much chocolate for one or two people...maybe not...

One small display case where they have like, maybe four or five tops, different flavors and its on top of the counter in a Cold Stone ice cream shop. Super lame, not made fresh obviously. Nothing like the ACTUAL store that used to stand alone at the Stoneridge mall

Ive been to this Cold Stone location a few times on the way to and from those summer afternoon movies we all love to go take in. The counter staff have always been helpful and polite and personable. The Cold Stone ice cream that weve all come to know and love is shining in its ever-present milk-fatty glory here the same as it is at all franchise locations. The fifth star would be tacked on if there was maybe a little more thought into the layout of the customer portal. On any given day, the inside seating could have you rubbing elbows with people in line, or stuffed into the dark corner behind a bush. Just kind of a wonky flow as you come in, have your customer experience, and then dribble out from the cash register. Guess you could always just plan on sitting outside, where there is plenty of room everywhere.

Typical Cold Stone chain store. Gets insanely crowded on weekends and even more so during the summer months of course. Anyone taking their kids to the movies is almost certainly stopping in here. Still... as crowded as it gets they do have some tasty ice cream treats. Would be nice if the inside of the store had more room but obviously nothing they can do about that and there is plenty of room outside in the courtyard.

BEWARE!! This place is the worst Cold Stone in the Bay Area.Came in here, and ordered my own creation in a love it size.The lady put a single piece of Oreo in even though it was a love it size, and not a like it.I asked her to put an additional Oreo piece in as I was doing a larger ice cream size.When I came to the register to pay I noticed I was charged for an additional topping (.89$). Needless to say I was not informed it was going to be an additional charge for one more Oreo piece while the creation was being made.Charging an additional 89 cents for a single Oreo piece is ridiculous, and no other Cold Stone does this.For that reason I am never coming back to this location, and neither should you!

I went to buy ice cream in April 2011. Found staff very friendly and gave my daughter free ice cream with my purchase. Almost year earlier I did not have good experience with very young in-experience staff but things seems to have changed for better.I liked Banana ice cream the most.

Friendly service, good ice cream, and a nice setting. Its a pretty small store though so it gets crowded fast. There is plenty of outdoor seating top make up for the cramped store space.

My son wanted ice cream . I took it as a to go.There was an Indian kid with BLACK FRAME EYE GLASSES that helped us. he was not customer friendly he did not smile he did not greet.Going back to what I wanted to share on this review.The Indian Kid gave me the ice cream and I noticed that the ice cream was dripping from all around the cup.I asked for a bigger cup so I can avoid all the dripping ice cream touching my kids fingers and he told me that the extra empty cup would cost 40cents.I was disappointed at that time and told him I didn’t want to pay anything extra for something that he should have done right.I asked him again how he expects me to take the cup with ice cream draining everywhere. HE SAID THERE’s NAPKINS USE THEM.I wish I could give negative ratings here for that INDIAN KID but this review doesn’t allow me to.I am Extremely disappointed this kid at the front desk.

I went in the evening and a young girl assistedmy daughter and I. We got the feeling that we interrupted her night with the heavey attitude and body language.When we ask for samples from Baskin Robbins, they give us big enough samples that we can actually taste the ice cream. The samples I was given here, were so small that I really couldnt taste the new flavor.I smiled and left, realizing that I wont return, I shouldnt have left Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors .

The owner and the whole staff is very friendly..they make the best iceceream cakes.we have been ordering the cakes for son’s birthday for 2 consecutive years and the taste is awesome.The icecreams are flavorful and tasty.Overall they are great at baking ice cream cakes and we have been served really tasty icecreams we go there.The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

Update. They did try to make things right. So I am updating.My & I went out for Ice Cream. I also purchased $9.00 worth of fudge, about a 1/2 pound. After we left I sampled( or tried to) the fudge and it was so hard I could barely chisel a piece off of it. Once I did it tasted awful. Like a cleaner or air fresher. It was obviously in that case for a long time.We went right back and ladies were nice, especially Jasmine, but the acting manager would not give me my money back. I complaimed (nicely) but she would not. Jasmine gave me tbe real managers name and told me to call him on Monday morning. I have called 3 times AND left my number and I have yet to talk to Mr Kahn.This is really bad customer serviceSherry
