My husband and I visited this Lexus dealership several months ago. We took our two small children, both under the age of two, with us into the dealership. Despite being empty, the salesman did not take the time to talk to us in any detail about the vehicle(s) we were hoping to look at and drive, only asking us, almost immediately if the SUV(s) we inquired about were within our budget...no he did not ask our budget, as in what would we like to spend, he directly said, is that in your budget? (Was it because we werent all dressed up and drove a Subaru onto the lot?) My husband then verbalized it was within our means and stated the exact model that he would like for me to drive. The salesman had the car pulled around and showed me nothing more than how to start the car and a few other small details. The gentleman who was the manager in that day, did take time to talk to us, asked us questions and was very friendly/personable, however, it wasnt enough to take the bad taste out of my mouth from the interaction and judgment I felt was placed upon us from the initial salesman. We ended up purchasing a BMW and whenever I see a Lexis, I am reminded of my one and only interaction with the Lexus brand and am turned off. At no point in the future will my family be purchasing a Lexus.

Great buying experience! The follow up prior to and after the purchase was perfect! If he doesnt know an answer to a question he will get you the right answer, and that inquiry moves to the top of his priority list. From walk in, to test drive, to completing the buying application, straight into finalizing financing contracts, I was only there a couple of hours. While you are waiting they check in with you to make sure you dont need anything else, or have any questions, and they keep you updated on about how much longer the current process will take. This dealership is very clean and everyone followed recommended safety procedures. The staff was friendly and well-informed. Ive driven Lexus for a long time-all different models. The type reflected our stage in life from when the boys were in school and sports, to grandchildren, to retirement. I drove an NX the last time as I didnt want or need the size of an RX or larger. The size is perfect for me, so when I turned in my lease on Saturday, I immediately leased another NX, only the hybrid version, to reflect not only the steep climbing gas prices, but also the move toward electric vehicles. Where do I start....my experience started by turning in my F-150 lease at Germain Ford. I asked what vehicles they had there for a specific price range. We walked the lot and Scott showed me everything they had that might fit the bill. When he realized there wasnt anything on their lot that fit my wants he put me in contact with Marc at Germain Lexus. From the minute I walked into the dealership I got the red carpet treatment. They gave me all the details for a recent trade in a I put a deposit sight-unseen. I picked up the vehicle....it was even better than promised....and was out within about 30 minutes. Bought a used Audi Q5 from them. The car had an inspection and oil change performed by the dealer and the car was ready for me right when I got there. If looking at the used selection I definitely recommend our salesman Jon Aponte, he was very knowledgeable and was able to get us financed. Their customer care was great, I do recommend filling out a credit pre-approval beforehand as it will speed up the process. We are satisfied with our purchase and bet you will be too.

I purchased my Lexus GX a couple month ago and the agent was very friendly and helpful. However there were few things I was unhappy with, one that the car was advertised as having DVD but that was not the case and I had to pay $750 to install one. Second, when the car was delivered I asked for a spare key and the agent said that’s not a problem they can have a generic one made. However, a week later I contacted the agent asking for a spare key and I received a long text saying that the previous owner didn’t turn in a spare key and it’s not like we have Lexus key laying around here so you can order one if you would like but it will cost $189. The same agent but different condescending tone after spending $30,000 to purchase a vehicle I did not expect to get that kind of response. So, learn from me if you are purchasing a car make sure you get a spare key before finalizing your deal. I have purchased cars from Cadillac of Easton and Toyota dealership and they always provided a spare key at no cost. It’s just the right thing to do.

My first Lexus. Took a bit longer than expected, and the rear door foot invoked opening operation is picky to the point of frustration, but overall I am thrilled with my new UX 250h. Sales rep was more attentive that any Ive ever dealt with.Bonus points: The bathroom in dealership is nicer than the one in my home.
