So far, so good!We have been renting from Alamo Properties for over three years. They have been prompt in responding to and completing repair requests. Casey was very understanding at a time when I was dealing with financial difficulties due to child support issues and Mitch has done a great job with all the repairs that he has completed. Specialized contractors were also referred when needed. I found that clear and respectful communication is reciprocated. Additionally, they offered us a pet agreement, which many properties do not allow. Today we are giving our notice of vacating and do expect to be treated with respect and fairness in our final walk through and deposit refund, as has been the case thus far in our tenancy. I was a tenant with Alamo properties and, when I my lease expired, I was trying to deal with a large stain in the living room that I caused but could never really get cleaned. I informed Casey of the problem stain and fully expected to lose some of my deposit. Casey informed me that they were due to change the carpets in this unit and it was not a problem. I got my full deposit back without issue. She did not need to do that but I am sure glad she did..
