The good reviews are from clowns that work there or are in managerial positions. Instead of fixing the problems they choose to make fake reviews.
Ok place selections were limited Especially for kids didnt make sense, The Foot Locker has this whole culture for adults its the kids whos going to school why do I have more selections for adults than kids its sad
There seems to be a disconnect between customer service and in store. I was informed that i would be able to receive a gift card for a return (without a receipt) and repurchase shoes. I received Nike adapt on my bday (May 2nd) with a footlocker gift receipt (this is how i know shoes were from footlocker but threw away gift receipt as my usual shoe size is a 10.5). Shoes were slightly tight even being 10.5 and I wanted to exchange for a half size bigger, size 11. In store was made to feel as I did something wrong. One employee (Brooklyn tattoo) tried to be helpful but women employee (possibly manager) spoke to make me feel belittled, gave me no explanation, didn’t provide options or customer service. She called the employee (Brooklyn tattoo) to manage the transaction. They asked me to text or call person who got me the gift, then went ahead and offered me $150.00 for nike adapt shoes (worth $400; no sales exclusion). All I wanted was a half size bigger. I did not and do not feel as I was a valued customer.
Safety procedures are in place, employees are polite and pleasant and more than willing to assist you.

My husband ordered a pair of udrive4s on 11-20-17. We had them sent to this location (footlocker at Tuttle Mall) due to it being Thanksgiving and Black Friday and not wanting to miss the package. The conformation email said they would give 24 hour notice of the shoes arriving. My husband asked me to track the order today because he hadnt heard anything from the store (no email and no phone call). The order has been there since 11-22-17 and again never received an email or phone call that they were there. My husband calls and gets the manager and asked about the order. She proceeds to say the have had the shoes since 11-22 and are unsure why they never called. If my husband wouldnt have decided to see where the shoes were we could have paid $90 for some shoes and never received them. Needless to say we will not be shopping at footlocker or ordering online again and will be sharing this with friends and family. This is terribly unprofessional and absolutely inexcusable. There was no apology and the tone of her voice made it seem that she thought it was no big deal. Again unprofessional and inexcusable.
Employee was rude
Very nice place and a lot of RARE shoes. I got the lebron 14 and the PG1s the first day they came out and great people at the counter and great people to help you find your shoes.
This is the worst footlocker/ house of hoops I have ever been to. Avoid it at all cost. The management is corrupt. They don’t want to satisfy you, they want to make their commission off you and get you out. !!!

I had a wonderful experience. Robert who had helped me, knew what kind of shoe I needed. Even though he was under staffed, he was still able to help me out and I still walked out knowing that I picked the right choice and stayed within my budget. I will now never go to another finishline ever again. My experience with finishline was always bad. This store is my preferred shoe store. ASK FOR ROBERT, HELL GET YOU THE RIGHT SHOE!
The female manager there is the WORST. I remember I bought a pair of shoes at a different Foot Locker and exchanged them at this one for a different size/color and she literally berated me in front of customers; telling me how I was messing up her stock and that she wasnt going to see the sale from my purchase since I technically bought it at another store. On top of that, she was pressuring me into buying clothes and accessories to make up for my exchange (she actually demanded I buy these things), all the while 3 other employees kept coming up to me and guilting me into buying hats, shirts, shoes, and socks. I vividly remember them saying that I shouldnt be so cheap since I apparently looked rich because I was wearing Ultra Boosts and drove an Acura. I mean how inappropriate - especially for a manager to behave in such a way. Ill never buy another pair of shoes from this store again.
Horrible customer service and the employees were standing around even though there was a long line of customers. Only one person was working the register. Very slow and bad service
Would give no stars if I could. One guy in specific was a pain to deal with after I simply wanted an exchange. One of the worst experiences Ive had at a Footlocker
