Customer ahead had a very large coffee order . We sat and waited for them to finish the 12+ drinks. As that customer finished, another customer walked in . When the customer was paying we stood up to order . The newest customer quickly rushed up to counter with his bag of beans . We were a bit upset after waiting over 15 minutes for one person to make over a dozen speciality coffees. The newest customer decided he wanted several speciality drinks as well. The person behind the counter had seen us waiting and didn’t say a word, just started to make the new persons drinks. Left and will never be back .

At the end of the walk around Dublin is this shop. A nice place to get a drink to walk back across the bridge. We walked down to it just to check it out and get a gift maybe for my coffee loving teens. A niche coffee and chicolattier would be perfect.We BOUGHT a bag and some chocolates. But the staff was cold and Ive never really felt like we were welcome. Actually the opposite. Think I heard one complain about people using the bathroom. Fix the customer service vibe. Wish wed just left.

Very disappointed in this location. If I could put zero stars I would. The customer service is extremely lacking. We were treated as if they wished we were not there and we bothered them by coming in. There was an older woman and two young girls working. The woman was rude and the girls uninterested in having customers to deal with. I hope to visit a different location because I was excited to visit this shop while in Dublin. Going there proved to be a waste of time.

Hiding in plain sight, its an amazing place. Great coffee and of course amazing chocolate collection.

I love the place and their coffees are good.Their baristas are also always super helpful and polite too. Its also a very nice location in Dublin next to two parks from different sides. :)

Best place to grab coffee and/or chocolates for special occasions. They have their own roasted beans that are reasonably priced and the best flavors around. Their coffee drinks are also incredible. The Dublin location is super quiet and a great place to grab a cup of coffee with family or friends!

This locally-owned establishment is quaint and serene. Before the pandemic, I enjoyed my lunch breaks here and miss that. Their chocolates and coffee goodies make for great gifts. Their workers at this location and the one downtown have been helpful and kind toward me.

Customer service is terrible here. The barista does not greet you and really doesnt care what you want to order. Its confusing to me that a coffee shop can have an amazing espresso machine but the barista can put out such terrible quality. Would not recommend to come here.

I went into the store today and was not impressed with the customer service. I have always thought their chocolates were delicious but I will not be returning. The barista was not friendly and did not even greet us or ask us if we needed help. I would not recommend this store.

I just discovered this place, and so glad I did! The chocolates are delectable, and the drink menu is competitively priced with friendly customer service. The espresso is a manual process, but well worth the wait! I love that they have a quad option, but do wish they had 2% milk option. Luckily the barista was willing to mix the skim and whole for me. I will be a regular for sure! Valentines is right around the corner, and what better gift for love than handmade chocolate treats!

Amazing chocolate and gifts

Coffee was great! The barista was so kind. I was carrying a bunch of drinks and she offered to go from behind the counter and help open the door for me. She took the extra step in customer service.

Great coffee and Delicious chocolates

Small, charming little spot for chocolates and coffees. Loved the selection. Wanted to sit and relax a bit from the cold weather but just couldn’t with the heavy metal music continuously playing in the background. It took away from the ambiance of the place.

Coffee was excellent and high quality. Better than Starbucks. Specialty chocolate was pricy but delicious. (Tried the dark chocolate bourbon cherry). Only downside is that the shop is very small with limited seating.

They have the best chocolates for such a good price. Highly recomend the salted caramel (all their chocolate is good but that one is the best!!!)

I used to go here to work remote and enjoy a specialty coffee. Its quaint and feels welcoming. Occasionally I would treat myself to a chocolate and it was well worth it. I still think the lattes are underrated though!

Very friendly staff and great chocolates. It was a great place to take the kids. I decided at the last minute to order a caramel latte and it was one of the best lattes Ive had in awhile.

Being a decent coffee shop is easy. Being a great coffee shop is much more difficult. Not only does Winans manage that, but they also make the best craft chocolate s Ive ever had. Their dark chocolate sea salt caramels are particularly wonderful.

The staff here really knows there coffee and the espresso is the best. Smooth and balanced every time. If youre looking for a great drip coffee try out their buckeye blend or the highlander grog. Ive liked every coffee Ive tried here I and I drink them all black.

I had heard from several people in the Dublin Chamber of Commerce how good this place was, and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Gloria (the owners Mom I believe) and she proceeded to tell me the story of Winans while making me a delicious cup of coffee.A very unique and inviting atmosphere, I highly recommend it and I will most definitely be back for more!

Working down the street, I have the option of Starbucks or Winans. I love the baristas and quality at Winans. Every time I go in Im greeted and they make sure my individual drink is perfect before I leave. And the chocolates, especially the peanut butter filled ones, are great!

Nice coffee. Delicious chocolates. I got the chocolate covered cherries with bourbon but I did not taste the bourbon. They have those bring your wine bottle and get it dipped in chocolate here.

The service at the Dublin location is outstanding! The staff is very friendly. This was my first time trying out this place, so I purchased both coffee and chocolates. I ordered The Karamel Kiss which made me sick to my stomach and the chocolates are okay. They didnt wow me. I was particularly interested in the fact that they have a sign posted about having THE best Buckeyes in town, but I would have to disagree. When it comes to pb and chocolate, the pb needs to be a strong flavor and this just didnt cut it. When eaten alone without the chocolate coating, there is a tiny hint of pb.

Cozy coffee and truffle shop. Great drinks and chocolates on hand, with a few baked goods. There isnt much space to sit, but it wasnt an issue on a weekday afternoon.

Ive had this chocolate previously and it seemed pretty good. I wanted to stop and get a particular item to compare to 3 other brands but after driving around their location in Dublin for 5 minutes unable to find any parking I gave up and left. One of the other 3 will work, and the lack of access will result in my avoiding the other Dublin merchants near there too.You cant fix Dublin, if Winan needs to be located there it results in lost business due to the congestion.

Gorgeous locale, great espresso, and perfect service by the barista who serviced me. 4 stars out of 5 only because an older woman who was unpacking boxes behind the counter kept talking about the calories in the drinks (which we didnt ask for), and that made the experience kind of weird.

It has the same general feel of a Winans coffee shop, but still has its own personality! The service and quality is still great like other Winans shops

I am diabetic so I am unable to have normal chocolates, but it is nice that they have a selection of sugar-free.
