Pretty expensive if you are only getting one or two cookies. If you order 10 it is a great deal. I get cookies every time I go to the mall. Sugar and Chocolate chip are my favorite. They are soft and delicious.

I ordered a cookie cake on Thursday morning online and was able to customize it, order same day and pick up! I was so pleased with the decorating and the cake itself was huge!! Everyone said it was super tasty as well. Highly recommend!

If I could give a no star I would. I feel like the employees just wasnt happy work at there job. They didnt greet me with a postive attitude . The cookies are over priced. I can buy 2 dollar cookie dough and make more and have more for price of one. They wasnt cooked all the way.

Expensive, but worth it. The best cookies i have ever had. They make them from scratch. Fill them with cream, sandwich cookies. Yum. Yum, diabetic coma😃

Takiya was very pleasant and accommodating.We dont come to the mall as a family very often, but when we do, we hit up the food court and buy 3 get 1 free doozies.Yeah, its a bit expensive but tbh people buy $5 Starbucks without batting an eye? Worth it!!

My fiancé loves the cookie cake! So we decided to get him one for his birthday. When we picked it up and took it home the name on it was spelled wrong. So when we called to let them know the manager on duty he said we can bring back the cookie and they can fix the icing. Note we drove some good distance to get it. We let him know that then he returned with a ignorant comment saying well I am not coming out there to fix it. Now I know thats not how you talk to a customer so we asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he is the only one there. We asked who the supervisor was we got 3 different names and just attitude. Will never do business with them again. The cookies are great the customer service is horrible. Piss poor need to get that together!

The workers have the most disgusting attitudes, if you don’t want to work there than quit.

I order all the time and ordered one for a birthday over the phone jake the guy I spoke with repeated my order back it was right got to pick it up at the time specified it was wrong not the way I ordered it really pissed off talked to jake and he couldnt give me a reason why it wasnt made the way I ordered or why it had to be remade and still wrong! Getting my damn money back!

Cookies were fresh and the store was clean. Priced high, but overall good.

Im very disappointed at my visit. The woman in front of me got a deal when they got 2 large slushes and a cookie for less than $3. When my boys saw the woman get slushes they proceeded to ask for some too. I attempted to get the same thing, but because I was a mom of two I was unable to. I guess you have to be single in order for that. He then wanted to charge me $3 for just one slushe, which I didnt want at that price. He gave me an attitude the rest of the time. I wouldnt have purchased anything but I had promised my kids a cookie for their excellent behavior in the mall.The cashier was moe!

Again, over-priced mall food, but the cookies do taste amazing. Especially the chewy and crispy pecan cookies.
