Will never go back. Made appointments at 3:30 today for me and my daughter to celebrate a birthday wit make-overs. Went back at 3:30, she rudely told me our appointments were at 3. It quickly became apparent, she was going to punish me and take as long as she can with other customers. 100% certain of time and she was wrong!!! She said her co-worker came in at 3, we said we would come in at 3:30 to give her a minute to get settled. Her co-worker was nice and started on my daughter immediately, but we waited several hours to get it done together, so the other lady not honoring my appointment ruined the experience, we left. You work customer service in a hurting retailer,. get a clue and a calendar!!
