I have tried this store three times and all three times I have been very disappointed. The first time, my husband and I shopped for 20 minutes and no one ever came to help us although there were many workers and few customers in the store. We left without ever speaking with anyone. The second time I went back at the urging of a coworker. She said they had a nice selection of items. I bought KLOGS shoes and a few other items. When I got home I looked at my receipt and saw I was charged $10 too much and was not given the hospital discount they told me they honored. When I called back to the store they told me the shoes were on sale for $130 so I could not have the hospital discount. I said but the box says $120. She said I had an old box and reluctantly refunded me $10 but still would not honor the hospital discount because she said they were on sale and she can not give me two discounts.Now today my coworker had on a nice jacket she purchased from there. She offered to call and order me one just like hers but in a different color. She ordered it in navy and she had it embroidered with our company name and my name for only $10 extra. When the jacket arrived it was not the intended navy blue color. It was a gray blue color. I called and spoke with the owner Steve. He said every manufacturer has a different color. He basically told me I could not return or exchange the item. He would not even offer me a store credit. I explained that this was not even close to navy blue. When I told him I would not be able to wear the jacket at work and would be out the $96.00, he said- OH WELL. Since when is OH WELL an example of good customer service?I hope this review spares others from having to experience the same awful treatment I received. I certainly will let my co-workers know how the owner values the customer. I just feel like with all that health care workers are going through today, a little sympathy would have been appreciated.

The staff were very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. I was offered their assistance with anything I might need to find, which I appreciated but I also appreciate the fact that they dont hover over you while youre trying to shop. Also, I was able to try on as many items as I needed to to find the perfect scrubs. I also didnt have to worry about hanging anything back up that I didnt want because they said to just leave everything you dont want in the changing room. I was very happy with my service there.

It was my first time getting scrubs, and when I walked in and told the store clerk that, she immediately got me some of their most popular styles for me to try on, which is good because there were a LOT of different styles, and I felt overwhelmed at first glance. Very friendly and very helpful

Steve and his staff have been great with our baseball organizations uniform undershirts, coaches shirts and backpacks. They were especially helpful when our previous supplier messed up an order. They were able to get the new ones to us in well over half the time of the previous company and at a better cost.

Poor customer service!! Ordered on 8/7 after 5 weeks I called for update.I was told tops were on back order. Finally received a call and picked up yesterday. I understand they have no control on items were back ordered. I dont understand no contact from the store. A customer should not have to call them for updates- especially for merchandise already paid for.

Had a great first experience at The Uniform Store! Steve was very helpful and enthusiastic about finding myself and my friend items for our different body sizes and shapes. They have a very large selection of sizing in store which is always nice! Hoping to return soon and bring our coworkers with us!

Both locations of the uniform store are awful. They lost my order for a charity I volunteer for and it has been almost a year without any resolution. So Im probably just out that money. They wouldnt allow me to return one pair of pants that did not fit merely 2 days after purchase with the receipt. No exchanges no store credit, nothing.I also showed them that they charged me $45 for a $4 pen light which they did fix and refund. But since I had purchased several pairs of pants that day with the pen light, honestly if I hadnt been so attentive to my receipt...they could have gotten away with the overcharge EASILY.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of items and sizes. Will definitely be back if need to purchase another white coat or scrubs.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. My only suggestion is to carry more plus size petites. It took SO LONG to get my uniforms, which is inconvenient when your employer requires specific colors and it takes almost a month to get them back.

I had just gotten off of work after working an 8 hour day. I really just wanted to go home to relax but I knew I needed scrub pants. I swung by the uniform store on my way home. I got out of my car at 6:28 PM. I was greeted Jake and he asked if i was looking for anything specific. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a few popular styles that matched my description. He pulled my sizes, I tried them on, they fit great and I was all checked out by 6:38PM!!!!! :)

Website and door show the storea closes at 7pm, but was there tonight at 6:50 and sign on door says its already closed. Very disappointed

Steve was wonderful and helped me find the right sizes in various styles-he really knows his products, and was most pleasant. My best uniform buying experience EVER!

I was very pleased today when I went in there they were very helpful and knowledgeable and they did a great job . So I would definitely recommend anyone to go there and shop and the price wasnt bad at all either.

They are very nice and helpful.....but they have a hard time keeping stuff on hand for Ohio Health employees, They should be more accommodating since they get so much business from Ohio Health.
