Good pie - fairly standard for CBUS style pizza. They have a nice crust and really good cheese with just the right amount of extra seasoning. The shop has a small storefront which can be difficult to spot from the road and is not lit with signage at night.

First of all the chicken is HORRIBLE the worst chicken wings I’ve ever had… they were like processed popcorn chicken that was soggy and no sauce literally there chicken do not get it ! And they messed up our pizzas literally put none of the toppings we wanted on it and to top that off the environment they work in is a mess !

The receipt they provided shows $43 for pizza, Delivery fee of $3.00, Tip $8.60 totaling $54.60. My credit card was charged $55.59. When contacting Slice I was informed that The fee of $.0.99 is going to Slice so we can keep managing everything and help out local restaurants. It is applied to every order. Looking through their website I do not see any language stating any additional fee would be charged. I local restaurants they are helping out with the additional .99 I am hoping the driver gets the $3. I have and will continue to support local restaurants, however, the expectation is transparency in charges.

Great timing on pizza. Slightly pricey for the quality of food, but overall its good pizza. I like that they also help to support local business too!

This pizza was very good. I was visiting this area and wanted a good pizza. I try one other place in the area but this was the best. The lady was working alone but she push the orders out very fast with awesome customer service. Try it you wont regret it if you know GOOD Pizza.

Just got sub/pizza delivered. Probably best tasting italian sub Ive had in yrs. Pizza was the reason for the four star. I asked for well done, but the crust was still soft. Great service/delivery as well. My new go to. I stopped thru on June 29, 2021 at 1:00 pm was told they dont open till 4:00??

Luna Pizza Kitchen is very convenient for large group orders, as we had a gathering of 10 people. The on site owner is very personable, he suggested our group several different unique pizzas to go. Was out to town staying at Hayat palace down the street from this Amazing pizza joint. Saw an ad in my room for this pizza place and let me tell yall. Amazing place. The pizza was one of the best tasting pizzas ive ever had. Their pizza sauce puts all others at the back of the line. All their ingredients are made fresh daily. The staf was very friendly. They even gave us complimentary garlic bread. If you live in the area or are traveling through Dublin this is a place you must eat at. And yes they have Halal options on everything. Will definitely be back. People who complain about the service and give them a 1 star its not fair of you to do that just because of one visit.

We went to a nearby bar for few drinks & ordered food from Luna Pizza next door.A plain cheeseburger, BBQ wings & a cheese pizza ( already finished so couldnt post pic ) We were surprised by how delicious everything tasted ! None of us have ever heard about this place but our first experience with them was really amazing ! Good food, smiling staff & beer, What more can you ask for ? Will definitely be back !

Really great pizza. They definitely don’t skimp you on toppings either. Even though they got one of my pizzas wrong, they re-delivered one to me for free and under 30 mins on a Saturday night. That’s always awesome when places don’t blame you for getting the wrong pizza.Anyway, one of my new fav places for pizza in Columbus.

One of my biggest mistake by ordering pizza in this restaurant. This was the worst experience I had in this restaurant, cheese, smell and chicken gave me such a bad headache and dizziness. I will never ever recommend this place for ordering pizza! Don’t waste your money and time.Sorry I don’t want to be upset but it is what it is!

Yesterday was the first day I tried Lunas. I have heard people talk highly of it, so my expectations were high...i wasnt disappointed :) staff was very friendly and greeted us immediately. Time for the food was reasonable (15min.) We waited in the car til it was done - as we went in to get it, they brought it out to us. Will be going back, their Stromboli are to die for. :)

Full Moon pizza is amazing! I add toasted almonds and it is scrumptious! The loaded tots are always a treat because theyre not fried! Amy and Jason are always so awesome. Thank you making great food!

Be careful ordering from here. There are 2 crews who work opposite shifts. The morning shift crew does NOT follow proper food safety protocol. The pizza maker was witnessed to have come from the restroom without washing hands, chewing on an ink pen then handling it and returning to pizza making without washing hands. The delivery driver witnessed to have exited the car and head straight into the kitchen to hand raw dough for an order, again without washing hands. The food always looks and smells delicious but after watching the way they work, I have a hard time trusting anything coming from there. Especially now with the pandemic.

I ordered 9 pizzas on 3/2/2020 to congratulate our office clerks for the support in making our recruiting goal. The staff at Luna Pizza Kitchen gave us excellent service. The pizzas were hot & delicious, the delivery was prompt, and they even called back to ask if we needed plates & napkins. As a temporary government office without a refrigerator & microwave, a delivery for everyone at lunchtime is very important. Thanks!

I read the reviews before ordering like I always do and the whole time Im telling myself just go somewhere else I decided to go ahead and place my order anyways I got my food and this is hands-down the best sub I think Ive ever had. Placed an order for pizza, wings and cheese sticks, to try out Luna Pizza Kitchen for the first time. Everything tasted great until we found a hair in the wings. I called and the lady was very apologetic and said she would refund me back on the card. No problem. After a couple days there still was no refund so I called back, and she didnt know why it didnt go through, so she offered for me to stop by to just get cash. I couldnt stop by the day I spoke with her so I stopped by today which was 1 week from the order. I walked in and explained to a gentleman what happened, and he said there is no cash here for me and asked for my card. I assumed he would refund it as he didnt apologize for the issue or really seem to care at all. He then said how I shouldnt have waited a week to get my refund, and the lady didnt know how to refund the transaction correctly. I explained how I didnt wait that long and called the same evening I ordered the pizza (just over 1hr after picking it up). Also if the employee was not trained correctly or didnt know how to do the transaction, that is not a customers issue. Luna pizza kitchen lost a customer and future potential customers over a situation that should have and could have easily been handled correctly.

Awesome grub from Luna Pizza Kitchen today. I ordered the gluten free pizza with pepperoni & wings with mango habanero sauce. This gf pie is among the best in the city. Nice customer service over the phone and in person. This was my 1st visit to LPK, and I’ll be back for sure!

One of the best Halal pizzas in the country that I have tried. Their special chicken southwest pizza is off the chain. Me and my wife moved to California, but we still miss that pizza. Amy is very nice at the front and the two owners were also very nice. So sad, they passed away in a car wreck few years ago.

Ordered from this place for the first time because of there halal choices. Since, I live nearby I thought food will be still warm once gets to my door. Food cold!!! Wings sauce was all over the containers. Pizza tasted fine besides the fact that it was cold. Wings were dry and overcooked. Potatoes skin topping was all over the container. It was not packed correctly and mishandled by the delivery driver. Tried to contact grubhub but they didn’t help and store refused to care about this matter. I will never be ordering again.

It is a small place with big taste. I figured there pepperoni was a safe bet as well as the sausage. The sausage was everyday but the pepperoni side of the pizza was on a different level. Needless to say that side was finished first. The staff could know their deals a little better but they are friendly. As for the burgers, I could have made a better one at home. To each there own though.

First time ordering this pizza. The crust was hard and dry. It had very little flavor, barely any sauce or toppings. Not worth the price at all. Probably will not order again.

Really friendly staff. I got the super moon pizza and it was super good. Also they have pretty good garlic sauce. Had a funny pun on the tip jar. Definitely going back. All the toppings were roasted to perfection and the crust isnt too hard so you can eat it no problem. Also the thin crust is the best way to eat the pizza and they know it.

My co-workers and I ordered pizza here for lunch one day and were really impressed. I took the leftovers home, and my boyfriend enjoyed them so much we wound up going the next day. The staff is friendly and pizza is delicious. They offer a wide range of sauces and toppings.

My friends and I had a great time at Luna Pizza! The best pizza we had was their Southwest Chicken Pizza. It has white ranch sauce and is spicy and sweet. The Gyro Pizza could use some more flavor/spices on the meat. The chicken salad was a large portion with plenty of cheese and croutons. We got the BBQ and teriyaki wings which were both very flavorful and had plenty of sauce. The employees were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I am vegan gluten free and usually pizza taste like cardboard. Well....their pizza is amazing I got a gluten free with sauce and mushrooms no cheese. You need to try Lunas pizza.

I Believe They Changed Owners Recently . I Am A Regular Customer And Ordered from them when they were called Classics pizza back in 2013 and 2014 .Fast Forward To 2018, The New Guys Are Rude . And They Should Stop Threatening Customers . The Quality Of Food Has Gone Down Drastically . Really Poor Food Quality And Service . Doesnt seem to care about my business. Wont do business with them again. Food is good, but service tonight was bad.Edit: So after I wrote this review last night I got a call from the owner at 11:09 pm. Who started to threaten me and stating I know who you are now. Then he started to cuss at me for my bad review. To me this is very unprofessional and uncalled for. I have written other bad reviews for other business and they try to correct it or make it better. But not this owner and solely because of that. I will most certainly never come back.

I came to know of this place serving Halal options from a friend. We went dine in (husband & 2 kids) on a lazy Sunday afternoon.The owner was working that day & seemed very friendly.We were recommended southwest chicken pizza & gyro sub .Both dishes tasted amazing. The chicken was spicy but not too spicy for my kids ( 6 & 9 y.o) palate. We also tried their chicken wings although we were already full from the pizza. They were baked in oven & not deep fried like other places so thats something.All in all a great addition to halal restaurants near Dublin. I hope they redecorate their insides which i was told is planned in near future.Would definitely comeback.

Tried walking into the place last night. I was in Classics they sent me over there it was 10:15 pm at night. As soon as I walked in a short loud mouth lady starting yelling we are closed new ownership took over a few days ago and we now close at 10 not 11. She was so Rude and Disrespectful I wanted nothing to do with your business. I dont care how many stars your rating has. If you keep hiring people like the lady I experienced last night you wont be selling pizzas very long at all. Too bad because I am here for 2 weeks with a major company who was going to order multiple times from you with large orders if your pizza was any good. Hope the new owners see this. I would love to speak to them on the phone or in person to let them know how rude their employees are. Never seen anything like it in my life !!!

Im giving three stars because the service was pretty good. They tried their hardest to make our order correct, which was cool, but the boneless chicken bites we ordered tasted like microwaved Tyson chicken. Tyson is cool, but I can buy that Walmart across the street. The people next to us ordered the pizza which genuinely looked good, but the chicken bites were not good.

Good strombolis and sandwiches. The woman behind the counter/cook was great. Restaurant has very limited seating and no a/c. Mostly a delivery location.

Ordered Lasagna to go. Little meat, tough noodles. No knife. couldnt cut it with a fork. Nothing to write home about.BJs is just down the road. Should have gone there.

Ordered supermoon and garlic wings, for delivery to a local hotel. OMG. It was delivered very quick, hot and delicious. The ingredients are fresh, crust crispy and portion perfect. The wings are good size andJuicy, not at all greasy.I return home on Friday and plan on taking one of these home with me. Well done.

The workers were friendly and is very close to the staybridge which is convenient. We got a basic pepperoni and cheese pizza and it was fairly tasty. It gives the impression of being homemade. All pizza places are different and crusts etc so with that in mind I did enjoy the pizza here and feel its worth a try if your considering pizza. They werent that busy and only took about 10 mins for the order.

Best pizza in town! They use all fresh vegetables including fresh mushrooms! The dough and sauce are also fresh and the pizza is very authentic. I’d come back for the pizza, but also for the customer service. The person who waited on us also cooked our amazing pizza and he was so passionate about the quality of their pizza and very friendly and inviting. The dining area was small but cozy. The signage makes it hard to find but it’s there, right where Google says it should be! We’ll be eating here again!

During our stay in a local hotel, we chose this place based on proximity. We ordered pizza (thin crust), fried mushrooms and a salad. Everyone was very nice, food was great and arrived quickly, salad was a good size, prices were reasonable! Just as I was preparing to call the front desk to request plates and napkins, the food arrived with plates and napkins included - they had included them without being asked since we were staying in a hotel. Will definitely order from them again!(I didnt see the decor but google forced me to choose a rating.)

I live over an hour away from Luna Pizza kitchen. I was in town and decided to stop and get lunch. The pizza was absolutely amazing !Seriously amazing !! After ordering my pizza I stepped out I thought I would be back in about 15 minutes. I ended up going back to pick up my Pizza 40 minutes later. They Had it hot and it was delicious. Very nice people. We only order pizza about twice a month. Seriously thinking about making The hour drive to get their pizza !

Avoid going with Family. The moment i steeped into restaurant labor in the kitchen and cashier were arguing for some reason and abusing which i heard and ignored but still i headed to counter to place an order but they said we are close (3 hours before the actual closing time). Well, I turned back and after a moment a nice guy asked me what do you need sir? Large BBQ pizza i replied. He said your order will be ready in 30 min. They picked crust on their own which i did not like but taste of the pizza was good.

4/5 pizza was pretty good (tried the Lunar eclipse) took one star off due to the girl on the phone acting annoyed I was ordering and asking questions about a couple pizzas. Time frame is usually off when they quote, I’ve had to sit and wait in my truck for 5-10 mins longer than quoted both times I’ve ordered. Great tasting pizza never the less.

If you want to support your local convicts this is the place to go. I ordered a pizza and picked it up but didnt eat it. Place is ran by some dirty convicts. The guy I checked out with looked and acted like a real life Homer Simpson. Gross place stay away! If you had a blind fold maybe the pizza would be good but not worth risking eating it to find out.

We are from out of town staying at the Holiday Inn next door to Luna pizza. We ordered a pizza they said it would be 45 min wait which is fine we were not in a hurry. We heard great things about the pizza well we never received our pizza. We will never order again and we also told the manager at the hotel to tell people not to order also.

OMG Delicious Stromboli! I prefer a stromboli to a pizza and Ive found my new spot. Luna Pizza Kitchen has amazingly delicious offerings. Everything about it is perfect for me. Crunchy, fresh veggies. Perfectly worked dough. Delicious meats. Bubbly cheese that is some of the best Ive had. Trust me on this one.

Apparently if you order a veggie pizza without broccoli (yes, they put broccoli on a pizza...it’s the new pineapple apparently), it’s assumed you want a white garlic sauce on it instead of a normal red sauce.This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this place. Never again.

Everyone in our house loves their pizza ! We eat here at least once a week since we first discovered them at Slice of Columbus event in downtown last September. They had longest queue at the event which piked our interest & was surprised we didnt know this place so close to home before. The staff is kind enough to accommodate our special requests every time made by my two very picky daughters lol. Had my old mother visiting from Denver this week who loved their pizza & wanted me to review on her behalf ! keep doing the good work Luna.

Went here to grab a celebratory meal for my new job. Upon entering I was not hit with the smell of delicious pizza, and I saw wire mesh pizza conveyors. Not a great sign, but I gave it a shot.I dont know what the crazies on here talking about the staff are saying. The guys I saw were very nice people. Certainly they bore no resemblance to the criminals some have mentioned.The food was a fine amount for the value. The pizza was okay, but nothing special. I didnt detect anything unique about the special sauce.The wings were bland. I ordered spicy garlic sauce. They didnt seem either spicy or garlicky, and they desperately needed some salt, which was not provided anywhere.All told, I probably wont go back, but I dont regret the lunch. Two stars. Id go two and a half if I could. (pizza took about 15 minutes to cook, for those of you in a hurry).

This place is PHENOMENAL! I have Celiac Disease so it is hard for me to find true gluten free food but this place knows how to do it! Better than any chains around this area.My only complaint is that every time I ask them to cut my pizza into slices, they say they will (the guy taking my order even confirmed how theyd cut it) and then they dont.
