It hurts me to write this review but Ive been trying to get someones attention at this location, Ive sent emails with no response. I paid over $1600 for a new TV plus much more with accessories, etc. They were sure happy to sell to me, but when the product isnt working after 30 days which is past the standard warranty, no one will speak to me. I will escalate this as far as I can on every social media platform that I find. This is truly unacceptable customer service.
Inside Best Buy at the back of the store next to the Best Buy TV area, Magnolia is known for high-end home theater, audio, and stereo equipment. Small area, not much of a selection or a lot to look at.Surprisingly, unlike in the Best Buy TV area next to it, no one pesters you as you walk around in the area, which is nice in my opinion. If you want help or have a question you go up to one person working there.
