Took in a package in a Flat Rate Priority padded envelope and got charged the regular priority price even after I told the lady it was in a flat rate envelope.I ship packages on a weekly basis and only stopped in here because I was riding with someone else. I will go back to the P.O..The ladies were all very nice but I just wonder how many other people have gotten overcharged for flat rate packages...

I had a package to mail so I input all the information in the UPS website. It said it would be about $18 to ship. I didnt have time to print a label so I brought it to Mail and More. They told me it would be $35 to ship. I was in a hurry so I unfortunately paid it. I eventually went back and asked why it was so much and they made up some excuse about extra fees and the size of the package, which I put into the UPS website, and it still said $18. I asked if I could get the package back and was told there was a cancellation fee. I called UPS and they said that because this store was not an actual UPS store, they could charge their own shipping fees. Lesson learned: I will not be shipping UPS anymore unless someone else paid for the label, and will not use Mail and More unless Im just dropping something off.
